Great location, very friendly staff, spacious kitchen apartments and bathroom completely renovated. The breakfast buffet very good, for dinner also although not much variety. Many hygiene and prevention measures against covid. Its beach is spectacular. Don't stop going to eat the fishermen's seafood (right next door) and try tartar or tuna tataki… Uummm… Delecious.

Very good family experience for a beach holiday, and safer than at home.

We have spent a week spectacular. Everything has been great. The food is very varied, of good quality and very well cooked. The room was very clean, large, cozy and comfortable. The beach was very close. Highly recommended for families with small children. Perhaps the best thing has been the animation for the chic@s from your computer: kind, caring and very affectionate with the children. We will return for sure.

The buffet horrible. Hotel complex very clean and well maintained, is always maintained and beautifully planted. Staff very friendly and effortless, except in restaurant service: stressed, no smile on the face. The way to the beach is short and very easy to reach via the dunes. Beach bar quite expensive and long waiting times. We booked the half board on site and only had breakfast because we didn't promise dinner, went without problems. Around the hotel there are everywhere smaller and very good fish restaurants and pizzerias :-). The apartments have a kitchenette so that you can take care of yourself completely.

The best thing about the hotel is the beach of La Barrosa, which is a few meters away and with direct access.
The apartment is ok without more, very upgradeable is the theme of the comfort of the beds and the quality of the pillows.
The pool area is not large and is no wonder, but with that beach next door. They don't need any more either.
The buffet is not bad, the best, the staff, always friendly and attentive.

The apartments are fine, mattresses are unfortunately a little too hard for me and the sofa bed is not suitable for large or heavy persons, as the support is very thin.
The food : we had 10 days with half board.
We may have eaten well on 3 evenings. Salads a lot from the glass, freshly fried meat and fish not really good. Unfortunately also served loveless. The side dishes and meat dishes are cooked.
Dessert was good and fruit unfortunately from the can.

Nice green areas all around the apartments, so much diversity in plants and all very well kept. Appartements are fine, fourniture is not very modern but yet fine, just a bit of humidity smell sometimes. Wi-fi is provided in all rooms but coverage and bandwidth is really poor, do not count on it. Kids activities are fine from 4 years on. Access to the beach is really handy, just 2 minutes walk from a private path directly from the appartements. Breakfast quality is not what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel. Friendly staff.

In the restaurant missed the "labelling" of the different dishes, I know there are many, and varied, but it would be great that everything had its label or poster, to know what is every thing. Thank you.

I absolutely can't recommend, there are much better hotels here. Our room was a disaster, the bathroom stank from day one to Kloake although renovated. Despite complaints at the reception, we were not wanted to be given any other room! Tour guide of Bucher was also no help — one wanted photos as proof (?! ) After 3 days, the front door did not open again, so the technical service had to come.

Very nice Complex with large Rooms (Bedroom + living room/dining room). Facilities are typically Spanish. Kitchen including Dishwasher And Washing Machine! The Food is served as a Buffet. The Choice is great, even if it is repeated. Unfortunately, the Meal Times are not ideal for us as a Family with a small Child. Breakfast from 7:30 a. M. To 10:30 P. M. Is great but Dinner from 7:30 p. M. To 10 P. M. Unfortunately is much too late for us. In Addition, the in-house Beach bar hot Eat also served only up to 15 30, which unfortunately is not advertised anywhere. Excellent location, with direct access to the beach. The apartments have everything you need to spend a few quiet and pleasant days. The cleanliness and care of the facilities is very correct. Totally agree with mayte lane in all of the points you touched, we stayed the whole family (5 apartments we had) and we went with the children and with a tremendous illusion, and it was the opposite, an absolute failure, we should set up our claims, and are already handled also to the agency q sold us the hotel, so we hope to have a prompt response, which of course does not remove it from the head of our children that were left with some caritas of worth, but oh well hopefully at least give us a response fast, I at halloween, I will not return I do not know as will be in the summer, the location is perfect and the half of the template is great but the other half I save comment.

It is very good to go with family! The kids really enjoy it. The apartments are very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The food in the buffet is varied.

Had 4 star Aparthotel with 300 rooms. Rail options for living to choose from and quiet location without pool normal location with pool and stage in front of the room balcony. Very nice staff. Pulse unfortunately only open from 11:30 a. M. Location close to the beach CA 40 m. Apartments simple but nice and functional.

Tidy 4-star hotel. With great apartment and good service. The rooms are cleaned very well every day. The mattresses are a bit hard and a lot of furniture is to be improved. Breakfast and buffet dinner is very good and more than adequate, there is something for every taste. The service at the reception is also very courteous. The oceanfront location is perfect. Wlan is slow.

11 years staying in The Dunes, and no complaints from me. If there have been any problems fixed instantly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm not talking about a few days, I'm talking about 11 years, since 2006.

If you are looking for an apartment or Aparthotel, is your ideal place for a location, in first-line of beach, well equipped and very comfortable apartments, animations and installations in general, good.
If you come from 4 star hotels, pretty mediocre, low-quality food and repetitive, coffee and juice very bad, food poor in variety and presentation. Pretty Fab animation, not have beach towels service, there are details such as bed sheets and towels are very inflamed (with holes)
