Nice View everywhere here… generous drinking water and fabulous breakfast with a lot of variety food and tasteful… they also provide for kids food… This time we also celebrate my toddler birthday and thank you to customer sales executive ms. Brintha & his partner which was very helpful to decorate the room. And deliver the frog pinata cake with candle plate balloon… this make our toddler birthday unforgettable… and thank you for birthday gift for my toddler.

I don’t want to go home already! Very comfy and the staffs are really awesome! I loved their pool games and activities. My kids don’t want to go back to our hotel rooms just for this. We tried the in-room dining and foods were delicious! Will definitely go back! ❤️ Thank you Shangri-la for making our stay unforgettable 🛶

Very family oriented! Got a room for a family of 2A and 2C. Room comes with kids toiletries, step stool and child toilet seat. Only drawback is minimum 2 nights stay but… kids are enjoying, so no complaints.

A truely beautiful hotel set on a beach. The best views I’ve ever seen from a hotel — love looking at the ships outside the lift lobby. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Just spent our first staycation at Rasa Sentosa and was by far the best family friendly hotel experience we have had! The staff are all fantastic and helpful, the facilities are the ultimate for children with the water slides, kids pool area, kids club, art room, beach access with beach water sports, kids playgrounds and more. Thank you for a great weekend we will definitely be back! Fun for the whole family!

All staffs were so friendly and very helpful. The pool area is so fun for the kids. The rooms with the sea view is awesome. Would recommend the hotel to all. They even have their own private beach.

— in-room dining waiting time is very slow. We ordered 2 cappuccino and took 1 hr to be served in room.

— spacious rooms ***hotel is more for familes with kids. Not so much for couples or someone looking for a quiet staycation.

It has a good ambience especially that you get to enjoy the pool and beach. The pool water is warm so you will definitely love to swim even at night. It is a family-friendly resort but is recommended for everyone.

Nice ambiance. Probably the only hotel in singapore which has a direct access to the beach. You’ll see lots of cargo ships and sometimes they do horn in the middle of the night. Staff here are awesome. As for the current COVID situation, they really control the guest usage in the facilities. It’s a tough job but the hotel staff are on it. Great place for children. I don’t think it’s great for young couples.

Both their feeble brains and impunitive experiences in guest services speaks volumes about their incapability to encompass and comprehend the dynamics and technicalities of the human life and creature comforts. It’s the software that runs the hardware and never vice versa! I have graced the finest and sweetest furnishings of most global Top Stars Hotels; but none says as much as the services from the heart, without that; the Hotel is just another marble cold furnishings, void of life and warmth! This is something the likes of these staffs would never grasp, not even by going back to the drawing board of what hospitality is all about!
Singapore’s egoistically loud and obnoxiously impertinent staffs is a testimonial to their abhorrently misplaced egos and self-importance that clearly supersedes their credibility!
Probably they should just stick with the absurdity and complacencies of the Singaporeans’ “STAYCATIONS” and not venture out into the professional zone of the hospitality businesses!
For what it was worth: GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!

Great place to stay. Can see the nice view from your room. The foods that they serve are all delicious. Staffs are all nice, very accommodating.

The Chi Spa is awesome. Friendly staff and good skill in massaging.

Check in was prompt. Got upgraded to a suite. Room was excellent, view was magnificent. Foid was great.

We enjoyed staying at the pool. The hotel staff organized fun games by the pool like volley ball, water polo and we also had a session of aqua Zumba with the guests at the pool. Very fun and enjoyable! Service at the hotel is excellent, as always.

Amazing staff and resort facilities in a very relaxing luxurious atmosphere with beautiful gardens and water features. The resorts pool activities are incredibly fun and the “Fun team “ rock, especially the fitness instructors for the Aqua sports classes and water polo! The restaurants buffet, interior decor and style offer a lovely slice of the Singaporean culture and style with a twist mixed local Asia culture that which reflects through the flavours and the resort design ❤️

Our family most frequently stayed hotel as very cozy and relaxing like 2nd home. Thoughtful arrangement. Only area of improvement is the email communication can improve in the response to be more friendly.

