Very inviting and warm hotel. The breakfast could be better but it's so close to the main square and all the attractions.

Charming Hotel located in the centre of Malaga. The rooftop has a small pool and a bar from which you can see the port. The decor is exquisite all in shades of green. The room and bathroom very comfortable. I would say the best is the staff, all attentive and lovely from reception to the pool. In addition it has a restaurant with japanese Kirei by Kabuki, which is very good.

Nice roof bar, good breakfast (exept it's in the basment). The room is also very Nice.

Excellent hotel, very friendly service and comfy beds and rooms well decorated. Location was also excellent, within walking distance to nearest metro and close to the harbour. Rooftop bar gets very busy but you can see why when you go there, cocktails excellent and good value. This is starting to become my favourite hotel chain!

Back in Valeria, where I feel at home, their staff friendly, caring and willing to make your stay an unforgettable experience. It is worth noting the views and its spectacular terrace, where our staff will pamper and give you a service for 10. Since then the hotel is 100% recommendable.

I would love to give a 5/5 to this hotel. It's well located, new, well maintained, has an interesting design, bathrooms with beautiful tiling, a lovely rooftop bar. However, the impossibility of bringing down the temperature in the room made our stay really unpleasant. The air-con unit could only be set to ventilation or heating. After reporting the issue to reception, they apparently disconnected our unit from the central system, but it made no difference. The room was still a sauna. We left the window open when we could, even if it made little difference, but, given that we were on the 1st floor, we had to close it at night due to the noise from the street. This, together with bed and pillows, made our sleep over the two nights uncomfortable. Another annoying point is that we paid extra for a room with a view, but I would not call what we had a "view". It was simply facing externally. Lastly, I know that room assignment is always based on availability, but I found it Ironic that after emailing the hotel in advance to express a preference for a room on a higher floor, we got the lowest floor possible. When I brought it up at check-in, I was offered a Junior Suite instead, but I would have had to pay extra for it, which I found a bit unfortunate. Price wise, I would consider more than 350 euros for 2 nights expensive for Malaga in December, but perhaps it was due to the fact that they had the marathon that weekend.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon… and thank goodness we did. After what was turning out to be a failure of a honeymoon, this hotel made up for it. The rooms were SPOTLESS and so stylish. All the little details throughout the room made us feel so special. Staff was so helpful. It was such a relief. They even booked our morning taxi for us. Amazing location in the bustle of the city and even then you don't have to worry about it being loud.

This is a great hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing. They give you a lot of extras. The location is right near all the shops. I hope to stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed on. The hotel is more then clean, the location is perfect, there is a lot of extra on the room. The top roof is nice with a great bar where they actually know how to make drinks. But the best of all is the personel and the service. This hotel does not have a staff, they have a team, they work together to really make one have a nice stay. Can't tell enough about how they helped with different things under our stay.

Modern hotel with lots of personality. Rooms very original decorated rooms and a rooftop terrace with good views and service.

This hotel is great. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and really good location. Close to the beach and to city center. Breakfast is ok considering the price of it. Terrace bar offers a good view with sunbeds and a cooling pool or a place to sit and enjoy a cool drink. It is a bit bussy during weekends and sometimes the drinks take a bit too long to arrive. You will not be sorry if you choose this hotel.

Room Mate is a cross between W Hotel and Aloft — — cool, uber hip hotel with a Miami South Beach feel but for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very nicely decorated, and the amenities such as fitness center and pool are nice touches. We fell in love with the details, including the USB ports, decor, bathroom fixtures, and even the shampoo and bath gels. We haven't had a need to take a taxi anywhere since most everything has been within a 15min walk, making this hotel that much more of a great deal. Cool rooftop bar too with a W Hotel vibe. The breakfast buffet for €9.85 was a good deal too.

Ideal location between city cente and marina, a few metres from both. Hotel rooms are small but perfect. Breakfast area is underground but they make the best of it. New Japanese restaurant not tried.

We have been to the hotel both on the terrace and in the restaurant. In the first case, it is an ideal place to have a drink and enjoy the views of the port of Malaga. On the second occasion, we visited the great Japanese restaurant that has on the ground floor. I highly recommend it.

I picked this hotel mainly for its location. The room is fine with lots of power outlets for phones, laptops and so on. Unfortunately it's difficult to keep the right temperature in the shower (why one for hot and one for cold, when you could have a mixer? ).

Hotel in the center of Malaga with excellent facilities and views. The views, from the terrace are impressive, but I have to emphasize some details that I have not liked. We got to the terrace and sat on a bed that was close to the hotel pool as everything else was busy. After spending a few moments lying in bed, we are approached by a waiter saying that the beds are for groups of more than two people. OK, while explaining this, stay two more free beds and the waiter tells us that there is no problem that we continue in this bed, as they have been free varies and we can take the bed that we like. We go to a bed that had better views; At this very moment, we approached another waiter explaining that in this bed we could not be and put us back in the one we were previously. It bothered us a little, but without thinking we move towards the first bed. We asked for an infusion and a coffee. The waiter tells us that this kind of hot drinks cannot be ordered in the beds (on a terrace bed near ours, a group of girls had an infusion). They move us, back to a high table as they are suitable for this type of beverage. I will not go to this place again and I will not recommend it either. Excellent views, but the waiters provide a nefarious service to customers who do not order their cocktails from 10, 12, and €15 or their wide variety of cold drinks in their beds.

Modern hotel in a central location.

Looove this Room Mate. It embodies the quintessential Miami South Beach atmosphere and design and it was an absolute treat. The rooms are on the small side but design and details make up for it.
