Super hotel! Probably, the most comfortable and beautiful in all Sentosa. Staff is funny) And I like pool, really nice. The food is great. Well, and rooms are clean and classy :) I like it, I will return in the future (when will return to the Singapore, of course) )

Pretty damn impressive hotel. Loved the architecture of my room. For those looking to splurge extra cash on a special occasion, I really could not think of a better place than W hotel. Except for a minor error in not registering my pick up from the airport, the service is beyond excellent. Extremely professional and attentive staff, had a good laugh with the doormen every time I headed out, pretty much guaranteed to have a good time. The rooms are mind blowing, and I officially dub them to have the most comfortable beds ever. Gorgeous views of the bay. I had an incredible experience.

Fantastic service, upon arrival I realised I left my phone in the taxi from the airport. The check-in and security staff bent over backwards locating the taxi driver and arranging the return of my phone (kudos also to the honest taxi driver who returned the phone to the Hotel). The hotel itself is all the marketing material said it was, beautifully appointed rooms with a high level of attention to detail The pool area is incredible also. After just travelling throughout Japan it was refreshing to stay in a room that wasn't the size of a shoe box for a similar amount of money. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

The W is a wonderful hotel with a very Urban feel. The rooms are clean and there's fun lighting under the beds and walls. The shower has a wand and rain shower head. There's also a giant tub that two people can get into. The beds are clean and very comfy. The pool is all shallow walking height, and the pool provides big bean bag floating devices that are great! There's also a swim up bar and towels right there at the pool for you. There's a lot of recliner chairs to lounge by the pool and half a dozen swing hammocks. The breakfast is SO good — the omelette station I had every day, fresh pastries, fruits, fruit juices, cereal, all kinds of different foods you could try over many days, and also a kids station of food placed at kid height, which was adorable. If we ever needed anything, the W was more than happy to do their best to help. I would stay here again in a heart beat! The only downside is that it does take at least 20 minutes to get off the island into the city of going by the island bus and then taking the Sentosa express. The bus and express are free though, so it's a trade off. About $10-$20 to get a grab into the city.

This hotel is an example of how small things make a big difference. First of all the hotel is a little bit of a distance from the main attractions at Sentosa. But I think that is a good thing. It is quieter and you get an excellent view across the marina. Service from everyone of the staff from the doorman to the line cook is top notch and professional. You are made to feel like the most important person in the hotel. The rooms are modern and bathrooms well stocked with amenities. The pool is the highlight of the resort and excellent for kids. On a hot day the staff went around serving frozen grapes on a stick. A really nice gesture that costs nothing but leaves such a positive impression. Will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Swimming pool is huge and fantastic — floats, water guns and balls are provided. Service staff at the restaurants are friendly, polite and very helpful.

Very good experience. Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids. The kids loved the pool! Rooms were clean and well presented staff friendly and helpful & the breakfast buffet was amazing! Will definitely come back again!

Very chic and uniquely designed hotel. Rooms are fairly large and with a designer vibe and many details. Excellent pool area with bar in the pool and plenty of lounges and hammocks. Breakfast also excellent with a large selection. Location in Sentosa Cove is a little outside the city which makes for a relaxed setting.

For those who are looking for relaxation and tranquility-super! Nothing Chic pool which works round the clock, luxurious view, tasty food and great staff. The room has everything you need-soap accessories and romantic relaxation. And Spa is something. The massage was very good. Comfortable, cozy and warm on Singapore. I recommend with all my heart! The best place in all of Singapore) wanted to just spend the night, and stayed for a long time!

Been here a few times. W hotel is one of my favorite hotels in the world. You can always expect a funky and fun vibe. Great service from the bellboy to the reception to concierge to housecleaning! The suite is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a family of four to hang out and chill. The pool is not particularly crowded.

The view there is majestic, you could see countless of yatchs the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Quite a well secured place. The pools looked beautiful and well maintained. Large pools, really worth the price.

Very nice resort hotel. The free-form pool was spectacular and didn't get too busy. Lots if thought went into the design of the rooms. Love the led bed headboard and orchid motif carpet. However don't expect any views of the sea as they are partially obstructed by a condo building. It's best to skip the basic level rooms as they face a boring hotel driveway. Service was unfortunately just okay, not too personable for a W hotel. Take note that it's out of the way from the main attractions on sentosa. Choose this if you want a quaint getaway. Good for redemption with spg points, but I would think twice before paying for a stay here.

Always loved W hotels. Neat tidy design hotel. Superb service. Great service and support. A place to rest, restore and revive. Of course this comes as a price. Really enjoyed my stay with the hotel this weekend! Was celebrating a friend's farewell, and the ground floor suites were perfect for the occasion. We had a pool and an outdoor bathtub to ourselves, and the entire look and feel of the room from the time we entered, to the room service deliveries and check out, was a very smooth seamless process. At every juncture, the effort made by the staff to optimize the user experience was pretty en pointe, and I greatly appreciated it. The common pool was also very comfortable, as it's heated for some fancy reason. Connected to a poolside bar, the overall experience is just very much friendly to make me want to indulge in everything. All in all, super loved the weekend getaway, especially since it's stuck on its own at one corner of Sentosa island.

We were not even guests here but while waiting for a bus the kind staff offered myself, my mother and my elderly nana a seat inside out of the heat and a bottle of water each. This kind gesture was very heart warming and much appreciated. Well done to your staff for going above and beyond we will be sure to recommend your hotel.