This is the first time I stayed in Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa. I stayed for 4 days 3 Nights. Fantastic Hotel to stay. Strongly recommended to all. All staff are so friendly and helpful. The room are very clean and well maintain, nice and confortable to relax. Excellent spread of breakfast but saw some kids playing with the cereal dispenser and Lots of cereals scattered on the floor this may cause slippery.
The shuttle bus to Vivo City is punctual as per scheduled.
Thank you Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa for the wonderful stay. I will come back to staycation here most probably in March.

This is the first time I stay in Rasa Sentosa. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights for attending a workshop.
The room and the bathroom are very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are very helpful. The receptionist are very welcome with us.
The food are amazing, mix between western cuisine, Indian cuisine, Chinese cuisine and of course Malay cuisine. The view from the restaurant are amazing. Sometimes you can peacock and peahen walking around outside the restaurant or the room. That was awesome.
The pool ia fantastic and they also have kids station. It's near from the seaside. You can bring your kids to playing around.
There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Vivo City Mall. The hotel will provide you the information of the shuttle bus schedule.
Thanks you Rasa Sentosa for the wonderful stay. I will come back to stay in here for a holiday.

A good vacation with kids. Family package was good value for money. Room was comfortable. Had to wait a bit for check in but much shorter waiting time than the previous stay. Hotel probably have to limit the number of late checkouts. Seems the rooms always couldn’t be ready in time. Water playground is really fantastic for kids. Buffet is good. Free flow wine and soft drinks for dinner buffet included in the room package. There also another indoor playground where kids can have lots of fun.

The staff at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa are very friendly and helpful. They dealt with issues quickly and met my requirements. The only issues were small — one was a cockroach in my bathroom and the other was the door to the wardrobe did not close properly so the light was on all night. Please note that these issues were not reported to staff but will need to be fixed. My room number was 826. The food at the hotel was fantastic and the spa service was also very good. The pillows were very soft and you sunk straight into them — that was not comfortable for me — again not reported to staff. There were 2 staff members who I believe are exceptional in customer satisfaction — the first is the cook in the Level 6 business lounge breakfast and the second is a gentleman who does the reflexology on a Tuesday.

Very happy and thoroughly impressed! I had my wedding here at the golden pavilion and it was absolutely wonderful. The event manager Wen En was very invested in the process from the beginning all the way to the wedding dinner itself. There was no sloppy handover like I’ve seen at some other hotels, where they stop caring once the contract is signed. On the night itself, Fabian and the staff made my wife and I feel very taken care with a sincerity not often seen. On top of that, the food at the wedding was surprisingly good for a hotel. Very satisfied. Five stars!

The overall experience was awesome. This is the most child friendly hotel/ resort I have ever visited. My toddler enjoyed so much at the mini toot club, the beach and the kid's pool. The room size is just nice. Just a small problem with the bathtub water stopper, it couldn't go down, seems like misalignment with its switch mechanism. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant…

We had a wonderful stay from 21 June 2018 — 23 June 2018. The service was good and the room was splendid. The room was spacious enough for our young children to move around. Service staffs were very courteous and when we asked for things, they came almost immediately. You have a team of well-trained staff at the counters. They made customers feel very comfortable by engaging them in small talks and ensure that their needs are met as much as possible. This include those at the Silver Shell restaurant and Toots Club. Thank you so much.

Loved it, it appeals to the fact that the hotel seems to say "sharpened" for a family holiday with children, it is a pool starting from almost zero depth and children's rooms and activities for children and in the room hidden in the wall bed for children. The buffet I believe will satisfy any taste. The hotel is on an island with a free bus. I heard even Donald Trump stopped there) ) ) ) ) )

Oh… Oh… Oh. A normal hotel from a good chain. Who goes with the children will recommend. If you want the renoc to be busy in the bassines and so on. But there is no silence in it. You come to breakfast queue. Not for longer than 5-8 minutes did not stand. Breakfast buffet. It's delicious.
In general, who has been to PIC hotels on Saipan or Guam here is a rough idea of it.
We happened to get there on the recommendation and it's not ours.
But most of all upset that in any we did not make the trip at 15 or even at 14.00! They said there were no numbers. Although there were a lot of them on the booking and other sites. And in such a big hotel I have never met any problems.

