Place needs some TMC & minor maintenance is clean and well staffed.

Loved the place… 1 min walk to the beach, rooms overlooking the beach so the sunset is quite epic over dinner. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The kitchen has all the amenities. I just had to be careful when doing laundry because of the water shortage in CT. The internet is also fast and the area is quiet so you can do your reading without any disturbance. There are jazz bands playing in the main restaurant so thats also great.

The reception is slightly dated. It could do with a clean. The staff were not great and all in all it is very different in standards to the hotel next door.

Nice place. Affordable rooms and apartments BUT there is no free Wi-Fi at the apartments BUT it's available at the hotel. You have to buy Wi-Fi for the apartments.

This is a very beautiful place but always do the bookings with the hotel as they wont clean or change bed sheets if you book privately. Its right next to the beach but the water is very cold and you will see boats and ships from the sea view rooms.

Great place to stay if you have a family. The apartments are great.

Amazing stay and right on the beach. Could use new furniture as some looks like it has water damage. But still an amazing and beautiful stay. Very friendly and helpful front desk service. Cleaners are friendly and greets you with a smile when walking past.

We had a 2Bedroom Apartment with two bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was good. The stuff was very nice. Try the Thai Restaurant at the corner of sunstay. There are two pools and gym you can use. There are secured parking paces. From the beach you have a beautiful view at the table mountain. You can notice that all isn't new. Some thing could be renewed.

Excellent and affordable apartments by the sea. Nice and beautiful beach. Easily accessible by public transport (Myciti buses). Situated midway between Cape Town CBD and Blouberg.

We stayed here for a week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Apt was comfortable, clean : everything worked — — there was a LOT of Security in place all round … (otherwise I would not have stayed there) The only thing we found Frustrating was the WI FI — — Internet: (That was VERY poor and should be addressed … I will speak to Management when next I stay there … otherwise could not complain…

Great place to chill out by the beach with family and friends. Not too crowded.

Beautiful location with a great view of Table Mountain and right on the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a bit overpriced for the size and cleanliness, but I would probably stay here again if I was in the area. Just don't get pay for your own Wi-Fi on the apartment side. My roommates could never get theirs to connect so it was a waste.

Great view, lovely apartment, but bedroom adjacent to communal corridors so very loud.

What a terrible experience! Rooms were smelly with damp and dust everywhere. Broken appliances with frayed leads posing a fire & safety hazard. Old-style tube TV's with fuzzy reception. Noise in the passages. The rooms look tattered and the carpets even worse. The geyser in the bedroom made noise all night. Door handles loose. The patio door wouldn't lock, making the apartment unsafe from burglars or worse. He location isn't nice either, The beach is dirty and it's located in an industrial area. Avoid!

Stayed here with friends over Christmas 2015. What can I say, apart from it being a nightmarish place, this so-called hotel. Apartments are basic, and there's a smell of mould in the bedrooms, and the laminated flooring is coming apart at the seams. Walls are scuffed and need repainting. Showers had this black mould growing, which we cleaned ourselves with bleach before using. The fridge was dirty and old, as were most of the appliances (toaster cable was frayed). This place is way over-priced for its quality. The passages are very long (it's a very big building), and passages are poorly lit and grubby. Avoid.

Few minor issues but resolved without delay.

Wonderful views, beach walks, sumptious apartment.

Nice view but apartment really dirty, stove still has pieces of burnt food on it, balcony so dirty you just dont want to sit there, poorly stocked kitchen. If you are more than one person you need to pay for Wi-Fi (this is just ridiculous). Overall very disappointed compared to other accomodation I have stayed in.

Good priced overall excellent.
