Good place to stay with all you need in the room. Great attention to details. I give it 5 stars.

Good value for a 4 star hotel.
Great facilities and clean comfortable rooms. 5 minutes walk from the old town and castle. On the negative side: Bar prices extortionate. 1 robe per room (for 2 people). 2 single duvets for a double bed. Scant supply of tea bags etc. … Overall, good.

Good hotel. Rooms are okay but don't expect luxury. But it has all a businessman needs. One thing… the list of snacks or meals on the bar menu could be improved.

Very nice hotel in a good location near to the old city center. Clean rooms and awesome breakfast!

However the style of the hotel is like from the 80's or 90's, it was super. Room was huge enough bathroom is light and clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Good selection super quality. Staff are kind and helpful. So if I return to Bratislava in the future then I will choose Falkensteiner Hotel again.

Friendly and courteous Staff. In addition to English, German is also spoken.
Unfortunately, on a booked Tour there was a Problem with the Organizer: We were told a wrong Place and we waited for the Tour for 30 Minutes for free.

Great service! Staff were very helpful and sweet. The breakfast buffet was rich and great! Unfortunately the floor was a little smelly, but I suppose that comes with aging carpets.

The Hotel is modern and has an Underground Car park. My Room was tidy and in keeping with Expectation. Only the Bed could have been a little longer and wider. The Towels in the Bathroom were rough and the drying off was uncomfortable. At the Breakfast Buffet there was a wide Selection, which was, however, very limited by the Crowd. 5 Minutes after the Breakfast room opened, the first Dishes were already gone, although there were not many Guests at Breakfast. The Refilling of the Buffet also took a very long time.

Rooms OK, great breakfast, is for those who want to toast with friends in the first morning also sparkling wine. You reach the center in five minutes on foot!

Nice conference center, enjoyable break and lounch are during our stay. Lunch buffet could be better but was fine.

It's an old odd place in the middle of a historic part of town. Next door is a Thai massage place and a bar or three. It can be loud outside with drunk people screaming. The temp in the room was really hot, so had to open windows in winter to cool, so more outside noise. Three twin beds, one pillow two blankets, good thing the room was so warm. But oddly, we slept great.

Great hotel in an amazing city, the hotel is outside of the busy noisy areas but still easily in the city centre and only a few minutes walk from all the places you'll want to visit in the centre.

All the hotel with nice big rooms. Cleanliness OK. Bathroom also new and great. The bar in the lounge offers many different drinks, but the whiskey selection is not too big and it is relatively expensive, especially for Slovak conditions.
The parking facilities in the parking garage are pleasant.
Breakfast buffet leaves little to be desired.

A very nice hotel. Top equipped with a central location to the old town. Breakfast buffet is the hammer. Nothing to put up on the bottle of water in the room for 3, €50. Where else are they? The minibar is clearly for a fee.

Great location and good value for the price! Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, spa area minimalist but completely adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the rooms were not in the best condition (e. G. Worn doors) and the bathroom was not completely clean.

Great hotel. Fast booking possible. Underground parking available. Room OK however for the offered maybe a bit expensive if you need to book short term. Generally but friendly staff and clean hotel.

The Falkensteiner hotel scores with a very reasonable price at a top location. The old town is not a 5 minute walk away, as is the nearest tram stop. Also the Prague Castle and the UFO tower are absolutely in walking distance, for shopping the Eurovea Galleria is recommended.
To the hotel itself…
From the outside already something in the years has come to the inside quite neat and clean.
Rooms The rooms are simple and modern equipped, everything in it is needed. The bathroom is really very spacious and has a large mirror, so that you can also get along with it without standing in the way (prevents disputes who may first go to the bathroom) restaurant/bar on the ground floor is the breakfast area with bar, the selection is very Tidy, the prices are a bit upscale but not overpriced, so go absolutely fine.
Service/Staff The staff is extremely friendly, from a few minor problems of communication that could always be clarified apart from that we only had good experiences.
Fitness studio on the top floor there is a gym with a large glass front and views directly to Prague Castle. In and of itself very nice, only problem, on hot summer days (we were there in summer) you can forget the training, the gym is poorly air conditioned and like a sauna, I had to stop the workout after not even 10 minutes.

Central location, you can walk to old town 5 min and railway station also only 20 min walk. Good breakfast, nice spa with view to the castle, cheap beer at evening in the rooftop lobby. But the hotel is not at Danube river. Modern rooms. Nice design.

