Cool apartment. Stayed for 2nights. Had to look for an hotel in the city center. Con for me is that it is a bit far from the city center but close to the airport. Breakfast was fantastic and varieties to choose from.

A bit outdated in places and the rooms and cleaning staff could use updating but the food and service, especially the restaurant was fantastic. As a business traveller it offered everything I needed and close proximity to the office and shops is great. A special mention to Roderick and Sindi who did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They are a great advertisement for the hotel. A very decent experience overall.

Looks good from the outside. Conference rooms are okay. It's just that, a room with chairs. There is an attempt at service but it doesn't do the trick. The highlight was The food, which is bad (see image) the service is awkward. If I ever come back (I've sent an email to management and will come back if they give me a really good discount), I won't use the food services here. Just the conference rooms.

Very nice hotel. Room were nice. Hotel was clean. Bathrooms were very clean and staff were ever so friendly. Will definitely consider staying over again.

It's been a while, but what a monumental disappointment since the last time we stayed here. Whilst the grounds and buildings externally has seen fair maintenance, the same cannot be said for the interior which looks tired and in need of a serious make-over that seriously won't break the bank, Management…

To be honest I don, t know where Mercure gets these fake good reviews because I am giving you the most honest truthful review. This hotel is very very dirty the carpets in the room looks like it has not been washed in 4 years, the bathrooms have rust and the cleaners do not wash the toilet and tubs when I went in there was no toilet paper, the bed was very dirty, there was no complimentary shampoo or soap, the room was very dusty especially the heaters, there was not enough TV channels and when I went to the swimming pool area the cushions were disgusting and the pool is not that great but its okay but I was a bit worried because there wasn't floats for kids to be safe with when their in the pool. I hope things change completely because I had a disgusting awful dreadful stay at mercure hotel bedfordview. This hotel needs new management asap, like today very disappointed next time I will stay somewhere else.

Good service. It's clean. I enjoyed my stay. Great location and close to all amenities. Close (walking distance across the road) to Eastgate Mall. Perfect. Definitely coming back.

Convenient location close to malls but the in-house food options not there.

We put 1/4 d hour from the airport for 300 round. We are 2 adults and 1 child. We had a mini apartment. A living-dining room with a kitchen (including crockery) TV in the living room with French channels. 2 large bedrooms. The Mall is right across the street. It is very convenient. You can even change the money. There is a small pool but the water was cold. It's quiet. At breakfast there is salty and salty. There is a parking space.

Cockroaches in the bathroom room. And dirty tub The towels there were never. You had to go all the time to ask them for cheap Wifi. E. Not working always.

It was my second time visiting the Mercure and I had a meeting at the Bar. It's a nice play.

Nice conference venue. Has all the necessary facilities. Good menu and friendly staff.

Perfect. Close (walking distance across the road) to Eastgate Mall. Clean, Quiet, *insert all other good things*. I always come here.

Reception is unfriendly and don't know customer etiquette. My room was stinking of smoke. Had to swop out with a friend who was prepared to sleep in the stink. Carpets feel grimey and breakfast staff are idiots, insisting that you must sign twice for the meal.

Ideal for those who work in the area, just in front of a big mall.

Wonderful hospitality clean and well maintained Establishment. Great location and close to all amenities. Enjoy… never forget the olword and responsible tourist.

Terrible experience, uncleaned rooms housekeeping left rooms in a mess and yet at the front desk reflects the rooms as available and clean, rude receptionist called Johannes wanted us to pay more so that he allocates us single rooms all because their housekeeping didn't do their jobs, torn linen and keys were not working because of a system crush … I will never go back there and its surprising how that is still a four star hotel.

Rooms were good, however waiting period to check in took 45minutes.

It the best place I cld been I hd so mch fun. Its warmth lovely nd above all homely.

It is a nice place. Rooms are beatiful and customer care is superb. But they should improve the internet access. Today's world is the world of technology. With so much limited internet access at the hotel, had to incur some more costs!

Friendly staff Close to a meager regional shopping mall. It superb keep up the good standard.

The hotel is very good and adjacent to Eastgate Mall just few metres to this famous shopping Mall.

The place seems to be getting old with low maintenance. Our door lock had some issues and they seemed to be aware of it and the best part is that they proposed to shift us only the day prior our check out though we complained as from the 1st night. Overall Staff were friendly.

The room was comfortable and had many amenities, but the location is not very good.

Wifi limit of 250mb. No room service and breakfast quite pricy.

Apartments very spacious (2 rooms and a kitchen). Facilities a bit old.

It's cold in the room during the winter period
The system of air conditioning is very blurring
The bathroom or at least the shower are again
This hotel does not represent the requirement of the mercury group that you know.

The rooms are too cold during the winter.
