Very beautiful palace, Warm welcome, kind staff, beautiful setting. Comfortable and clean room. Food’s good. I had a fabulous stay☺️

Extremely rude, bad attitude ground lobby staff. I have never experienced such obnoxious behaviour anywhere else in the world, much less to say of a five star hotel. Shame on u. I didn’t expect much from the rude culture as it is, but the experience was beyond disastrous.
Even guard dogs behave more decently.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There is a free bus from the hotel to Seoul Station. We liked the food especially breakfast at executive lounge. Also the gym and golf area. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Perfect safe location, but needs to be kept to Hilton Standards! The design of the room is nice and the staff is pleasant; however I expect above standard at Hilton Hotels as a long time Hilton Honors members. There is paint and dirt on the floor in the corners on the carpet and door panels. The wood furniture is chipped and scratched. There are wires hanging from the closet lightening. The cloth furniture is old and needs to be cleaned, better yet replaced. Last of all the utility cabinet in my room is spooky.

On business trip so only stay in room and the cafe for breakfast. Nothing much to say except the room was cleaned well everyday. The bed is very comfortable and had a restful sleep every night. The staff at the cafe were very attentive. But I chose this hotel because of its location. On the day I left Seoul, I woke up and hiked up Namsan. It was the perfect end to a busy work trip. So I will be back.

Nice hotel. Good location and fitness center. The views are terrific. Getting to the hotel from the metro is awkward… Exit 9 from Seoul station is closest.

It's a great place. But you can lose a lot of money.

Loved the hotel staff and room. It was quite expensive to grab a drink and food. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. We tend to walk most of the days. The staff was always available to help you. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if they had water and/or coffee.

This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are cleaned with great detail, and staff are the most helpful. If you're a diamond member or given access to the executive lounges, you'll be able to see the N Seoul Tower from the window. The free shuttle from the hotel and Seoul Station is also very convenient. However, walking to and from the hotel, through exit 8 and especially exit 10 may be difficult for young kids, older folks and people with heavy luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

As a loyal Hilton member, I've stayed in hundreds of Hilton properties over the years, but there are very few that come even close to Millennium Seoul Hilton. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, but you can always expect that when you step in the lobby: the design, the atmosphere, the attention to detail throughout the building is otherworldly! The room I stayed in was exceptional as well, following the lead of the rest of the hotel: small things like HDMI connector for the TV set, remote for the lights and the AC, all there to help you feel special.

HSK well done all change and replenish during the day. Breakfasts are not very happy hour too very fast for Hilton.

This is one the best hotels I've stayed in Seoul. The rooms are well maintained, clean and most importantly, quiet. Service are excellent. It's no surprise this hotel is one of Forbes top hotels.

The rooms are excellent. Extremely clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to the Seoul Tower and other cool market places.

Hotel did not live, went to the seven Luck Casino. Too small, too many people baccarat front desk is full of people.

Very, very clean rooms. Friendly service. Great breakfast buffet. You have to get used to the omnipresent fragrance of ginseng.

My wife and I lived here for a little over 2 weeks after a permanent change in station from the states. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to be helpful. Continental breakfast is also bangin. Excellent location close to Seoul station. Free shuttles also provided to Seoul station and Itaewon. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Housekeeping is very nice, staff is very helpful and staff is English friendly. Rooms are clean and location is near many malls and restaurants. Executive lounge has good food, staff is really friendly and night time cocktails are good.

Within walking distance of Seoul Station. The hotel is very well equipped. It includes US style electrical outlets in parts of the room. Gold members and above are offered access to the executive lounge which has a great cocktail hour and breakfast. There is a shuttle to Seoul Station and Seoul-Incheon International Airport (ICN).

Typical Hilton. High price level. If your company rate does not include Breakfast it will be expensive. Wifi is like Internet in the 90s. Special Bar offer advertised in the room but bar was closed due to private event.

Very expensive and simply huge. It's a Hilton. The rooms are OK, parking is included in the price. However, the breakfast with 47000Won is greatly overpriced.

It has a very good location and the service is the best.

It is in a great location with a great view. The room on the 17th floor was amazing for 20 years ago. It could be modernized. I could not get the room down to the temperature I wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is more expensive than other hotels in that area.

Great Hotel! Staff at every position are very professional and try to make you feel welcome The staff at the Executive Floors are great. Provide information for everything and try to make you feel at home. Restaurants are all good. I was here last month as well and the Christmas displays were awesome I’m a long time Hilton Person and I can tell you this is one of the top hotels I stay at. Thank you to all for making my stays great!

The first time in Seoul and also the first time in a Hilton hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free bus shuttle to some selected places.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Location perfect, just 10 minutes to Seoul Central Station.