The staffs at your hotel are super helpful, warm and genuine. You have great chefs… great food and a wide selections. Very pleased with the service… and the hotel is in tiptop condition. I am surprised the gym appears rather out-of-place or like an after-thought project. Love the swimming pool though. Soooo clean!

Our visit a few months ago was absolutely incredible! My children (9 & 7) were delighted to see their old friends! I recommend the resort to everyone who hasn’t been there yet. The food choice was outstanding and the hotel was very family-friendly. Our room was cozy (Even not being a Suite), large and really fun for the kids! SUPER convenient access to all of Sentosa!

Property is good for kids and family, staff is great courteous and efficient. Minus part is hotels looks and feels old and very less item in Indian cuisine.

We loved how close it was too everything but also far away enough that we weren't disturbed by any of the other guests or attractions. The bathroom layout was beautiful and has given us ideas for our new home. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much variety and the best part we enjoyed was how high quality the pillows were. The gym was a little small but perfect for the number of attendees and a good mix of music to keep me going. I was disappointed on how expensive the laundry was and that the clothes were hung instead of folded but I think it's the same everywhere. I need to bring more clothes next time. I would have liked to see nail cutters and a shaver with shaving cream in the bathroom because I forgot to bring some. Luckily we found some in 7/11. Definitely want to come back again in maybe 2-3 years before we have our first baby. Thank you for the most amazing hotel experience in Singapore. We will stay longer next time.

What an amazing experience, first of all the staff are very friendly in all areas of the resort. In particular I must mention Faith in the Fun Team who provided our 4 year old daughter with plenty of entertainment, even after one meeting she new her name for the rest of our brief stay. I must also commend Amresh, it was great to see a senior chef on the floor interacting with guests. Overall the facilities, food and staff are excellent. We also appreciated being able to check out then enjoy the facilities for a few hours before making use of the Freshen Up room prior to heading to the airport. It was also very welcoming that we arrived early and were able to access our room straight away, next time we visit Sentosa we will be back.

Staff service, food, amenities were all 5 stars. Room cleanliness was 5 stars. The only problem was room air conditioning. It was not functioning properly since setting it at 30c was no different than 20c. It was too cold to sleep comfortably and we had to be switching it on and off throughout the night. My son was having a slight fever and flu on the day we checked in so we were a little cautious the cold a/c will affect him. First 2 days, great weather but we were not able to enjoy your hotel since my kid was under the weather, so we stayed in the room which was great. On the day of checkout, we were hoping to hit the pool in the morning but it was closed due to weather. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will return in the future to hopefully have fun as a family.

The hotel was very beautiful. The location is outside Universal Studios, but it was accessible because the hotel gave us options of how to go around the place. We were able to do a lot of other activities we didn’t plan on doing mainly because it was easy for us to go around. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially Julie, who we met at front desk. The beach was clean and our family also enjoyed the pool. There were so many things we can do there and we just lacked the time. Will surely come back! Thank you!

The hotel's facilities are especially swimming pool and beach, and the free shuttle bus is also very convenient. But the number of people in breakfast is recommended. We go to the first floor to eat, although quiet many people are small, but the number and variety of breakfast is not as much as the third floor and convenient. The bedroom is a bit crowded, the bathroom in the bathtub water mouth is bad, can not smooth release and water. Rooms give a lot of free drinks and water every day this is very convenient, but room service time is very late and bath towels are not timely.

Absolutely loved our stay. My teenage son and I had a mother-son trip and it was fantastic. Beautiful spot on the island, so relaxed. The food at breakfast was amazing, rooms really nice, pool was great, private beach to relax, staff so helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus was quick and easy, walking distance to most things as well. So much to see and do. I can not fault anything. I would highly recommend the Shanghai-La Rasa Sentosa. We will be back. Thank you so much.

