When I ask myself to dedicate this dedication has appeared in my mind many people who have to thank them for enjoying a cultural holiday by Avila Toledo. I dedicate it to my own life, because living is wonderful.
It would not be fair to forget the attention and personal treatment received by the reception staff, such as the dining service staff (lunch and dinner). A hotel is not to have good location, it is to have good service and friendliness.
I want to make the following remarks: The room and bathroom had nothing to do with the pictures on the page, they are screaming for renovations. Items that can be improved mattresses especially pillows that look like a smoking paper, shower taps and sinks loose, dripping. What struck me the most was the thinking head of putting beds that move on wheels.
The room that I was appointed had no armchair, it had a wooden bench. The furniture is worse but worse than the ones they sell at Ikea, interior frame of the door was loose.
Second day of my instance, they did not put gel, no shampoo, report at reception and Miss (I don't remember your name) very kindly I facilitate them.
I was struck, that the living room was in the basement, when entering the depressed mood, does not have cafeteria service. The only cafeteria that existed is narrow and is separated from the street by a glass closes its services at 21:00horas since the SR in charge of it begins to provide its services in the restaurant. I also miss it because the breakfast was not done where we ate instead of doing it in the cafeteria, very small place for the people staying at the hotel.