Lovely hotel with friendly, attentive staff directly across from Namsam Park and Seoul Tower. Rooms are big and comfortable with large flat screen TVs, desk and quality desk chair. Also a lounge chair and huge comfy bed with big, soft pillows! The fitness center is awesome and the pool, jacuzzi and steam room make for a great workout and/or relaxing swim, soak and steam. Always immensely enjoy my stays here…

The prices of the restaurants and rooms service are awfully expensive!

I loved the atmosphere here. Since its near Christmas there was a giant tree + small town model at the lobby. The food was great. Very high quality and delicious. The staffs were very responsible too. I would love to visit again.

We only stayed for one night. Our experience was wonderful. The concierge was very helpful in guiding us to tourist locations and where to check out the city early in the morning. We were very happy with the room. The bakery had nice snack options at a good price.

The mountain view was amazing. Executive lounge had a great selection of breakfast items in the morning, and various food and drinks the rest of the day. The staff is always prompt and friendly. Their weekend mango dessert buffet going on right is pretty nifty too. No real drawbacks to talk about (other than the price, but why are you working about price if you made the decision to stay at a hotel that offers beluga caviar in their room service menu). Last note, very nice and relaxing sauna in their gym/pool area.

A very caring place and the staff very friendly.

Excellent service staff. Very attentive to your needs. Very good food at most restaurants. Very clean. Great pool, hot tub, sauna and health club. Bathrooms in rooms a disappointment, which is the reason for 4 stars. Dated and laid out poorly. However, I will go back again.

A 5-star Hotel. Good atmosphere, good service and good food.

The room is comfortable and have good view. But not providing free toothbrush and toothpaste, why? For the breakfast, better to serve more hot food like noodle with soup.

Good location near main Seoul train station. Rooms are clean, and there is a nice multicultural breakfast buffet. Room service is good. Big negative is in three stays, none of my rooms have had good air conditioning.

Great facility, excellent staff, and very good location. However, with the Hilton name on it, you will certainly pay dearly. Everything here is quite expensive, example: $11 toothbrushes that you could easily buy at the GS25 across the street for $2. If you want luxury and great service, and the price doesn't matter, this is the place for you. If you're on a budget, steer clear.

The hotel is nice with amazing toilet that lit in the dark and clean really good. The staffs always nice and did their best to help. Stayed here both times I was in Seoul. The breakfast buffet has so much options to cater the light breakfast kind of person to brunch.

Beautiful rooms with great lighting and beautiful view overlooking the mountains. I really enjoyed the twin beds with exceptional quality bedding. The large screen TV was placed perfectly where we could watch TV comfortably from our beds. The shower water pressure was great and I felt like I was in a sauna. Room service was excellent due to the friendly staff, and it took less than 20 minutes to arrive to our room.

I'm giving it four because that's what I believe it's supposed to be. I'm not sure where the line is between a four and five star hotel. Easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in. My room has a great view of the tower. Little noisy from Seoul traffic, but that's unavoidable. Great location. Some amenities I'd expect in the states aren't here, but it's more than made up for with the excellent service and friendly employees. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent and it has a very nice fitness center. Cans and shuttle buses are easily gotten and the staff will happily help you overcome a language barrier with the drivers. They also have a card with the name and address of the hotel that you can take with you for the return trip. Just hand it to the cab driver and you're good to go. Lastly, while the staff of the hotel are extremely courteous and well groomed, I'd almost swear they hired all of their female staff from beauty pageants. Absolutely lovely and nice as can be.

Everything was great, room was clean, very professional staff, except the hotel location was on a steep hill, so it always hard to get back there at night. We ended up taking a taxi back there every night after first attempt to walk back. It should really be connected to some shopping area with escalators or elevators.

A very cozy and luxurious five star hotel in downtown Seoul.

Good location, 5mins or less short walk to seoul station. Walkable to myeongdong, near Namdaemun. Spacious, well nice Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Beautiful view if u get the room facing seoul tower.

Seems nice at first but have very dishonest policies designed to scam winners out of their payouts. Not to mention extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I have been to casinos all over the world and this was by far the worst.

Close to the train station, the driver can easily arrive to the hotel swimming pool.

Exceptional attentive service. The staff has a good command of the English language and is extremely helpful. Accommodated my needs as a business traveler and cyclist. Appreciate the fitness center and swimming pool. It's location by Namsan provides easy access to cycling and jogging routes.

Loved it here. This hotel is equivalent to the Hilton in Tokyo. Very clean, friendly staff and great amenities.

Possibly the best Hilton ever. The hotel is not a luxuriously appointed but the hospitality is genuine. Highly recommend Club room. Hopefully they will improve on FB quality.

Executive Lounge is top notch. Entire property is really well maintained and the staff is fantastic.

If you have your breakfast there, you might realize what the hotel lacks of. Foods should not taste that way.

Excellent hotel. There're a few nice bars and restaurants in the lobby if you're walking around Seoul, and their casino is quite nice.

Palacial hotel. Has all of the amenities. Staff is super courteous and will go out of their way to get something done for you or help you with a problem.