I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me by entire hotel staff. During my recent trip, I was fortunate enough to stay at your Island Suite — a luxurious & comfortable cozy room with great view. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast! Everything in this hotel are amazing! I would like to thank in particular the following members of staff, Vita Wei (front desk officer) and Aishah (duty manager) – Incredible customer service. They are extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to the Hotel management for an enjoyable stay. I will be back!

Breakfast buffet is poor. The buffet dinner is very poor and is the worst of the five-star hotels. Relative to hotel conditions, house prices are too high, price is very low.

The hotel is perfect for families with young children. It's hard to find weak spots even if you want.

Everything was perfect except: 1. The construction at the beach which caused smell of fuse. 2. One sink faucet not working at the buffet restaurant’s women’s bathroom. 3. The dryer at pool bathroom: I thought it was swimsuit tumble dry machine which only pulls moisture out and would take a few minutes but it was actually a dryer which had to wait a very long time. (I think it would be much better to put a machine that sucks out water only since swimsuits are very easy to dry afterwards) 4. It would be extra helpful and pleasant if the staff can hang the life vest for the guests when returning back when guest has more than one young kid. Other than these we had a perfect experience at the hotel and it was better than our expectations, would recommend it to any families.

Loved. Everything is done to relax. In Singapore, and all at home, everyone is welcome. The rooms are very good. Delicious food. Entertainment for children. There are many children.

Service is great. The whole family truly enjoys the stay at Rasa Sentosa. What really made our stay special was that we were presented a lovely chocolate anniversary cake. My hubby and I totally forgot that it was our anniversary (seriously), hence felt extremely warm to know that Rasa remembered! Breakfast and dinner spread never fail to impress. However for the Toots club — my kids (9 & 11) said that they were treated like 'babies' and hence did not really enjoy it so much.

We were warmly welcomed by Jennifer on reception who ensured that we understood the facilities available to us a mature couple in the family resort. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The room provided to us was in an enviable position on the top floor and the housekeeping staff ensured we had a comfortable stay. A particular thanks to Karen in the business lounge for the excellent breakfasts she provided. All in all a very memorable stay.

I would like to compliment your staff Ms Gina for her excellence service addressing to my needs n requirement. I booked a room but I believed I was allocated with a room without bath tub. She took the initiative to pre-alert me. I would love to have a room with bath tub as I am staying with kids. She then counter offer alternative room with an upgrade which to me meant a lot to make my kids stay memorable and complete. A small gesture n extra miles she went to ensure a pleasant stay for me n my family.

I love this place! The view here is wonderful. We stood high hundreds of feet and it was very amazing! We could feel the wind blowing right across our faces. We could see fabulous scenes far away. Well, you only live once, so WHY NOT HAVE A VISIT? I am sure you will be amazed by all these marvelousness!

One of the best Hotels anywhere in Singapore, let alone Sentosa. Excellent facilities, friendly and highly experienced staff on hand around the clock. Superb cuisine, scenic pool facilities for both adults and children alike. Private beach access, nearby cable car and beach tram access. Above all, a spectacular and visually gorgeous location. I personally cannot wait to return.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was even snacks provided for checking in and checking out guest making our wait and time there more enjoyable. The buffet spread was fantastic. The overall vibes and feel of the hotel was lovely, felt like the resort was a little family like village. The roaming peacocks was also a nice sight. Had a really good time! Will highly recommend!

It was an excellent stay at the resort. One of the best resorts I have stayed in Singapore in. Most memorable 3 nights spent here. I was a little concerned about arriving early as my flight from Bangalore landed at Changi at 6 am and the standard resort check in was at 3 pm, however they were kind enough to provide us with an early check in. The location of the resort is amazing. It overlooks the beautiful Sentosa beach and the bay and combine it with the pool it just becomes glorious. House keeping, in room dining, breakfast buffet, tour desk, pool, mini toots club are all excellent facilities. It felt as if the time fell really short at this wonderful resort and the resort itself deserves one full day.

