Rooms too small. No frigobar, no connections sufficient to charge cell phones or other devices. No space for luggage or to move around.

The fire precautions are basically non existent. The stair well is completely open to all the landings so fire will spread between floors and the bedroom door are not fireproofed. Would not have stayed if we had known. The hotel has commented that it conforms to Spanish fire regulation, which I queried as Spain is in the EU and sure there are similar basic fire regulations. This is basic hotel fire security.

Nice clean modern room, small but who wants to be in the room? Right in the edge of the old town. Loads of restaurants and Tapas bars within a few minutes walk.

If you want to visit Granada and stay in a central location, this hotel is perfect.
The front desk staff is very friendly and help you in everything. Bus stops are very close by and meeting points for city tours as well. Nearby you have many bars and restaurants to tapas. The Hotel is correct in services for your category.

The hotel is perfectly located for all of the major attractions in Grenada, less than a kilometer to the Alhambra and only a couple of blocks to the cathedral, the souk, and a ton of great restaurants. The rooms are fair sized, but the bed takes up a lot of the floor area. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the pillows are memory foam, which was a surprising touch. The breakfast is very simple, meats, cheeses, and rolls, but it's a fairly typical continental breakfast. The bathrooms are reasonable, but the tub is rather small. The biggest drawbacks are there are no views other than of the buildings on the other sides of the very narrow streets, and the fact that there is really accommodation for the disabled, as every part of the hotel has at least a few steps to access, including the elevator to the rooms.

Nice location and reception is very friendly. There are free Wi-Fi but the speed is awful. There wasn't a fridge in my room and I would like to have a extra power plug next to my bed.

Very noisy place, it's imposible to have a good night sleep. Room doors close with a loud bang. Our door had 1/4 of an inch space around and we could see the hallway lighting from our room. Street is very noisy at night. Hotel staff are grouchy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Location is great. Small, clean comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Breakfasts are (or can be) provided with the room, but are extra if you book through a 3rd party site. Across the street there are some great food stores here so that you can pick up a meal for later — a fruit store, a place to buy jamon and a wonderful bakery (along with breads and Spanish pastries, her Moroccan pastries are wonderful)

The hotel is very well located, right in the center and close to everything. For the price it is reasonable to stay a couple of days. The room is a fair bit of space but does the service. Note that the mattress was very comfortable (we ordered separate beds). Shortage of plugs and the Wi-Fi is justita at least in our room.

Decent hotel, very good location. The hotel itself is cozy. The room was average, with thin walls which you can hear your neighbours or people talking in corridor. Front desk service was good.

The location is very good and staff friendly but there are discrepancies between room photos/facilities and actual room. Cannot connect to Wi-Fi, smelly room, requested a double bed and got approved but they will gave us two single beds.

Anacapri is a beautiful hotel which is situated in the perfect part of the city, it is within walking distance of great restaurants and amazing sights.

The best location to visit the centre is historical monuments of Granada. Hotel clean Room Only fault the location if one comes by car, little road to limited traffic, and according to what time you arrive the street is closed.

Great location next to the cathedral and around the corner from a bus stop that takes you to Alhambra. We got a triple that was not too large but not too small. Room had AC and a large clean bathroom with adequate room service. Beds weren't the best, but I didn't mind. Breakfast buffet was pastries ham and cheese, and freshly prepared. Perfect for staying for a couple nights as a traveler.

Staff very friendly and the room is very clean. Hotel is very well located at the foot of the Albaycín, near the Cathedral.
A small flat for lunch: buffet without much choice, we opt for the very numerous and quite good restaurants nearby.

It has everything that one expects at an adequate rather than accommodated. The staff is outstanding, especially the boy of the afternoon that solved us a temita with the tablet. The only weak, weak point is the quality of the wi fi.

The staff are very friendly and its central location with respect to Albaicin is a plus, but it was all overwhelmed by two downsides: (1) It took us over an hour of driving around the city centre with the so-called "aid" of our satnav and a map trying to find access to it. Every time we got close, there was a no-entry or one-way street which meant we couldn't actually reach it. In the end we parked about 20 minutes away and walked into it. Ridiculous. (2) The room was very noisy. The bed squeaked; we could hear the people talking in adjoining rooms; and could hear cisterns flushing for what seemed like miles around. We've stayed in worse, but will not be using this one again.
