The place is beautiful 😍❤️ Staff is very friendly 🙌🏽❤️ Food is delicious The list goes on 👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏽
This place is one of a kind. First time at their amazing spa and it really is one of the best. The staff are so friendly, the spa is so peaceful nested in the quite surroundings and the pampering I had made me feel like a million bucks. Get a group of friends, family, work colleagues team building, bridal party to go have a visit together, you WONT regret it.

I visited the Rainfarm Lodge yesterday it's always a beautiful place that I am quite fond of. But I was not impressed yesterday, I took the long drive to the lodge only to find out that I could not do any activities that they offer, They were fully booked, they could not even accommodate us They asked us to rather enjoy the pool or the children's centre and restaurant. We had no choice so we stayed, The children's play area was in a dirty condition, the jumping castle was not even put up and was very dirty. So we decided to sit down to have lunch, The service was very slow, which because it was a holiday we were very patient. But coming there before many other people were ignored our orders took forever to be done, after I complained a few times. Eventually the food and drinks came, drinks were cold, and the food was not good at all the standards had dropped a lot. The veg flatbread was not edible, it came to us like you rock bread was so hard, only the tomato and mozzarella was edible with no flavour. We complained but clearly our waitress didn't care. I was not impressed about our treatment there and the quality of the food. Rainfarm Lodge brought fond memories so I brought my sister from Australia there, only to have such a bad experience and I definitely will not take a drive back there, cause if u don't book activities you cannot do anything. The food quality was disappointing. The only thing I received quickly was the bill, and I was not surprised about that.
