I would like to thank the staff from the cleaners, handymen, chef and the management me and my family had a great time, the rooms the pool the restuarant everything was on point and the breakfast love it, my kids loved the pool even before we can check out they had to still go swim after breakfast my girl was so happy that she wanted to know who's the boss and if she can stay the whole year. All I can say is thank you so much I'm sure will come again keep up the good work love it.

Management and the Staff was amazing to us. We were given a special treatment. Rooms were super clean. Place is beautiful. I can't find anything to fault them. Thanks so much for being great host.

Pathetic! you guys have not done anything and incomplete breach of The Consumer Protection Act! Its been 6 months and you still have failed to complete my refund! I have contacted you via multiple platforms and have received next to no communication.

Wonderful experience. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the lagoon and the beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super helpful. We have booked for our next holiday already!

This was a great family getaway. Spacious family room and I loved the quietness of the street. Really cheap for a quick getaway. Will definitely return.

Sadly we were just passing through this area. Great hospitality indeed! The hostess is happy to provide you with some suggestions on restaurants and will phone ahead to make reservations. It has several lounge corners to retreat to to use the Wi-Fi. (Good Wi-Fi aswell) and it has a nice playroom to shoot some pool or play some table tennis. This is definitely a guesthouse were I would've liked to stay longer.

Great hospitality and wonderful rooms. They even waited an hour with the breakfast for us to come back.

We loved our stay at Baleens. The manager, Nato, really makes you feel at home. He assists the residents with bookings, eg. Whale cruises, best routes to different destinations, etc. Etc. And is extremely knowledgeable. He is really an asset to Baleens in all respects. The breakfasts were nice, tea and coffee are available to the guests throughout the day, there is a large wooden log fire in one of the 3 lounges (all with TV reception) when it is cold and there is a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are all fitted with a TV and beautiful see views. Old antique furniture is beautiful to look at. We can highly recommend Baleens to any who enjoyes a relaxed atmosphere. Ewald Strauss.
