I just spent a night in that hotel and will not come back anymore because of the unprofessionalism.
I called on Saturday to have a parking space reserved for me and at that time there was a … the gentleman at reception I keep it kindly telling me that there was only that one, I work I arrive at the hotel and to my surprise they tell me that I do not have any parkin reservation … On top of that, they left me as a liar saying that he hadn't told me anything and that he didn't remember! They made me take the car out and take it to another parkin! An embarrassment towards a customer! I found it unprofessional and annoying! We are talking about a hotel!
My experience was very bad as I will never be back again…!

Wow for what I paid for a long weekend I thought we had booked a hostel but this hotel knocked us soon as we walked in staff very happy to see you and helpful hotel very clean even know they are redoing the pavement outside you couldn't hear a thing, room very nice plenty of room will be booking there again when we go back to malaga thanks you.
