Highly recommended hotel for families. The water park of the hotel is a blast for small and large. Very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and with everything expected. Very well soundproof. Lots of animation of all kinds and very varied and quality food. Everything went perfectly.

An unforgettable holiday! The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious include bathroom with bathtub and shower, cleaning is daily. The location is very good. The views are spectacular. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive: reception, bar, beach bars, dining room, kitchen, … But what impacts me the most every time I visit this hotel is the entertainment team that is very complicated with customers and makes a difference with other hotels.

Hotel was ok for the price, but I wouldn't spent the whole week only there. The beach rather not interesting. A lot of different swimming pools — kids had fun.

Hotel with entertainment for all. Very good human team. We have felt very welcome in this hotel. To improve the theme of the food, something more varied and focused a little also to the kids of the house. Overall an 8 over 10.

A HOTEL TO ENJOY
Playacartaya Spa Hotel is designed so that all, older and younger, spend a few unforgettable days. Its swimming pool area is a water park, the beach is almost private of the hotel with fine white sand and that to access it you have to catch a boat. The spa is a wonderful grotto of wonders. The services of the hotel are excellent in the line of the Playasenator chain. Really this hotel is a sure bet for the fun for everyone.

We were last weekend in a superior double room with garden, (it's the kind of room we always catch). It's been the first time in the Playacartaya, and it's spectacular like all the hotels in the chain. We went all inclusive Imperial, luxury. For the kids and the older ones, the slides area is wonderful. Despite the date very good attention. Repeat.

Good place to spend a few days of rest and relaxation. Good and varied food. The Dwarves have a big run.

Beautiful hotel rooms great and clean very good food and varied both in breakfast and great dinners outside facilities, indoor pool and great spa recommended 100%, it is our fourth time and we will return.

When I had made the complete reservation, with all the data confirmed by them, I am informed that the final price is much higher than the initial price contracted, mysteriously coinciding with the question that makes me if I have Spanish nationality. It's the most degrading and humiliating thing that's ever happened to me. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I had a reservation made through an English website. Now it turns out that when I check that I am Spanish, I want to charge more. The only answer they give is "if you don't accept it, we'll pay you back. " Regrettable that this happens…

It is a hotel perfectly adapted to family tourism and children's. I would stress the need to replace the shower tray with four-water shower in the adapted rooms. Just fix this detail to get 100%

Only by allowing us to come with our dogs deserve the 5 stars but it is also that the employees are lovely and the facilities are nice. The SPA is worth the visit, it is not overcrowded and it is very large and the entrance is worth about €20 more than reasonable. 'll!

Once again we choose this hotel this time to celebrate my husband's birthday and also the birthday of Cristina's head of animation that already for us is a friend. We were a weekend early October of 2017 and we enjoyed the water slides and pools as nice as the weather was still pretty warm. We have spent a family holiday spectacular thanks to all the staff that makes up the template of this great hotel.

Playacartaya perfect vacation. Very nice holiday that we spent my family at the end of August, a total of 2, 017. A hotel is really for families, the food and the waiter service very good and the animation excellent by the whole team. It is true that the slides present with a past, especially for the kids who don't want to move there. Definitely a hotel to repeat, recommended 100%.

Great slides. A wonderful site is the second year we are going but this year with the slides have been exceeded, we go with two children of 10 and 7 years and between the slides, the mini club have had a great.

The service is so good, and the children have a lot of fun in the pools. The room is enough big for five person, so next year we repeat the experience.

Sixth year in the string, and second in a row at the playacartaya. We have been the second half of June (time great), we had been last year and this year we had to repeat with the roulette Andalusia, but with the added attraction of the water park again. The girls had a great time. The lifeguards are always attentive (a special mention to Jose who is already a friend, and the girl lifeguard new this year). Animation as always great, waiters, room cleaning exceptional. The only but, is that this year in terms of amount of food drew little and sometimes had to wait, and as you have five people in front don't come and turn to expect (please correct that). Well this year the novelty of the counter breads. We hope to repeat this year in the string.

The spa is great, the Wednesday morning allow entering children and had a great time. The circuit is very complete. Highly recommended.

