Beautiful stay in an old Palacio.

Fuimos a una boda en la que se hizo el convite allí y la atención del personal fue excelente. El trato muy amable, la comida muy buena. Incluso había una persona con necesidades especiales por ser celíaca y se preocupaban por ella constantemente.

Gorgeous hotel and pool and lovely village.

I selected this hotel exclusively because of the beautiful emerald color swimming pool that shows on their web page. IT IS NOW PAINTED IN A VULGAR BLUE COLOR! Completely destroyed the charm of this hotel.

A hotel really nice, both for the historical construction as for the decoration of the rooms. Very clean and modern bathrooms. The staff is very careful and attentive. Sure I will come back as soon as possible.

Hotel correct. Also I spent a lot of time there. Do not take breakfast because it seemed expensive. The location very good. Bathroom cleaning very good, the room more light. The pool had the edges a little green. The cool water.

The room we had was tiny, it sounded like the pipes very loud when flushed the cistern. The doors were old. The cleaning was great. I think that there is another area that is more reformed. The pool looks bigger in the photos. The breakfast was great very complete, although the tomato striped sold out and not restocked.

Excelente hotel, situado dentro de la zona monumental de Baeza. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy bonitas, y el bar (Paco's) espectacular para cenar tapeando. Muy recomendable.

Very nice Hotel in the heart of the Old town. It has a small pool in the inner courtyard very good for a soda. The food is good and not very expensive. The rooms are big. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

I have not stayed since I am from Baeza but its enclave as well as its cafeteria and restaurant I really like. Its location right in the monumental quarter and the historical building in which it is situated are a luxury.

Nice location. Room ok. I can live with things like a toilet braking down. The elevator braking down. What I think is unacceptable in a 4 star hotel is reception not speaking English sufficiently and being downright uninterested and not helpful (the men) Like not showing you how to get to your room dragging a heavy suitcase and being impatient when you do not understand in Spanish the first time. I witnessed more smiles and hospitality in 3 star hotels. Overall I would not recommend and think 4 stars is one star overrated.

Good experience nice hotel and very well located the guy at the front desk that we had very friendly we had to leave early morning to the doctor and we indicated perfectly as well as previous days any point that we looked for very friendly very good deal.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very good. The cupboard tiny no drawer; Breakfast does not have access to people with reduced mobility. For the rest well.

Charming Hotel located in the historic quarter and next to the Cathedral of Baeza.
It takes its name from the cathedral side door, one of the few remaining Muslim vestiges in the ' La Puerta de la Luna ' area.
It has a magnificent restaurant where you could enjoy a great gastronomy.

Good tapas with great care in the preparation of dishes with allergens. Celiac Gluten-free options very careful. Gluten-free bread good.

Fantastic location, amazing views and then it goes downhill. Owner was pretty miserable, the air conditioning kept the room temperature as low as Spain's youth unemployment (shocking) but the hot tub was really nice. It was inconsistent. So much potential but a lack of passion and care for such a stunning place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too expensive, because of the luxurious aspect of the room, we were pleasantly surprised at the price adjusted.

Charming little hotel set in a former priory at the foot of the cathedral. The pool is freezing in the middle of the heat. On the other hand, sunbathing watching this beautiful Renaissance bell tower is priceless.

Very nice 4 star Hotel in the old town of Baeza. Next to the cathedral. Spacious and simple room. What I did not like is that there was no hot water to be able to shower with the cold it makes and what cheap is not. Reception was told and as if nothing, no detail for the inconvenience caused by not having hot water. Sometimes I don't understand the deal in front of the client.

Beautiful, stylish hotel in a beautiful little city. If you're looking for peace and rest, it's the place to be. When you expect lots of nightlife, shopping centers, big museums, don't go there.

Wonderful dinner with your family. Recommended, without a doubt. We were put in the garden next to the pool, with the cathedral in the background, and until the temperature accompanied him. The exquisite attention and the food even better.

Not worth the money. Bad hosting. Breakfast is served in a tasteless hall without windows, and completely overpriced at 14.50€. They charge 16€ per night for parking. Air-con took 12 hours non-stop to cool down the room (not turning off the main switch of the room). Shower was worn out.

The ambiance is very nice. We got a lovely terrace and room. The common areas are very lovely and styled to suit the town of Baeza. Located across the street from the best restaurant in town. Has a nice pool, but I don't think you can just use that at any time. They have a gourmet restaurant and a library, so that's cool.

Beautiful hotel located in a 17th century building.

We spent only one night in this lovely hotel, we would happily go back again. Lovely staff, lovely room, I only wish we had also taken our evening meal there as well.

Hotel in the Centre of Baeza, perfect for a visit to the area that includes Ubeda. Its walls of stone and its perfect pool invite you to take shelter. Rooms large and well maintained.

Treat you very well that they have very good service, excellent.

Excellent service, excellent location, nice room and it was not of the best, the tapas bar has House paco excellent quality price. What else can I say. I ordered a drink bring it to me to the pool and in a brutal calm me relax listening to birds and reading the newspaper.

Everything we tried was delicious. Spectacular the ajomortero with rejo.

The rooms were not ready at the 13:30 although they assured us by phone that they would be at 12:00. The Wifi did not work in no time. That Yes, the spacious rooms, great bathroom and sooo good location. Paco bar is two steps away and worth seeing it.

Close to the hotel is Bar Pacos, very rich and cheap covers. I highly recommend it.

Hotel quite good, impressive-looking, well decorated, wanted that my family and I had a different Christmas Eve, we got there and we were impresinados to see the hotel, and of course! BAEZA. But the surprise was when I get dinner, with the illusion that we had. Is us devaneciendo, really was a week thinking about that day, as handsome as we were going Aponte, and rich menu we were going to eat! and what was our surprise. The worst dinner of my life, not have dinner, I've never eaten worse, and paying both!, that disappointment my God. I do not recommend it to anyone, never again to eat at that restaurant, and over only a camareo for all the living room, the excellent customer has passed even background, that magical night it became a horror, we went from there, manners, and disappointed, annoyed the family that PENA's money! In house with that had eaten the good the best. And worst of all was the experience, because you DA you think who returns ariesgar in a day, to go outside.

The city of Baeza us surprised by its beauty, its tranquility, its conservation. And the moon gate is part of the experience. Location amazing, right next to the Cathedral, very cosy facilities, decorated with very good taste, no luxuries but as you like to have your House, very professional staff, helpful if you go to it and distant when you want privacy. The excellent restoration (unfortunately not can say the same of other experiences outside the hotel, not by quality but by the exorbitant price). By putting a stick, would have liked more space in the central courtyard.
