Elegant and stylish hotel, clean room with very comfy bed, all rooms are located on the high floor. direct access to department store and restaurants, just next to subway station. 24hr spacious well equipped fitness centre. staff are courteous and accommodative.

Great Location with downstairs Mall This is a great hotel to start of your exploration of Incheon. The mall has a supermarket and many restaurants. There are also a variety of eateries that is within walking distance. The train station is underground and there is also a another supermarket cum departmental store a block away connected by the underpass. The hotel is well maintained and the executive floor has a lounge with an excellent spread for happy hour ay 1730hrs. The bathrooms have a built in sauna as well which I find pretty neat. The staff was also very professional and friendly.

Hotel is nicely done up. Rooms are beautiful. Nice comfy beds. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Train station and a mall are located just below the hotel.

Location of the hotel above a large shopping mall with popular eateries and large departmental store. Also the train station is located just under the hotel. So fantastic location out of town. Rooms are large, neat and clean. Bathrooms are will stock with separate bath and shower. Hotel amenities include a huge gym with fantastic views. Reception is on the 42nd floor, making this hotel very much feel like a sky hotel.

Pleasant staff, and wonderful rooms. Hotel is located beside the rail and Hyundai shopping mall. You don't have to travel far for eats and shop!

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! The in room dining was great and the location is perfect if you want to go downstairs there is a shopping mall. Outside across the street are a lot of eating places as well! Breakfast was great, gym was very nice! Best part is the view!

Very good business hotel in Seoul. The hotel itself is located in the upper floors of that building. Lobby and restaurant is at top floor. So you have a very nice view over the city already at your breakfast table. The hotel is in good conditions, the rooms are very good from a layout point of view. The hotel is linked direct to a big mall where shopping and dining is possible. At night are good cocktails served at the bar. Also at top level floor. The service personel is speaking international languages and super friendly and helpful as we expect from Asians. Down side a bit — around the hotel is nothing.

Well furnished modern room with sauna facility in your own bath room. Attention in every detail given by staff. Lift system is very inflexible however. Overall great hotel great stay.

Great hotel if you like loud Chinese and enjoy staff that won’t tell them to be quiet. The buffet is as peaceful as a bar room brawl. This is a 2 Star Hotel with 4 Star Hotel Facilities.

Very clean, conveniently located on Sindorim station. Took the airport Express train to Seoul station and then the metro straight to the hotel. Great fitness facility with free weights and plenty of treadmills. The breakfast was very good, and the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Elegant luxurious hotel right out of Sindorim exit 1 subway station. Follow signs for D Cube City / Sheraton Hotel on the left. The corner room has everything u might need. Downstairs all possible convenience stores, cafe's, restaurants. This place is awesome!

Excellent Breakfast buffet to start in the day. — Gym and Sauna & indoors pool keep you fit & healthy. — Great atmosphere but leave the music a part. Only repeating every day and from time to time to loud. Nice comfortable rooms with a great bathroom. Hyundai Store is next by and you have two possibilities for your lunch — Dinner Basement or 6th floor if you are not joining the hotel kitchen. Happy hour is a must if you are staying with friend. —

Location is great with food n shopping right under the hotel. But to get to your room you need to take 2 different elevators. These elevators r slow. Rooms, gym n dining r ok. Swimming pool n locker rooms r not very good if compared to other 4 / 5 stars hotel.

I was here for 18 nights and if I ever travel to Seoul again, I will stay here. The hotel is located right next door to Sindorim Station so getting around is quick and easy, either by train or by bus (taxis are always available as well). There are walking and bike paths just outside, along the Dorimcheon River which leads to the Annyangcheon and Han Rivers (bike rentals are available through bikeseoul (dot) com just outside as well).
From laundry services to exchanging currency, they were always helpful. Be it breakfast at Feast or drinks at the Lobby Lounge Bar, they made sure everything was just right. The views of the city at night were fantastic as well, the room was just right.

This is my 2nd night at this hotel and I can already say that Sheraton Seoul exceeded my expectation! Location is perfect, connected to dcube mall and sindorin station. The check in was fast and efficient, although they forggot to serve the welcome drink (maybe no welcome drink at all? ). They acknowledge all my preferences, assign me to a beautiful room in 32nd floor with bathtub. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Overall, it's truly a pleasant stay!

Modern Hotel, well equiped rooms and good facilities. Intercontinental breakfast. Only downside is the traffic, which can make the travel to the hotel take more time than expected. Looking forward to being back.

Beautiful view. Clean. The gym is one of the best I've seen large lots of floor to ceiling windows with view over city and lots of equipment.

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Located little far from the city centre and sometimes has strange internal policies i. E. Places for food or pushing guests to buy a bottle of alcohol to get a table by the window.

One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. Fantastic location just atop Sindorim metro station, but there's no need to venture too far for all your creature comforts. The hotel sits atop Hyundai mall, and there is an adjoining T-mall within a 3 minute walk as well. Local fare can be had along the shops at ground level just past the railway line (accessible via underground walkway). The hotel buffet breakfast truly pampers. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, with really high quality sheets and bedding that you expect from a Sheraton. 5 stars.

I recommend the Strawberry Market Lunch Buffet at the Feast 41 restaurant, which includes a lunch buffet + a strawberry dessert buffet for 63, 000 won per person. Enjoyed the selection of hot and cold freshly prepared foods, including sushi, seafood, Korean and western foods, salads, and soups, but the strawberry buffet was one of the best I have experienced in Korea. A window table; excellent service; and attentive, friendly, English-speaking staff added to an enjoyable and leisurely afternoon. Only downside was the temperature in the restaurant ~ a little too hot for my liking. Can't wait to try the Strawberry Afternoon Tea Set and the All About Strawberries buffet next.

Overpriced. Nothing special. Good for big business meetings, but for one-off trips, you're much better off with a boutique hotel. Service was mediocre. Isn't worth the money, especially for a bad customer service experience. Also, the suites are small and not all that great.

Staff are helpful and fluent in English. Room is spacious and cozy.

Here is subway station at line1 & line 2, it's good place, service and clear room. But there is no free Wi-Fi in the room, just at the lobby has free Wi-Fi.

Metro Seoul Station on the 12th out of the mouth is the hotel B2, travel is very convenient. Surrounded by several small convenience stores, although located next to Seoul Station and at the foot of Nanshan, also belong to the surrounding relatively quiet, Korean specialties There were many small restaurants, the hotel's own services and the environment are good, very satisfied.

Top floor reception has a great view while the fully equipped gym is excellent. It's connected to the basement food court and the adjacent mall. What more can one ask?

Room looks great and stuff is helping, however, first room smelt like a lot of deodorant and a lot of black tiny material came out with water in bathtubs and also hair, too! Kind of scary! Room changed but 2nd room smelt like a new tire! A la cart menu sea food Italian pasta, shrimps were processed and does not taste good. Disappointed! Bed linen is exquisite and comfortable, this is a plus! In general should be good, I think I just had bad luck for all bad things happened to me at once!

Excellent view, food and service. Not be why some complain of the lifts, these are very rapid start and stop smoothly.

Lots of babies and moms are coming to this hotel, but they shouldn't expect high quality service. This hotel is always short of baby chairs, and they do not even change blankets. Also, bellboys do not wait for your response too long so they press the bells 6-7 times in 20 seconds. All in all my husband and I are very disappointed by their service.

They need to pay attention to loyalists and not turning them into haters. Booking were not honored with proper respect and timeliness! And they need to do much better on the elevator management, spent lots of times just waiting for elevator to come and stops at many floors.