Really really nice rooms. Its a quiet and calm hotel. The staff is kind and helpfull. Had some problems with the company card that was quickly solved. The break fast is really good. Same as in many hotels but with the addition of a chef that can scramble the egs etc. I will definitely go back if and when I go back to Slovakia again.

Perfect location, excellent breakfasts, cozy and quiet. But: weak Wi-Fi in the top floor rooms. And there is no pool…

The location is great. The room was clean. 2 drinks in the minibar were above the expiration date. If you have a dog it costs 15 euros, you get biscuits, towel and bag for walking. The rooms were very clean, so our dog was like a guard. The restaurant and breakfast (19 € per person) "We did not use.

Thanks for the perfect trip to Bratislava. Very friendly receptionists, we had to wait a few minutes because the room wasn't ready — with a kind apologize and a free drink at the bar no problem. :)
The room was AMAZING! very big, clean, quiet and with free access to spa area and the rooftop lounge with included drinks and snacks.
After a 5 minutes walk you reach the lovely old town of Bratislava.
Parking space with 50% discount and free extra time to shop after the late chec…k out. :) I totally recommend this beautiful hotel — which looks pretty ugly at the outside by the way but that doesn't matter because inside everything's fine.

A good 4 star hotel, located in the very center of the city. Parking for extra payment available, good internet, friendly staff, but this place is very much overpriced for what it offers, there are much cheaper options for accommodation in Bratislava with the same quality.

Very nice people at the reception. Amazing spa with two saunas comfort zone. There are really nice views from spa, it's located on the top floor. Actually you don't need anything. Everything you need is offered there.

The staff were mmultiingual and very courteous. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The tuel to the historic district was immediately outside the front door!

Nice hotel in a good part of town. Only strange part was a 10-inch wide window that ran from counter to ceiling height in the bathroom. I think this was meant to give some natural light there, particularly by the mirror and sink, but it looked directly into the bedroom. Frosted glass, milk glass, or a shade of some sort would be nice for privacy.

Good and clean hotel with free Wi-Fi. Staff polite and friendly. Good breakfast offering and price value ratio good. Nicely placed near downtown Bratislava, the castle and parliament building in walking distance. Bus and harbour close by as well. Rooms spacey and well decorated.

Stayed two days for work in July 2016! Absolutely ideal! Great rooms and beds! Spacious and airy rooms! Top Breakfast!

The hotel is perfect for city breaks, but thanks to its location. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating.
The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive on the scrambled eggs or omelets to evt. Wait for something.

Hello! I though of the Falkensteiner Hotels something else used — and there are only a few little things for me personally a little disturbing. I am a bus driver and get around a lot! The with the to — and depart at your Hotel is a little tedious with the traffic in this small street, and unfortunately this traffic is not very friendly towards a bus driver who tries the guests often only get off to leave. Ok, so be it, but then it also is called is not very nice. The Parking is indeed such a thing — man must be the port on the river Danube — this is also not the Problem — BUT you need to walk from the port to the Hotel nearly 30 min and then when you have some km's driven, or more than 13 hours on the road, man has often no more desire across the city to run around in the Hotel to come. And the Taxi you have to pay, it would be a great Service if this 5€ taxi ride in one direction costs from the Hotel be taken over — you bring the guests into the Hotel, Many Hotels have a hollow and bring service for these cases — but they unfortunately are not. It would also be a great relief for German speaking guests when the Hotel is also something in German written would be, for example, your brochure, signs in the corridors, in the Lift etc, I also have Older guests, the not the English, not to mention the Slovak language — the have it, then, unfortunately, very difficult in your Hotel, often to find their way.

Hotel with best breakfast that I have ever had in Bratislava. Saunas are always very clean. The downside is very small gym but the view is amazing.

The hotel eröffnetete in the spring has a lifestyle atmosphere that one rarely finds. The cigar lounge contributes its part to the lifestyle atmosphere.
The rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning, LAN connection, minibar and safe, IP TV and each a coffee / tea maker (Nespresso) to the standard, such as one.
The subject of conferences and meetings is very important with its 2 combinable conference rooms and 3 meeting rooms. All rooms have natural daylight, are air conditioned and equipped with the latest conference technology.
Fit and chill-out area and the Executive Lounge are 2 areas, which are so often found in other hotels. Fit and chill-out area contains a sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and Relaxarea with terrace for relaxation and cardio-fitness area with unique views of the 80sqm Castle sporting opportunities. The spacious lounge with panoramic terrace is exclusively for guests of the Executive rooms and suites. Highly recommended.
