The hotel is situated in the hill above the Čadca city in Western Slovakia. The hotel is really nice as it is. The views from the hotel are amazing, some day when the clouds are low they are below you in the valley and the view is even more beautiful. The rooms are large, the toilet and bathroom should be larger but it's not so important. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast are good, but the number of choices should be improved especially in the warm buffet. The dinners was always excellent, really very good food. The only think where they have to improve is the desert after dinner. Better selection will bring even more pleasure to guests. Because the pub is on base for and the restaurant in the first, the delivery of draft beer needs some time but it's acceptable. The pool is very nice. The"cave" is fake but looks really beautiful and we enjoyed every day there. The playground for kids with lot of attractions is also great and the kind will enjoy it fully.

Servis v restauracii nezodpoveda 4*, horna restauracia s terasou cez vikend zatvorena terasa nedostupna vonku sa v priebehu par minut otoci niekolko zakaznikov lebo nie je miesto na sedenie vonku pri nadhernom pocasi v nedelu, personal nevsimavy po 20 minutach pride objednat stol pricom 4 casnici maju dokopy 8 stolov obsadenych, napojovy listok donesie po 15tich minutah, jedina kompenzacia je vyhlad pri slnecnom pocasi.