Location was secluded, but accessible. Quite a few selection of restaurants on the building next door. Hotel was stylishly decorated as per W's standard. Check in and check out were quick, although line exists during busy hours. Room was spacious and clean. Request for child's crib and bathroom amenities were quickly accommodated. Swimming pool was large and had floats. I would recommend adding some children toys in the children's pool. Fitness and spa facilities looked good, although I didn't try. A solid 4-star SPG hotel, I recommend it!

Fantastic property. Thoughtful staff. Everyone is extremely accommodating. Rooms are quiet & well appointed with comfortable beds.

The W Hotel Ballroom is great for any occasion or event. The ambiance was electrifying and the food served were excellent! I certainly recommend W Singapore to anyone how wants to have their event or wedding to be held there.

The good: Room is spacious, clean… Staff is friendly and helpful staff — typical of the good hotel… The no-so good: hotel front patio is quite disorganized — look the cars parking n waiting, n you know why. The sight to the car park entrance — I think improvement can be made. The worst: why provide complimentary Wi-Fi if it can work most of the time! It does no good to the hotel image and national image too! No free stuff is much better than free non-working stuff. Very bad!

Its a good place to visit with family or for dates as the view over there is beautiful. There is restaurants over there so no worries about getting food. Getting over there might be a little difficult, may want to take additional 15-30 minutes travelling time.

Beautiful room and beautiful view and surroundings. The room is simply gorgeous and comfy. Good customer service. Great stay.

Love the pool, breakfast spread is excellent. As a platinum member, they do treat you well, but hardly upgraded because occupancy is usually high. A lot of local families will come for staycation, because of the proximity to Sentosa attractions and being "away" from the main island.

Nice place that's pretty much what you'd expect at a W. Do note that if you are visiting and have plans to spend more time going around Singapore or shopping, it is a hassle to get in and out of this property and you have to pay a surcharge for cabs to come here.

Funky and trendy. Quiet on weekdays and not holiday season which is nice! Great breakfast selection.

Service here is good. Adult pool can also support kids. Love the elevator. This is a place you definitely want to go to.

Awesome design, nice pool. Unequalled spa and gym. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend the Skirt restaurant for the choice of red meat selection.

Lovely pool with floats you can just grab to laze on. Service was generally good. It was convenient to open the door with SPG Wireless enabled on the Apple Watch. There was some party going on till nearly 3am though, along with the thumping bass from the pool party during the day, not exactly a place to get away from it all. Fun fact! The welcome mats are changed 3 times a day to greet you Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening!

Very good service but the whole hotel has perfume sprayed even at corridors and lobby. Too overpowering and I find this too unhealthy to breathe in scented air every min. They need to be mindful those like me who has sensitive nose. The suite has too many switches too confusing. But I love the bathroom in the suite; the tub faces the window to a view and has a TV. However you won't be able to use the tub in the day or ppl opp the pier can see you in nature suit. Buffet breakfast is overpriced with few selection.

A funky feel to the place, relaxed yet upbeat, great breakfast, great pool, easy to get to anywhere but far enough away to feel secluded. I'll be back!

Nice building with lousy management and rude staffs. Their computer system like not updated at all, staff did not check the stay preference, did not recognized the SPG member (many similar complain on their own web page review and their Facebook review from the hotel guests) G. M. Email me on a stay which I did not book. Bed is really nice but the room is dusty. I'd suggest not to stay at this lousy hotel, or check their review before you book the room.

Fantastic place to come for lunch — expensive but well worth it. The champagne brunch deal also gives you access to the beautiful pool all afternoon. We paid S$150 for the meal with unlimited drinks (until 3 pm).

Great staycation! Friendly with great service staff, from counter staff Ms Fatin, Woobar Mr Han, Sauna counter lady, Gym Instructor. Concierge lady, even coach uncle. Really live up to Whatever, Whenever. Very flexible and innovative, not petty in their way of service. I was sharing with hubby that this hotel trains their staff well. Also understand that staff works 5 day work week, no wonder so motivated. Thumbs up, management! Room & Facilities — State of the art design, don't just look good, also functional. Hotel is so cozy, we decided to stay in instead of going to Adventure Cove! Wonderful pool, sauna. My children love the gym and pool too. Everywhere is so clean. Food — is great! But expensive! Was hoping breakfast could be bundled with room at a good rate. For my son's birthday, hotel gave a slice of choc cake but no candle. Suggestion — give candle for birthday cake, allow change of music to softer music as we were the only ones in Woobar. Thank you! Will come back again.

Fantastic boozy Sunday brunch. Would certainly recommend (and make use of the pool after! ).

Went to wedding lunch there,, very limited parking space, I was rejected from parking as "the carpark is full". Food is mediocre, service is atrocious (they employed very young people (mostly PRC), who doesn't seem to have any basic service training). To top it all, they had the nerve to charge such extorbitant rates, totally not worth the amount they charge, caveat emptor, consider yourselves sufficiently warned.

It was superb dont miss colour reef it is snorkling it is 4m deep with 20, 000 fish in it lovely experience dont miss the big green slide with a walkalator in it thrilling.

Lovely luxury boutique hotel. Great to stay during weekend as they have party by the pool and woobar. Convenient access to the city with their frequent shuttle bus. It's a great weekend getaway place. Food from kitchen table is great, lots of variety. Overall, this is an amazing hotel.

Service by Catherine at The Kitchen Table waa excellent during my recent visit to celebrate the birthday of a close friend. She went out of her way the whole evening to make sure that my guests and I had a great dining experience. Thank you, Catherine.
