After arriving quite late due to unfortunate motorcycle issues along the way, we were still welcomed by Trevor and his team. After settling in we enjoyed the most perfectly prepared & delicious rack of Lamb, which become the topic of discussion for the rest of our trip.
I unfortunately needed to leave some of my kit behind and Trevor made sure my parcel was properly wrapped and ready for a courier company to collect it. Trevor is a scholar & a gentleman & went beyond what was expected. Thatchings is a beautiful setting & I will definitely revisit.
