The staff made our family wedding unforgettable with their friendliness and outstanding hospitality. Nothing was a problem! The venues we utilised from the hotel, hotel rooms, cottages, wine cellar, chapel and reception area and spa were great. The gardens were picturesque too. Will definitely be back 👍🏻

Brahman Hills is an exceptionally beautiful wedding venue! From the gorgeous spa (a massage is a must! ), to the stunning chapel on the lake, & well designed / decorated reception hall. Ryan & I loved every second of our special day & would do it again in a heartbeat! The few attached photos speak for themselves! Special thanks goes to Onwaba who did her utmost in ensuring a massive success of our day! I had a bumpy start to our wedding planning but as soon as Brahman switched Onwaba onto my case, things went increasingly well. Stunning Spa & Cafe. Professional and friendly staff.

Views are stunning. Chapel is amazing. However when you enter your room you feel absolutely cheated. The rooms are unexpectedly shabby and do not match the splendid surroundings at all… a complete let down… far too pricey (just under R2000 on the wedding special) for their condition. They require refurbishing and air cons! Having a shower is like having a bath… the entire floor gets wet… decidedly unpleasant…
I like the minamalist style of the breakfast room but minus an air con and you plastered with sweat within 5 minutes of sitting down. Not much variety. On the breakfast table. Fruit seemed to have been cut the previous day and refrigerated… asking for a fried egg is quite a wait…
Why but why did they have fires going in the afternoon on a hot day outside the reception hall with the smoke billowing in, smothering our clothes and reeking up our noses?

Lovely quiet place with stunning views. We even caught some fish there! The rooms are nice but needs some general maintenance and an aircon. The breakfast menu needs more variety especially for guests who are there for a few nights! Staff are very friendly. Will definitely go back again!

Events Venue coordinator is very rude to service providers. Did a sound system set up for a client recently at the venue. The lady who was in charge of the venue was rude. She lacks manners both telephonically and in person. She didn't have a name tag on so not to sure of her name but her number is 0614779674

A delightful spot to stay, just off the main highway. Delightful comfortable rooms and delicious gourmet food on site. Place is a haven for several loving cats who are very friendly. All in all a lovely stay.

We booked hot stone massages for R450 per person, on arrival we were told the prices have gone up and are now R650. Having driven all the way from Durban, we didn't have much choice. Very unfair, will never go back.

Brahman hills is a great place to stay. Had a awesome time. The self catering rooms are every thing you need. Safe and secure, comfy heated huge bed. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer. Centrally located so you can explore the surrounding areas of the Midlands. I highly recommend to everyone.

Everything and more. A home away from home with all the luxuries… Beautiful and scenic! We spent one night here (second time around — previously 1 week) with our little 5month old and we slept like babies.

Driving through the gates, it was amazing, very close to the n3 freeway offramp 132, but feels like a million Miles from civilization, with all the creature comforts of hi-speed broad-band, cable tv, like you need it with all encompassing views, peace and tranquility, well equipped cottages with full fitted kitchen and amazing showers, cleaning service daily with the fireplace stocked up with wood daily and wood pile outside, ever warm jacuzzi and braai area, panoramic view from bed, there is a parkrun scheduled every saturday, as well plenty of trails lots of dear and zebra and cattle around!

I love this hotel! Service is great, atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the best chocolate brownies I've ever had!

Had a great one night stay at the Fish Eagle cottage at Brahman Hills, also had dinner at the restaurant. Loved it. Service was great, our room was very comfortable and quiet.

Staying at Brahman Hills was a lovely surprise. It is conveniently located just off the N3 in the heart of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. We stayed in a lovely cottage overlooking rolling hills. The quality of the furnishings and bedding was luxurious and comfortable. The jacuzzi with a view was a real bonus! We ate at their restaurant, 89 on Copper and the food was phenomenal, I would highly recommend dining at their restaurant. Love the attention to detail and the friendly staff made staying at Brahman Hills a real pleasure!

We attended a wedding at Brahman Hills and were very impressed with the venue, the service and the friendly and helpful staff. Even though it was winter and very cold, our rooms were warm and cosy. The food served in the restaurant was beautifully plated and delicious! The tariffs are affordable. We would like to visit again!

Wow. We've had a few spa experiences in the Midlands but this one was far more than what we expected for the price. Beautiful setting, super friendly staff and hours of pampering. This will be our new spa destination in the Midlands!

Where is there a more lush and green setting than the midlands? We were looking for a spa and came across this one. Very private, quiet and secluded on a hill with green surroundings you cannot go wrong here. Their service is great and they have gorgeous amenities. You feel like you're there alone. Top class.

This is a beautiful resort in the heart of the Midlands in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. A home away from home, this resort is a must visit.