I booked the hotel to celebrate my husband turning 40. The staff were very kind and offered to bring in a small cake to celebrate. Though I forgot to mention when I want the cake and thought of not cutting any cake, we were thoroughly surprised to see a cake in the room after we came back from our swim! That was a thoughtful gesture. My husband enjoyed the spa treatment and looked very refreshed when he came back. Overall — this was a good trip and looking forward to the next one soon.

The beds in the hotel are very comfortable. Bathroom facilities are also easy to use.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the breakfast restaurant waiter's attitude is very uncomfortable.
When I hit my child, I broke the bowl and left without apologizing, although the other staff came to comfort the crying child, but I think it was disappointing to handle the problem as a staff member of the five-star hotel. And the staff of the swimming pool are too serious and unfriendly towards the children.

Only the rate is 5 stars… Disappointing.

The overall feeling is good, but the inadequacy is also very obvious, one of the most unpleasant to us is the attitude of individual service staff is very poor. At noodles lunch time, female service staff attitude is very lazy and cold; New Year's Day night from VivoCity ride back to the hotel shuttle bus, the driver attitude is very fierce, children in the hotel pool play water slide, responsible for the Chinese male service staff attitude is very cold; As many evaluations have said, the hotel's facilities are old, especially the toilet facilities old more prominent: its third, the room is small or the pattern is not good, the husband sits in front of the desk with the computer, the chair behind is the bed, no one passes the space; summary, as an established five-star hotel, the facility is almost a little However, the poor quality of service personnel is intolerable, I hope that the hotel can strengthen the quality of a very specific service personnel education.

Rasa Sentosa is a beautiful place with nice rooms and great beach front location. However, the extremely poor quality of service at ALL of the restaurants was a big disappointment for us. I don’t even know how to start with the pool bar. I have never in my life experienced such bad service at any pool bar. There wasn’t a single day, when our orders weren’t messed up somehow. The staff at the pool bar had absolutely no system what so ever. There was no logic in what order the food & drinks were served to people. We literally had to ”fight” to get the food and drinks we ordered. Many days we waited over an hour even to receive a drink, let alone food. We find this unacceptable. Pool bars are supposed to be an easy and fast way to get a quick bite whilst swimming and sunbathing. The service at the dining locations was also horrible. The waiters at Dine on 3 seemed to be 13-15 years old and had no clue about the menu. We ordered Corona and the waiter asked us to show a picture of it in the menu. When ordering red wine, we got white. This is in no way the service we accept from a five star restaurant. It would have been nice to enjoy Sentosa more within the hotel premises, but after getting disappointed multiple times, we thought it was best to dine elsewhere. We understand that this is peak time with all the holidays, but with the price of a 5-star hotel, the restaurant services are unacceptable. It’s a shame that the lovely hotel and location were shadowed by this.

I would like to start my review by concluding that the hotel definitely does not match the 5 star rating. Based on staying in various 5 star hotels all over the world, it is safe to say that Rasa Sentosa is more closer to a 3 star hotel. The biggest disappointment on our 10 day stay with 6 people (3 rooms) has been the extremely low quality of customer service in all of the dining options. The staff at Dine on 3 appears to be 15 years old, and way too young to be serving alcoholic beverages, Which explains why they had no clue about any of the drinks we ordered. I ordered a Corona beer, the young boys had no clue what it was. I had to show them a picture from the menu. When ordering red wine, the boys brought us white. When ordering a Bellini, they once again asked us to point it from the menu. These young guys had no understanding of customer service or the menu, and appeared to not have received any training for the job. From a "5 star hotel", I expect more. Also the design and the furniture in all of the restaurants in no way scream classy. Dirty table cloths and odd white chair covers. During breakfast and dinner, the servers either placed dirty utensils on the table cloth or never brought new ones after taking away the used ones. At breakfast, many regular breakfast foods, such as hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs were only placed on the children's buffet. The system at the pool bar did not work at all. First, you had to ask to get both of the menus.