A good place for fun we went to the hotel attracted by their aquatic facilities, looking for fun for our kids, and the truth is that it perfectly covered the expectations we had.
The dining room for lunches and dinners, well organized, with a good variety in live cooking and a little short on the other dishes. The quality, average, quite acceptable.
The only negative part in this sense we found at breakfast, because in the four days we were in the hotel was necessary, without being at all full the dining room, be asking for items that were exhausted and took to replenish (milk, bread mould, tomato crushed, glasses or glasses to serve juices…).
The swimming pool area, very well, with enough shade to be able to choose without problem more or less sunshine, according to our preferences, and an enviable facilities for the fun. The only one but we put it in the presence of too many wasps.
As for the bars, the queues that are formed are too big. The fact that the waiters have to pass the card of the client in all cases, whether or not you have the all inclusive, slows down a service already in case little quick for not having many waiters. Those queues are noticeable especially in the indoor bar, with a very small counter except when they open at night the lounge, and in the pool bar.
Finally, I refer to the shows. On the date we were in October, I think they were clearly improved.

Not a four star hotel, its ants in the room and by the pool, when I try to book a trip its not availble but others could book it after a few days the hotel confimed that thay have been wrong but not a sorry sir, and now it was fully booked and the hotel say you can do this by your self with diffrent busses, not that they are sorry. Nothing. Thats not a four star hotel thats a 1 star hotel, the keys to the rooms stop working every day. The water in the pools is very cold.

It is a nice beach that is not as wide as, for example, Punta Umbria. You can, however, each time with a small ferry to the La Flecha, an upstream peninsula. It has a beautiful wide and long Beach and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The room is great, the food is super good. The staff often speak little English which is a pity. There are several water slides and pools. All inclusive is well worth it.

Hotel to enjoy with the family, relax and unwind. Hotel any complaint, everything perfect, I love SPA, and the good treatment of all employees, are all a very professional currantes. In the end repatire God willing, will be the 4 time.

'Disconnect'
We spent 5 days in the month of June Super. Two families with teenagers and children; that have been able to enjoy of activities several in the hotel; and those parents also. Thanks to the kindness of the animation, waiters, receptionists team…
As for food, say that it is very good. Abundant and varied. All kinds of food, including seafood or sushi.
The rooms that have inhabited were in the plant floor, with garden particular and hammocks. Spacious, the bathroom with shower and bathtub; and television screen flat and free tea and coffee soluble coffee.
The Spa is luxurious. The young lady that we received is very competent and friendly. In addition, we enjoyed, because it is very large and varied. We loaded with positive energy to continue enjoying the days remaining to us.

The hotel is in a peaceful setting surrounded by pine trees and the beach of the river Piedras. 10 minutes by car, are Punta Umbria beaches which are already in open ocean.

Hotel very well, not so much staff, the security guard, a kid (I speak of 5 years) believing the FBI caught a child's arm immobilizing him badly and with force, and led to reception. The receptionist called to the father and you gave lessons as educating to the sninos, father is quite cabreó and the child guardian twisted her arm. I met the family at the hotel and I lived in first person the story and I thought it was unfortunate, I hope that they have changed those two characters, our failure was not to put the relevant claim and talk with the top, but presumably you're going to relax and these things not waits.

Super hotel with direct access to a beach at the mouth of the Río Piedras. Large spaces both inside and in the gardens and swimming pool.

We stayed 8 days in August, the facilities are very well with very careful and beautiful gardens, one of the good things was the friendliness of the waiters attending the terrace boys enough friendly and educated. One of the drawbacks was the elevators they broke too often and we had to raise or lower the room to walk, enough room for improvement at all beach hotels food has fallen much quality. In general the hotel is well hurts is to go to the beach you have to take a car or a boat.

Weekend at playacartaya. — Stay: last week of September. Rent standard with half board. The room we were given was very spacious, with side sea view, very nice terrace and the bathroom large and distributed in compartments. Only one elevator for so many rooms that should be a test of patience in high season. The hotel pool is small and sun beds are spread throughout the garden, some very close to the pool area. The nice staff. The restaurant, a chaos, they ran out of dishes in a meal and had to wait, the waiter took our card after to serve us drinks without us the drinks, we had to wait more than half an hour we handed over the card and the glass upon request and while you wait patiently eating without being able to drink or pasting sips of the bottle, when he gave us the card without give receipt any one of the drinks and apologized which we understood. To make the output it turned out that in that meal we had aimed for two times drinks that we don't belong, one of them cancelled the same day, without the occurrence of our own.

A family run hotel and with plenty of tranquilizad in the surrounding area. The animators do to pass the days very fun for children and adults alike. Five minutes away you have the beaches of a natural value and fabulous beauty. The food is average but good service in the kitchen live, no queues. We have stayed in September 2015.

