Nice hotel. Good placing. The parking is tricky.

The hotel was under construction and no one told us anything. We spent the first night and at 7 am they started drilling and hammering the walls, we had the work right in the upstairs room. We went down to reception to complain and refused to refund the money for the remaining two nights to leave, we were only moved from room to a lower floor.
We would definitely not return to the hotel.
The only good thing is its good location.

This hotel is one of the “NASTY” hotels here’s why 1. Very poor maintenance 2. Elevators is on a first climb of stairs 3. Slow Wi-fi 4. Small Elevator 5. Tv sometimes would loose signal 6. A/C had trouble turning on, a person came to fix it 7. One of the beds creeks 8. Limited outlets 9. You have to bring remote control to receptionist.

This is by far the worst “hotel” that I’ve ever been to. The “elevator” (4 persons cramped) only works BETWEEN floors, meaning that you have to CLIMB 10 steps to get to it with baggage AND ANOTHER 9 steps to get to your room. The “Wi-Fi” access stinks and doesn’t work at times. This is not a handicap, disabled, or elderly friendly hotel because of the so called “elevator” access. The beds are also squeaky and the rooms lack windows, unless you’re happy with one in the bathroom. Expect to also encounter a shortage of electrical outlets and flimsy pillows as well.

The worst hotel that I’ve ever been to. A long wait for the check in because rooms not ready. I waited over an hour. You have to pull your luggage through the stairs to the very small elevator. You can see the wall when it’s going up. The elevator stops between floors and not on the floor. This means more stair climbing when you get off. The rooms are awfully small, and no outlets to charge your devices. The TV is very small, and you receive the remote for it at your check in. The rooms are without windows and depressing. My mother in law’s room air conditioning wasn’t working, and the Wi-Fi was 2 mbps and cutting off most of the time. The hotel entrance leads to a scary looking narrow alley. We checked in at 2pm and checked out less than 4 hours later. I didn’t care about losing our money. I wouldn’t recommend this “hotel” to anyone.

After having a reservation of a room with double bed gives us one with 2 separate beds and 2 bunks, not to mention the filth of the room and the bed, in which there were still hairs…

Excellent central location. Room was clean and although fairly basic, it had the essentials. Heating/cooling, hair dryer, shower. Parking is extra, but the car park is only around the corner, and a short walk back to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and those I encountered spoke excellent English. What more can you expect for the price? Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located which is one of the strengths. The rooms are average, sleeping and showering are fine. The breakfast surprised us for good.
The bad thing is that you hear the neighbors of room and how you touch a neighbor wanting to party because that… You can hear everything.
Overall it's pretty good, and it's a very affordable price.

Long wait for hotel rooms.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. In my room there were four beds, I slept in a light and there waking my back hurt very much. The heating did not work and there was humidity the only window that was in the whole room was where the beds were there was not in the bathroom, the window of mine overlooked a filthy inner courtyard and was of other rooms where the only window facing the elevator shaft.

I went to visit the hotel and I take a big disappointment…
Just enter, the girl at the front desk told us that breakfast is optional and has a cost of 4. €80, but in the offer we acquired Reglejaba a cost of 3. €50.
The room was extremely small and with several flaws, the mattress very uncomfortable and with sunken areas and the same pillow, very fine…
The heating was not working, I told the receptionist and wanted to change "reluctantly" from room, to another smaller yet and with the heating also broken…
The tub looked like a shower of my little one which was and the bathroom continually gave off an unpleasant smell that came to the room.
Honestly it is the worst hotel I have visited so I would not recommend it to anyone.

No frills. Very old to start elevator very small and old. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good. All the noises are heard. And the plugs are almost there in the whole room only one!

1 star and because I can't give less, the dirty beds are full of hair, the room dirty. Noise but not power we have had to bring a set of sheets to change it. What a shame. Back? Never! The deal is nil. I don't recommend it.

Room was big, clean and had a good system but the walls were really thin so everything could be heard from neighbouring rooms. Received two single beds instead of a double bed, and was given the wrong room (we walked in to an occupied room. ) Breakfast was okay, coffee was really good. Great location in the middle of everything.

The place is horrible! Very cold! In the room there is no window, no hot water! It is not possible to take the shower! No parking! And a strong chlorine smell!

Worst hotel I've ever been to. I never leave negative reviews but this has outperformed me. It's all disgustingly dirty. It smells like tobacco and moisture and on top of that they refuse to return even if it is part of the money. And very very slow and poor service. They've got a girl for everything. Zero recommended.

It was a nice place for two people. Everything was clean and tidy.

The hotel was fine overall. The pictures online made it look much nicer than it actually was (it is a 2-star hotel). The location was great though and the room was really cheap. If you're looking for an affordable place to crash at night and want to spend the rest of the day exploring granada, this hotel will fit your needs. If you're looking for a decently nice hotel to spend some time in, look at other hotels.

We arrived about 16:30 o'clock, do check-in, give us the keys, and when we got to the room I was still without. Poor management to start.

Our room was a quadruple room with 2 beds and a bunk bed. Well, litter had no stairs to go to bed top (had to climb). And in addition, the mesh structure that holds the top mattress was rather half destroyed, so I slept in the bed below, feared that it came down and I able.
But the most unfortunate thing of all was the mattresses. Hostel is mainly used for showering and sleeping. As well, here sleep the truth can not. Mattresses "you eat" literally, are regrettable, horribly uncomfortable. It is that we we spent the night hanging around. Really, terrible. And to all this we add some outrageous decided to mount their own party in the early morning and thanks to the role of the hostel walls it seemed that we were inside it. Well, the conclusion is that we spent the worst night. So I do not recommend this hostel to anyone.