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and it was just amazing. The staffs were all courteous and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean, they even prepared children amenities like toothbrush and toddler slippers. The buffet breakfast selection was huge so were their dinner where there was also free flow wine and my parents absolutely loved it! Overall I would highly recommend to get the family fun package as you get breakfast and dinner covered and your children from 1-12 years old get to enter the mini toots club and toots club for free. Plus plenty of water play activities and playground for children of all ages.

Nice beach resort, great got kids or a romantic couple getaway. Great buffet available. Very huge pool area with slides to keep kids entertained just as well as a pool bar for couples to enjoy a drink. Hotel is at the end of Sentosa but is well linked to all parts of the island. Very friendly staff and cozy ambience. Definitely worth repeat visits.

I have recently returned home from a stay at this hotel and it was absolutely amazingly fantastic. The rooms although not huge were big enough, with plenty of storage space. Lets face it your not going to stay long in your room. They were beautifully decorated. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We upgraded to a Sea View room which I would thoroughly recommend. The view was wonderful. The breakfast had the largest choice of food I have ever seen anywhere. That was an experience all of its own. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sentosa Island and hope to return myself as soon as I'm able.

Amazing, relaxing atmosphere. Great quality and constantly improving facilities and amenities. Customer service is top class. Breakfast spread is delicious and has a huge variety. Works for families and business travellers alike. The high-ish price is definitely worth it.

Amazing service and hospitality. Rooms are spacious and have bathtubs. Has a very good private beach and huge pool. The staff is very helpful and sweet.

Great for kids and family, couples might want to avoid although there are some adults only pool and restaurant. Swimming pool and kids club good. Restrictions on slides stopped our youngest going on as no adults. Also no kids younger than 5 on peddle boats or kayaks even with adult and life fest. Good food and breakfast and buffet. 4* as overall service was slow and poor for this level of hotel especially in bars restaurant and staff were too busy to care.

Awesome place for a weekend getaway, especially if you have little children. Super family friendly place with pools catered to the little ones, and well equipped indoor as well as outdoor playgrounds. Private beach is quiet and not as crowded as the rest of Sentosa. Price is a little on the high side but I would definitely consider returning if there's an occasion for it.

Rooms were clean, amenities were great. Plenty of food options and great quality. Pool area had showers and clothes dryer, separate ensuite area with blow dryer great for later flights after checkout. Pool offered water slides with water activity area with main pool sectioned into kids pool, open age pool and adults only. If pool isn't for you opt for the beach with canoes etc. Walking distance to main attraction area of Sentosa.

Very nice hotel with good view and excellent service staff was very friendly and helpfully. We had a lot of fun and the kids enjoyed the pool and the pay area. I highly recommend it فندق جميل والخدمه ممتازه جميل للعائلات ومناطق ممتعه للاطفال

Here for an outdoor wedding dinner. The fruits and flower table decor and tea lights/Christmas lights were the perfect touch for a romantic garden wedding. Food was great; I especially liked the salads, meat cuts and cakes. The sea is just steps away, you can seat on sofas with your coconut and enjoy the sea breeze. The parking lot is a little small but with a complimentary valet service it wasn't a problem.

Nice hotel. Focused on children. ("Children's paradise Here). ") It's a very green area, there's a small water park for kids, a way to the sea. Spacious rooms. The territory is free to walk the peacocks and monitor.

I guess the difference between world class hotels are the service and tiny little things that they do to make your stay as seamless and happy as possible. Cleanliness (4.75/5) Cant really say anything bad about the cleanliness, everywhere is neat and clean. The only thing not full marks are the leaves at the carpark, which cover my entire car during my stay. Haha Location (4.75/5) The location is on the southern island of Singapore, quiet and yet near to shopping mall which they have shuttle bus every 20mins. Beach is just outside the hotel, Universal studios is also a short distance away by tram outside the hotel. Amenities (5/5) The main reason why I choose here for a staycation was because there is activities for the whole family just at the hotel itself. While the parents are having their "me" time, there are child care facilities which you can engage to allow your child to play at their facilities like swimming, playground, arts class, etc. Service (5/5) This is the part I like the most, no need to say the front desk is always wearing a smile while attending to you and also free upgrade me when our room was not ready. From pool attendant to child care facilitator to chef to cleaner, they are all wearing a smile. Sometimes makes me think whether to work at this "happy" environment.