VACATION Hotel recommended for families with children. The hotel beach is bad, but 5min you have some wonderful beaches. The food could be improved and as a counterpoint the hotel staff are great. The animation is the best of all playasenator. Thank you for everything.

"A perfect vacation" This chain of hotels never disappoint, and have everything you need for a perfect holiday. Playacartaya is quite a large hotel, on the outside it is a vast green area with pine trees. Has the pool of waterslides, a jacuzzi only for adults, a small child and the main pool. The pool is the smaller of the Senator hotels we have been. In the pool was forbidden to reserve the sunbeds. It has seemed to Me a great initiative and I hope they do in the other hotels of this chain. Always we found some hammock-free, outside the time out, something very to be thankful for. There was a girl dedicated exclusively to control the sunbeds that no one was there but they were bookings with a towel set. Parking is difficult around the area, especially on the weekend. We caught the hotel's parking, located in the basement and is very comfortable as it has direct elevator access. The price of parking is good, the 5 nights for€ 30 and with the card vip beach make it a 25% discount, costing the 5-day 22, 50€. Another very positive thing that has this hotel is that it has two restaurants, both the food is the same and you can enter that you want, for breakfast or for lunch and dinner. I have never encountered queues to get a table or food in any of them. There are no beach bars or restaurants, or good beaches… you have to take the car to go to everything. To go to the other side of the channel, where is the beach with the open sea, take a boat that costs 3€.

Since I was 4 years ago and is still more or less the same as always, the facilities perfect, food good. The entertainers and waiters so guais as always. The only thing what the beach has not changed anything. We continue with the boat by paying 3 per person to sit at the beach, embarrassing. I recommend going to the beaches of the people in the car you are 5 minutes away and well worth a Tip on rooms: don't take the 528

It has everything for all ages, very cool.

My experience has been wonderful. The animation is perfect, especially for the kids, with a brilliant team, which is dedicated 100% to everything to go perfect. The deal with the hotel staff nor does it have any paste. In contrast, the care at the time of the meals is very poor. May not be the same person slope of the plate of meat, fish, pasta, eggs… even if they have recognized the care with gluten and lactose, with the rest of allergy care is more than poor.

BETTER AT HOME We have been 6 days from the 26th July 2015 at the Hotel Playacartaya and I recommend this Hotel because every year is exceeded. The truth is that I have noticed an increase in the quality of all services, including meals, that this year I have seemed insurmountable and, as always, with the leading brands of the market. The environment and the animation are still phenomenal, but above all, I must stress the care received by the reception staff May, Alvaro and Antonio, are true professionals that make you feel better than at home since they make it possible to meet all the needs for very simple that may be. Third year that my family enjoy a wonderful holiday in this hotel. What can I Say? As every year the entertainment team OUTSTANDING, I was really excited to go back to see animators from previous years, some of them were only for a visit to see their partners and clients repeaters, my daughters are delighted with them, they would even out to dinner all the boys and girls together with any monitor, this year the older kids (from 12 years old) went to the disco of the hotel. Note to several people that made our holiday more special: The restaurant River Stones to Manuel, kitchen in the living area of the fish, always leave the food to taste of the client, Ana in the same restaurant, making these crepes sweet and savoury together with the macaroni were the mainstay of my daughters and Jessica's Pub Al-Andalus, where, in addition to take some cup gave us conversation, many thanks to the three. With respect to the service room of the restaurant, River Stones, I prefer to keep my full opinion and to abridge it, but it is very very very disappointing, for me, is without a doubt the worst hotel as in previous years, this does not improve. No need to leave the hotel We returned to the hotel for the third time, the second half of June and as always it has been a great stay. The first week the hotel has been under occupation which has allowed the relationship with the rest of the customers, being almost like a family, and the second, with the order of the colleges, the hotel was filled to appear a slight problem with the hammocks. The hotel has the problem of not having a beach to the open sea and therefore has a very competitive price, but the facilities of the hotel and its amplitude are the best of the chain. To compensate for the lack of beach, the hotel has an animation team very good, with Lola to the head, which, if you want, it will fill all of the hours of the day. Over the past year there has been any floor that has been replaced with new members that have been integrated quickly, forming a real pineapple. It offers outdoor swimming pools and a well-distributed, with different spaces and depths, and two good slides as well as adequate spaces for the water polo and aquavolley, although this year they have replaced the goals of water polo with smaller ones, which are detrimental to the game. The garden area and the pool is very large, which allows you to be stuck completely in the environment of animation, in or out of the and be quiet.

