Nicely located, clean and friendly staff. No reason I wouldn't go back here.

A super 3 star hotel that has recently been renovated. Our room was bright, clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and there is a park service for the car. The breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful.
The hotel is fully recommended.

Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist. Onsite restaurant. Good central location, shops, restaurants and sites are right outside the door.

Very nice and central Hotel. You can enter with the car to very close even if it is tourist area. Breakfast in the bar next door is very good and priced tight.

Great rooms. Very stylish interiors. Location is within walking distance of all Granada attractions. 25min walk to Alhambra. Loads of food options nearby. Great views of Sierra Nevada mountains and Alhambra from the rooms.

The best thing was the treatment of the workers, at all times we were treated in a very special way. The place is terrific.

Modern Hotel very well located in the centre of Granada. Quiet and well-attended reception with bar and common sites on the same floor. Not too spacious but modern and cosy rooms. The bathroom is spacious and well decorated. You can tell it's been reformed recently. Recommended.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, on the street the hotel is full of tapas bars with super reasonable prices. The location is perfect.

It was a very difficult hotel to reach. It doesn't excel in the lobby nor in the rooms. Friendly and thoughtful staff with customers also offering paid parking service with dedicated staff. Average of the three Italian stars.

It's got everything we want when we're on the road. Clean, attentive staff, has a bar restaurant with very good care, and offers typical menu, simple but rich.

Hotel is modern and clean with decent sized rooms. Nice variwty of food at breakfast times. Reception staff are really helpful and pointed us in the right direction for places of interest and buses. The location is fabulous! Had everything in walking distance, including restaurants, shops, cathedral, chapel, Madrassah, town hall, bus stops etc. All in all a great experience!

Hotel has stairs on every floor, for most of the rooms you might need to go through at least 10plus stairs before you will reach your room. And if you have a lot of luggages and children, you will be super tired needing to "transport" all of them to your room. Soundproof was very bad as well! While we were moving luggages to our rooms, guests from other rooms came out and shouted at us. Aircon wasnt working well as well. Feedback to the hotel staff but he told us there is nothing he can do. We can only wait for the "aircon to turn cool". Yes we waited, and it got cool only after like 5hours? Dated centralise aircondition they are using. Especially during the hottest july month, its hard to sleep with the heat. The view was bad facing other building's construction. I was told that there is a reserve decent space in front of the hotel lobby to allow us to load our car but no its not! We need to move all the dustbins on the entrance of the narrow side lane in order to get to the "decent reserve space" to unload our luggages! We parked at a public parking space for 20 euros per car which was not what I had been told as well! To make things worse, we were not given the beds that we reserved! Management of the hotel is lying. Some of the rooms on every floor you need to go through at least 10 stairs to get to your room. And their air condition really isnt working. If you dont believe it experience it yourself during the hot months! My advice is dont book this hotel!

Very reasonable price during the peak season like August. The room is clean and tidy with a lovely tiny balcony that gives us great sunshine every morning. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to book the Alhambra tickets online and they did it for me within minutes before the last one sold out for the next day. Many choices for breakfast from a simple toast to an extensive buffet.

Great central location, good serviceable room, friendly staff, lovely breakfast with lots to choose from to fill you up for the day. There was a problem with our booking but Raquel was quick to sort it. Very close to some amazing tapas bars, you only have to turn left or right and all of the bars offer reasonable drinks and fantastic food.

The staff is really helpful and willing to answer any questions. The Hotel can arrange free tours for sightseeing. It is in a narrow street lined with restaurants and bars. Recommended!

Comfortable rooms in a central street of Granada. Recommended. Better book without breakfast and breakfast cheaper and somewhat typical in any bars that there are around.

It is great its room are espaciosad.
In addition this very located have many restaurants to eat.
And you have everything close at hand.

Located in the Centre, in a street full of bars where you can enjoy tapas. Renovated, very comfortable room with a terrace with views of the Alhambra. I'll be back.

Best hotel, best service, reasonable price, good location. I would like to comeback again. From the room 315, we had a big room, big bathroom with window, and a good view. We saw the big mountain covered by snow from far away, very beautiful.

Noise: The hotel is centrally located (something hard to find and very narrow driveway) in a pedestrian area with numerous tapas bars and restaurants. Due to the bad window and generally bad building substance, it is very noisy in rooms. Partitions between rooms have no soundproofing. Running water, flush toilet, hair dryer, conversations, you can hear everything. Cleanliness: Positive is laminate in the rooms (carpet is inappropriate I think for hotel rooms), which was unfortunately moved without sound absorbing subflooring. The bathroom is tiled and in places black mold is in the joints. Bathtub, sink partially knocked off. Toilet under the edges and outside dirty. In the middle of the bathroom is a small drain which was never cleaned. Drain odor occurs because no trap is installed at the sink. I wanted to not turn on the air conditioning, because the grids were dirty, dusty and black. Power: In the rooms, there is no free outlets except in the bathroom (1)! Download to your phone or tablet had to stretch out I only the minibar and the mini-TV. Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are very small service: staff is very nice and helpful. Valet to the garage (parking €16 / day) breakfast has me not tasted and it is always a matter of taste. Conclusion: I will never again book and the three star, which has the hotel must be min. Two shall be deleted.

Good location, nice big room, but a morning of renovations woke us at 7:30, which is unacceptable. No donut for breakfast for my daughter, Wi-Fi very inefficient.

I stayed at this hotel during my vacation trip to Granada. The hotel is very good, very central, close to all the tapas bars. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our tourist questions. We took breakfast buffet and the truth that was very good, although it can have cheaper breakfast in any bar in the area. The rooms were good size and perfect cleaning.

This was the best hotel out of five that we stayed at in our recent trip to Spain. Violeta at the front desk was a dream.

Price of a 3 star but a formula 1 insulation.

In a note from a 0 to 10 you would to the treatment of the bar service a 2 for his bad behavior to the customer with a contempt worthy of innkeeper of the 15th century. Forgiveness, a bartender from that era would be a lot more education. Almost broken the glass of the drink to throw away it, or look at you to serve you, you throw the money, terrible.
In a scale from 0 to 10, I'll give a 2 to the bar service. They have a really bad behaviour to the customer, they almost break the glass when they literally throw it to me, they also throw me the money, even when I had my opened hand. Horrible.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Granada. Good value with large rooms and great service.

We (me and my girlfriend) spent 2 days in Dauro and we can't say a bad thing about the hotel. The staff was really kind, everything in the room was clean and we didn't hear anything from other rooms. If we can, we'll come back in the future.