Got the bigger room and extra bed to accommodate our kids. Enjoyed the stay. Very cosy and relax outside. They have their private outdoor lounging area overlooking the sea. Nice to watch sunset. Chose this hotel for the whole day kids activities. They have the best variety in breakfsst buffet that I've come across.

We were on a weekday, because there are several attractions and activities, it was not crowded, beautiful beach. With the gondola lift and the Bus to all the places on the island are easily accessible.

Came here for a company event with over 200 people. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I love how they have a warning sign to not leave the balcony door open so as not to invite unwanted monkeys into the rooms. The hotel is just next to the beach so great for relaxing long walks. Big event hall and dining areas. Staff service is top notch too.

Was here for a team away day and thoroughly enjoyed the resort. It's very close to activities like the megazip and the luge. The private beach is a great place for lounging, and the food is varied and delicious (what I mean to say is that the breakfast buffet is worth it! ). The rooms are also lovely though you can tell that they're not brand new. The ones on the lower floor are bigger, but the ones higher up have a great view of the ocean!

A very nice hotel with extremely good ocean view. High recommended when you pick a room with ocean view. The meals are nice there and there is a kid room for gaming.

I really liked our stay here. We had really friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and the facilities were great. Since it's located on sentosa, there's lots of activities that you could do also. However, I still feel like this place needs a little update/face lift.

The Shangri-La hotel is on the far west side of Sentosa island. Which is perfect if you want to walk the length of Sentosa on the beach and enjoy all the different venues. While check in was a lengthy process due only to the number of guests. The staff was very friendly and professional. Small ice cream cones were being served to help beat the heat. The room looks to be kept in excellent order. Make sure you ask for a higher floor with a sea view room so that you can enjoy a excellent view. The bottom floor seems to have a ton of things for kids with ping pong tables, play area and activities. The pool area is large and is family friendly as well. We chose to have our breakfast in the Executive Lounge so as to avoid the kids, which is a nice touch for couples looking to relax. Would highly recommend!

This place is aging and needs an overhaul soon. Not all that impressed with the room, resort facilities or restaurant. What is neat though is they have a kids club.

This resort is busy all year round and usually attracts families. There's a nice pool and many other good facilities. The staff are friendly too!

World class resort on Sentosa Island. Rasa Sentosa has many attractive pluses: a sizable pool area with a mini water slide, direct access to the lagoons of Sentosa's beach area, several excellent restaurants, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The main challenge with this hotel, and many of the hotels on Sentosa, is if you want to travel between hotels for events or to try the other restaurants — cabs are almost the only option.

We stayed in April 2015, this was our 5th stay. Nothing had changed, room really nice, staff very friendly and we had the most relaxing 5 days. Staff went out of their way to help us get our laundry dry in time for our departure when the washing machine stalled, it was delivered to our room beautifully folded and with 5 minutes to spare. We had a garden pool view room last trip, but all other times have had a room on the higher floors with sea view which we love, breakfast on the balcony, read the paper just makes a great start to the day. Happy hour around the pool in the afternoon, all this is our recovery from our trip on the way home to Australia. Worth every cent and we are coming back again in June 2016 and will be staying again!

Room a little small, the facilities hardware feels a bit old, there's a fee for the washing machine, but I use the time glitch. Room service not too in place, after complaints changed a lot, the Breakfast area, the peacock, the eighth brother. Swimming pool, a children's amusement zone, the hotel is the vivo of the shuttle, it's free. The global impact of the city of San phase of Gaza the free bus, very convenient. Overall, not bad.

Overall the kids liked it. But individual managers of Chinese attitude is unprofessional. Don't speak English with a attitude, wholly even the kids English exchange, results girl attitude immediately grandson! When we say fast, I find out that fucking English it village 4 level. Really fucking good, no good speak Chinese and pretend you're foreign! See Brother's face! My son better than all of you proud Chinese! You just go on!

Were in 2011 the food was better. In 2014-2015 food was spoiled.