Every wedding I do at Brahman Hills is an experience, even though I've been there so many times, it's beauty is still breathtaking. Service is imppecable and food is divine, not to mention their spa and bridal suite which is every brides and photographers dream with its lighting and spaciousness.

Stayed there for a weekend during a wedding at another local venue, the room was neat, tidy, modern and luxurious. I also visited the bar which was cozy and full of character and the restaurant which served good food at a good price. Not sure which other game is on the property but we did see zebra. Finally there is a gym and spa, but we did not use those facilities.

Great views. Great decor. Wonderful getaway location. Excellent wedding venue with it's own chapel. Friendly, welcoming staff. Unfortunately they have over extended themselves, quickly laying off key staff which will have long term detrimental effects.

The communal facilities outweigh the rooms which are nice but only functional. Great breakfast and views over the estate but overall value for money is left questioned with so many options in the Midlands. The spa is a great outing but you don't need to be staying at the hotel to utilise it.

My Husband Rob Saunders booked for the whole family for 5 nights over Christmas and my birthday. We were treated like royalty. The staff were exceptional, the food outstanding, the cottage we all stayed in was fantastic. It was the BEST 5 nights stay we have had in Natal for a long time.
On my birthday they made me an awsome cake and made me feel very Special indeed. My husband also booked for my 2 daughters and I a 90 min session each at their SPA, what a treat and so beautiful. Once again amazing staff and the treatments were 5 star.
My husband and I and our family will definitely go back again hopefully sooner than later.

Lovely place to unwind, and the Brahman Hills Cafe has delicious food. Three in our company had different curries and came to the conclusion that there must be an Indian chef — it's REAL curry! And good, personal service.

Just a magnificent place, I was most impressed with the service and general appearance of the place. Highly recommended for a breakaway to the KZN Midland Meander. Time seems to not matter.

Very beautiful setting and green rolling hills. Good Food and Awesome wedding venue. They have resident kitties that roam around as they please, so adorable. Only 4 stars as outside our room in our little private courtyard was loads of cigarette stompies that were not cleaned up.

My husband and I went to Brahman Hills for two nights this past weekend to celebrate our second anniversary. We stayed in a standard room and were really disappointed with the room, for the money we paid, it was very basic. I really felt like our money would have been better spent staying somewhere else. It's not a cheap place, so I expected more. Secondly we booked and ate at 89 on Copper on the Saturday evening. When I made the reservation 4 months ago I explicitly said it was for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived to eat, there was no reserved table, we were put in a dark corner where we had to use our cellphone to light the table. That's how dark it was. You couldn't see what you were eating. That really spoiled the mood. No one wished us from the restaurant and my fish was cold in the middle. We tried to make the most of it, but it wasn't what we would have wanted for our anniversary. All in all, although it's a lovely looking place, if you can't afford to stay in a cottage, I wouldn't recommend Brahman Hills. Our room was below average, food was below average and service was below average. We agreed we would not go back as we felt we got ripped off and it wasn't worth the money.

Decent accommodation. Expensive to very expensive. Breakfast and dinner offered. Service received very very poor.

My 2 girlfriends and I decided that we would book ourselves a Spa morning as a little girls time 'Treat' while our boyfriends played golf on Saturday & were all blown away by the amazing treatments we received. I had an entire body exfoliation with beautifully scented rose and sandlewood bath crystals, followed by a steaming hot bath with again the gorgeously delicious scented crystals. Followed by THE Best 90min full body massage (insert the angels singing from heaven) We did not want to leave & will certainly be back this time for an entire weekendBrahman Hills topped all the best Spa retreats I have been to in Durban and the Mildands & would highly recommend them to everyone who loves a bit of pampering or a lot of it, like me ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Trust you slept well" is a phrase you hear often from the staff at Brahman Hills, and it gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside, a personal experience. Although this sentence spoken by the sincere staff create a homely atmosphere, the resort is anything but homely (in the 'plain' sense of the word). The architecture is modern and the design clean, one look at the wedding chapel and you'll know what I mean! Less than 1km drive from the hotel itself to my eco-friendly and self-catering cottage — and I saw a herd of zebra and a few buck species. The private jacuzzis at the cotttages are a real winner! There are two places to eat at Brahman Hills — 89 on Copper and Brahman Hills Cafe: Dining underground at 89 on Copper in a converted cellar is what you call Experience Dining. When the renovation began copper piping was discovered, inspiring the name & theme. Now the conduits shine elegantly along the corridors in the belly of the building. Without windows, the natural light is substituted by a stunning array of different level hanging lights, wall light-boxes (actually circles), and table candles. Its incredibly cosy and copper figurines and trims give it an elegant finish. The attention to detail in the a la carte menu is phenomenal, both in taste and presentation. Shooting stars on the palate and robust symphony of flavours (see photos). Breakfast was enjoyed at Brahman Hills cafe.
