At first when we got to the hotel we thought it was great. We could not check in even tough it was after check in time as we were told the rooms were not ready and they are still cleaning. So we chilled at the pool. Later we went to ask if they are done altough we were told that we will be called when the rooms are ready. When we got to our room The bathroom was not cleaned. There were feces in the toilet, the floor was wet from a toilet leak and the smell was unbearable. We went down to ask them to please clean the bathroom. We were told it will take another hour! We went to have dinner and when we got back to our room the bathroom was still in dire straits. The bathtub was so dirty we could not use it. The toilet seat was sticky and the rim still covered in dirt. It was disgusting to say the least. Will not recommend room 15 & 16. Needless to say that we did not sleep well.
