The location is great. Bus 6015 from Incheon Airport stops right in front of the hotel for about $15 a person. The popular Myeongdong shopping street and Lotte Duty Free are minutes away. The room is clean and fancy.

Good location in a busy area with plenty of things to see and eat. Rooms were comfortable and had all the facilities I might expect. Staff were helpful, I enjoyed the breakfast which had a good range of items from both local and international cuisine. You had a good view of the surroundings from the restaurant/bar area as it was on the 10th floor. The airport bus started from the stop directly outside which was useful, plus there are two subway stations reasonably close by.

Very convenient place to stay for 6 days 5 nights in Myongdong. Easy access from and to shopping places, Myongdong market. Hotel services are excellent, staff is professional, room is very good, We will stay here again when we visit South Korea.

Room has been renovated. Better than b4. Excellent location right next to Euljiro 1 subway and the busy Myeongdong shopping area. Take 1 stop to Seoul station for AREX to Seoul station.

The service is outstanding! I stayed here for a week last may and even though I ran into some troubles (with the women at the front desk, they were gossiping about me even though they thought I didn't know what they were saying. ) the guy who always greeted me at the door (Sorry I don't know his name) BUT HE IS SOOOO NICENE honestly I wish I did know his name because he deserves 100 promotions (lol) Honestly I had a lot of luggage and I was checking out, they offered me a cab but it wouldn't benefit me because my my other hotel was down the street. This guy LITERALLY helped carry my luggage down the street to the other hotel! Service like this is something I will never forget and I will definitely be staying here agin just because of him and his kindness.

I love this hotel, especially because it located at the Myeongdong shopping complex, just walk out from the back door and you can start shopping. It also near to Myeong-dong subway station. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable. The hotel stuffs are friendly. There a shuttle bus that can take you to grand ambasador hotel, the other accor group hotel.

Room service is great, however the internet is not that great and can be frustrating to deal with. Very convenient location.

Room size can also, unfortunately two years later stay again, found that the whole hotel facilities dilapidated a lot, 10 floor self-service laundry machine dryer half is fault to be repaired, money change machine is also faulty, the hotel seems to need to be renovated.

This hotel has excellent location. The room was affordable, although somewhat small compared to other rooms I have had in Krea. That said the size of the room was entirely adequate. The bathroom inside my room was raised. The lobby seemed to offee me a smoking room. I am not a smoker, but for those who are this is likely good to know. Overall, I would argue that this was a fine place to stay for a night.

Great hotel, large and affordable rooms, clean and bright, great location, helpful staff. Some electrical issues on arrival but they fixed them as soon as I called. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. Exactly at the noon square and many shopping malls nearby. The rooms are just fine and clean. The smoking corridor and room having a strong uncomfortable smell. The AC wasn't cold and that was the biggest con in the hotel.

Location is very convenient. Less than 20 M, you can take airport bus to Incheon Airport. Excellent!

Ibis service was impeccable! However the room we got was slightly small and the bathroom was tiny. Also our view out the window was of another building. Location was perfect! Overall a good experience.

Whether eating or the hotel's location is very convenient for shopping. Hotel can be reached easily on different transport, went to various attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful and reliable. To Seoul again, I would stay at this hotel.

The location is very convenient since there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The guy from the reception in the morning shift is very accommodating & speaks well in english. They allow late check-out esp, if you are an accor member so it pays to be a member. I will book again in this hotel in my next visit on january.

Very close to the green subway live and the Myeongdong market. Great breakfast spread. Free potable water. Some rooms may be uncomfortably cold in winter but they'll provide a space heater on request.
