100 comforting and above all, very very central…

The location is very nice : central, from which to reach practically all the beautiful places of the city. Good and friendly service. Services of a normal 4 star.

Very well located. The rooms are of good size, refurbished and comfortable. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

A hotel very close to the center and main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, above average bedding and decorations. The hair dryer in the bathroom was the strongest I have ever used :) There is an underground parking lot, which is not free even for the hotel guests, and costs around 25 eur per day.

Amazing experience, great check in and check out. Extremely friendly staff. Especial shout out to Hector who tried to fulfil all our wishes and had awesome tips about the city. Breakfast was awesome, they even had Churros. Check out was smooth and easy. The Romanian Trainee was extremely friendly and fast. We also loved the location.

Good hotel, very comfortable and spacious bed, standard size room in a four star, well laid out, with a big and new TV. We asked for a quiet room and we were assigned one that looked out onto an inner courtyard with zero noises, right, the other rooms facing the street, have better views, but we had read that they were louder. The public parking Victoria has direct access to the hotel, is expensive, 20; 50 € day, but essential if you go by car, because in the area can only park the residents, the squares are spacious. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Along with their most important arteries. Near emblematic monuments such as the Alhambra, the cathedral, plaza Birambla, which is must to visit and wander its streets full of bazaars. The hotel OR Victoria, happens to my particular list of the best hotels I've ever been to … If the superior room is well, the junior suit is a stunner, with an impressive living room and a perfect location, from which to enjoy events like the Holy week, watching the processions, without the crowds from the balcony of the room, or a beautiful view of the city and the Sierra nevada. I want to thank and congratulate the catering service and room service, for your kindness and good work, the cleaning service that is carefully prepared to the smallest detail and at the reception for their willingness kindness and sympathy. The only but that I would to the suit, junior, is that the tub is not hot and does not have a shower cabin. In the area in which the hotel is located, you will find all kind of stores, bars and restaurants and only five minutes from Plaza nueva, Gran Vía de Colón, Reyes Católicos, Plaza de la trinidad. Next to the hotel, there is a tourist bus stop that takes you to all the beautiful corners of Granada.

We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel in Granada. It is on the edge of a large shopping accessible only by footpath, a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra (although quite hilly! ), and close to tons of restaurants. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable enough, most of the hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are a good size for what you pay. While not an ultra luxury hotel, I overall enjoyed my stay here.

A good choice very friendly staff all this very close I recommend going to eat at Marisqueria cunini not cheap but worth very good steaks too.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a position of extraordinary convenience to walk around. The room I was given, although not the size provided in the reservation, was very welcoming: parquet floor, dark wood furniture, large bed and very comfortable, elegant and complete bathroom. On cleanliness, nothing to plead, as on service in general. The staff is decent and helpful. I did not have breakfast in the hotel nor tried the restaurant. The NH VICTORIA in Granada is certainly a hotel of great quality and prestige. For those who do not want to take any risk.

The central location of the hotel allows you to visit the city better. At the time of the visit, the hotel had partibin renovation. The quality of the services is great. Clean and equipped, the room is also clean and comfortable. Comfortable public parking spaces to leave the car. At check in is requested car license plate so you can possibly delete Nulte outlets to reach the property located in the restricted traffic area.

Great hotel, very centrally located. The room was very nice and was pretty soundproofed except for the church bells very nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel's parking garage so do yourself a favor if you're driving in and don't arrive after dark. Once we were situated, it was very lovely. The breakfast, though excellent, was a bit pricey. We had a room on the third floor and posted its view. Spent rest of our time exploring and not in room.

Excellent location. Staff pleasant. Be careful If booking a tour for La Alhambra. We were promised a group of 12-15. The group ended at 23 people and the guide had to give the tour in two languages, so we had to miss some spots to make time.

Excellent In the first place, of three stars, nothing, is a four-star hotel that looks more like one of five. Friendly staff, excellent. The location, unbeatable. The rooms are very complete, elegant and very comfortable. The breakfast, fantastic. I can't think of any paste.

Located at the very heart of Granada the building looks great from the outside and inside. Rooms on the main road feature a great view on the Puerta Real on one side and mountains on the other. We had a big tv, bath, minibar and nespresso machine. Improvement points for a 5 star rating: — Staff should speak way better English; only Spanish is not enough in the hotel business — Add a roof terrace. This hotel has the slowest free internet connection I have experienced. To upload 3 pictures to FB had to wait for an hour. I have been to NH hotels in other countries and other cities, but I have never experienced something like this. Very frustrated! Otherwise, the hotel is at the good location. The reason I give it 2 stars because is very important to post my articles and pictures. I don't want to pay 10 euros because I only use it to upload for less than an hour. By the way, which hotel still charges people to upload data to internet these days.