Great hotel. Beautiful facilities, especially the pool area which has slides for children and lots and lots of sun loungers. The hotel has a spa circuit which is a wonder. The food quite acceptable and the treatment of personal right.

We were in August of 2014. The perfect hotel everything was clean and staff attentive. The rooms are nicely sized. Best bath has a tub and then shower. Plus the toilet is separated by a door. Facilities correct. It has two dining rooms so that there are never any queues and you can sit where you please. The meals are good and the cooking is quite good. It is not necessary to the parking (although it was inexpensive), you can park in well to the surroundings. The bad: because that this in the middle of nowhere and you need a car for everything. The beach is not such if it is not the mouth of the rio piedras and does not have anything even showers. Impossible to go to that. In general the hotel is perfect, it has many activities and the boys put forward. Perhaps the most loose the performances of the night. Very good hotel for relaxing holidays with children. It has swimming pool abroad, jacuzzi, water slides and large Lawn area and shade. The room in which we have been has a bathtub and a shower, being very useful and also avoids slips that often occur in the bathtub. The buffet falls short in desserts, kitchen alive is very varied but slow and the replenishment of the trays ending also have been a little slow. Very good food. Overall very good, again.

A paradise at our fingertips: This year we have known the Playacartaya Spa Hotel was one of the few hotels that we had to know of this chain and have been so pleased as always. It is a paradise, both its facilities and its location. The staff and the activities of animation as great as always. Very satisfying buffet and very helpful with a good terrace. The pool is very nice and there are hammocks plenty for everyone. We recommend it.

ONE week Super at PLAYACARTAYA Hello have spent a week at this hotel and everything has been perfect very good quality food and everything first makes the room very comfortable and clean phenomenal pools slides for children Super has been a very good week which I recommend to anybody.

Very good hotel. Good beach drive. We have hosted us twelve days in the month of August and it is a very good hotel. It has common areas very you larger and this makes it a more quiet than others of the same chain. To repeat. The best: schedules of services of food, varied and of good quality, two restaurants buffet (beautiful, no tails and large space between tables) ; great hall, very good zone of swimming pools and water slides; Gardens great, beautiful and well-kept; spacious, clean and with good beds; very good bathroom and terrace, good control of hammocks in the swimming pool by rescuers, great spa, great theatre, dinner one night, very good animation, evening in the beach club although only shows team made them two days. The worst: few elevators and that much must be to reach a large part of the rooms, the pool bar tops, most of the evening at the theatre shows, TV small to see sporting events with other guests of the hotel, the restaurant's à la carte dinners is not cosy, TI is good but is miss something of variety in appetizers and snacks (just crisps and tubs ice cream). On the beach to say that the best option is to take the car and three kilometers there is a beach very good and easy parking (fine, white sand crystalline water and have to walk far to get it to cover).

This year chose this hotel to pass our well-deserved vacation and another year we returned to succeed in choosing the hotel, good location although the beach area that touches you share is what down you a little bit, but the rest is a great hotel although note that they go down the conditions every year and that notice it enough in the area of dining rooms that the food was very good but the repeated very fast in two days were already repeating meals and above all in the children's menu. We spent 4 great days. The facilities are incredible. Fantastic food, very varied, exquisite. Super SPA area. The staff amazing, that JUANKA is worth much. It is the third consecutive year in which we chose this hotel for our summer holiday. And another year we have become to feel like our house so much so that out of the 15 nights contracted initially, we extended our stay to 19. Let's go by parts: Reception: a reception exceptional by Antonio always willing to our demands. We had a small problem with the room and resolved it in minutes. The rest of their classmates great, very friendly. Room: with front view to the sea, very spacious and the bathroom huge. The only bad thing we have found has been the TV was a bit old and only see a few channels, but as holidays are not going to watch TV then neither will we put a lot of importance so that if you are in need of change are the mattresses. Restoration: one of the strong points of the hotel with great professionals both in restaurants and in bars. In no time I had to wait longer than normal for you to attend the waiters. The food is pretty good though for people who are staying more than ten days may result in the end, a bit monotonous. Note that every Saturday night there was a buffet gala in which to make decorations with the food and that night increases the quality. I recommend to visit the page of facebook of Playasenator and see the pictures of the creations of all the hotels.
