What a pleasure to stay over at the Park Inn by Radison Polokwane. From entering the premisis to leveing the next morning, every second at the Park Inn was bliss. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us. The rooms are absolutely stunning and well kept. Due to the Covid Pandemic, the restaurant was closed, but we received a delicious breakfast. I would recommend staying at the Park Inn by Radison Polokwane to anyone and can not wait to visit again. Thank you for making our unexpected stay special.

The reception staff are efficient and knowledgeable. my issues though
1: the food took too long and
2: there was no fridge in my room.

The waitress service is not good, you turn to wait for ever for something's like water lemon etc, & the particular waitress was not friendly & turned to show being irritated when requested for service — which is her work. I guess will never come back here.

A beautiful place, powerful service from the staff and I must add that when you are in Polokwane don't get lost anywhere else. Park Inn is the best.

What a horrible place this is… client service is very bad. These people are crooks, they'll tell you that rates are this much and when you check out you'll get a shock of your life… the staff is incompetent… couldn't believe in 1 of the days when there was no breakfast because "they were still waiting for a supplier". I regret wasting my money… internet can be very deceiving people!

Top class… the views from the hotel are colossal. Food is 100%. Smiles everywhere. Theme of rooms is too classy. Keep it up Park inn.

This is a wonderfull lovely place. I have been here for two days and I am impressed. I was satisfied with the training room, the food and the whole place. Viva Park Inn Viva.

Not happy when it was time to check in at 3pm when we arrived, the rooms were not ready yet. It took another hour for our rooms to be ready. The rooms are small and cramped, not very spacious, the bathroom were spacious and well lit. Extremely difficult to operate the air con in the rooms. The hotel is nice, professional staff, restaurant very clean and tidy.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The room, air conditioning and breakfast… both hands up! great job.

Loved it. Everything was perfect, loved the wide range of selection on tea facilities, they even had hot chocolates. The shower was absolutely great, Bar and restaurant was on point and service was great.

I was pleasantly surprised about how beautiful this hotel is! Rooms are lovely and modern! If you have a bit of a budget or wanna host some friends go for their Executive Suites, really lovely! Their open plan bar is groovy, such lovely hang out spot in Polokwane! Great service and lovely atmosphere! Their free Wi-Fi works like a charm! Don’t miss out the breakfast, it’s my fave! the variety is amazing and you don’t want to rush this! Highly recommended if you coming into Polokwane for business or if you want to stay the weekend and enjoy soccer as it is situated just adjacent to the famous Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is light, warm and peaceful. Lighting and design are great. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Regarding breakfast (buffet) There isn't a lot of variety, although the fresh/healthier options were awesome (cold-pressed juice, smoothies, nuts) The bacon was too crispy. The mushroom could have been better. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Its a very nice place but the room service takes decades, even if its just a simple meal. Today I ordered while I was still at work. It took more than an hour to obtain just a simple burger. I am extremely unhappy.

This is a wonderful, lovely, good hotel but dining service was very poor. There is extreme staff shortage marked. How can we expect the bar man to be a waitress. We had to wait for hours for our dinner & the more we wanted to order our drinks & dessert, the more we had to wait & the attitude was unacceptable from the bar Man even though one could understand that he was overwhelmed since we were seated for dinner & there were clients for the bar same time. Something must be done urgently since the dinner complaints have been piling up. This hotel is far better than most hotels. It’s clean & attractive. I enjoyed my stay with exception of the dinner service.

I don't like this hotel at all. I hate it. I'm here for this week until Friday 4 August 2017. I arrived last night. I'm not impressed. The food at dinner for a 6 star is not impressive at all. The breakfast this morning even worse. The standard of food I eat at 3 star hotels was and is at the level of 5 star. The rooms are worse, no space etc. Not even a proper desk to work on. I expected a room with bath and shower for this star they don't cater for people needs they just assume everyone wants to shower. I'm really not looking forward at the hotel this week. I wil definately not return. I would have left today if it was not that my company booked me here and but can't be changed. Terrible for the star rating it was awarded.
