Excellent spacious suite. Stayed at Signature Suite which has a tall ceiling. Bed is very comfy n soft. Excellent service from all especially Serene.

I booked a wheelchair accessible urban room but got a upgrade to a suite room. Which is a bigger room on high floor with a great view. Wheelchair accessible room is spacious enough for wheelchair user to move around but too bad the automatic door was not working. I would highly recommend to wheelchair user. The bed is very comfortable too… As for the suite my husband and I love it so much that we spend most of the time enjoying the view and facilities in the room… even the moment my mum enter the room she say 🤩…

Concierge service was superb! Staffs were so friendly and I really had a great experience spending my 32 yr old birthday here. Nicely designed hotel, when you stepped in to the hotel, you feel comfortable. There’s a place for you to sit and wait at the lobby area.
Plants and water everywhere, quite and spacious room. Love the bathtub design where the backrest is slightly slanted so that you won’t slip down. Cool touch-motion switches, automated day & night curtains and a good aircon. Comfy pillows and bed to sleep in.
Gym is facing the infinity swimming pool with nice pool cabanas ~
The food at Lime Restaurant was not bad too!

Would not recommend as a staycation destination. Checking time is 3pm, and we checked in around 4:15pm. The pool, gym & spa were all totally filled for reservations so we were unable to use, and the reception staff were totally unhelpful nor empathetic. The room was clean but nothing special. Breakfast was included and the staff were nice but took a long time and food was luke warm & below average quality. Basically gave no sense of "get-away" nor relaxation. Just a very standard business hotel. Very disappointed & won't come again. Rather a waste of money.

Love the staff who were very kind and caring. My son was very active and as you know toddlers make a lot of noise when they are active, the staff were kind enough to entertain him while I made my orders at the restaurant. It would have been very difficult to do so with a toddler who refuses to stay still for more than a minute.

Spacious room with full amenities. Fast check-in. Spacious carparks. Not only have swimming pool and gym but with garden walk to see plants and herbs as well. Nice staff always smiling. Very welcoming hotel.

We stayed in December 19 for 3 nights — this has to be the best hotel we have stayed in. Our room was on the 14th floor with club room access, — highly recommended upgrading to the club rooms! The staff in the orchid lounge are absolutely wonderful! Totally worth the extra $!

This hotel is amazing, the staff were all exemplary, always smiling and ready to offer help. The room, 620, was excellent with fantastic views. The queen size bed was so comfortable. The water features and abundance of greenery set it aside as an eco hotel which is clearly leading the way. Breakfast was delicious and offered a vast choice catering for every taste. I would most certainly stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Love the eco-friendly approach to the hotel and the varied green spaces are a serene sanctuary in Singapore. Book a delux room or higher category for better views and rooms. The pool is stunning and I’ve enjoyed the birdcage cabanas.

ParkRoyal is a very eco friendly hotel. The greenery that surrounds the entire hotel on each floor is fascinating. It's very near Chinatown which allows for access to anything that you need. The staff is very attentive too. I really am mesmerized by the decor of this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. A must see.

Just ended my wedding on Saturday, 28 July 2018. I can’t describe how happy I am throughout my wedding preparation. My coordinator is Joelynn, she took over our portfolio from her ex colleague. Initially, we were worried about the change, but after we started to commnicate with her, we were impress with her quick response. Our wedding day arrangement was perfect and according to what we want. Our banquet manager, Izzar, was very experienced. She kept assuring us that everything will be fine and we just need to enjoy the process. She even checked with me how high were my heels and if i’m tired, she will pass me the hotel slippers (since my gowns were long enough to cover the hotel slippers). Everything was well taken care of Even during our 2 night stay, Joelynn texted us to check on how was everything and is there anything she can help. I really appreciated the little gesture that the team has given to me, my husband and my guests. Thank you Park Royal Pickering!

Have just returned home after spending 6 days, with my sister and brother in law who flew in from the UK. This is our fifth stay at Park Royal on Pickering. We were greeted and farewelled at reception by the lovely Serene, on entering our room we were surprised to find it had been decorated to celebrate our wedding Anniversary. A cake and later a complimentary fruit plate was delivered to our room. All the staff in the Orchid club room were very attentive, made us very welcome, big shout out to Serene, Kimberly, Michelle, Kenneth, Ken and all the team who were fantastic. My sister and I were presented with a Birthday cake whilst singing Happy Birthday. Thank you to each and everyone of you, you were amazing.
Service at lime restaurant was great, greeted by name each morning with a smile, Thank you all.

Hotel with original architecture we understand why we name Singapore the State garden very good service room very nice very good breakfast pool small but pleasant 5 minutes from Chinatown.

I have been there for wedding lunches twice. Once, a vegetarian. And the other a regular Chinese wedding lunch. The regular Chinese lunch proved to be great but the vegetarian lunch proved to be less so. The ambience of the event hall was great. Suitable lighting, nice decor.

Great hotel with excellent rooms and views. The beds are comfy and the showers powerful! The breakfasts are decent, but as one would expect from a large hotel nothing to write home about. The pool and spa are very enjoyable and also afford excellent views and a place to relax on a hot day. I found the central location really helpful.

Great hotel but slightly expensive. Stayed in the Premier king which is really comfortable and spacious. I get to oversee the city and the swimming pool. The gym facility is really well equipped for those who plans on keeping fit during their stay. Nearby mrt includes Chinatown and Clarke quay which makes it very accessible to all places. Breakfast is brilliant with quality food served. All in all, I would highly recommend for tourists who are willing to pay that extra bucks for such quality hotel.

Beautiful hotel, the location is also great one comes to the big spot it's everywhere on foot. Compared to Marina Bay Sands much quieter and at least as impressive! The architecture is simply madness. But in the end, the purse decides because the Parkroyal is also not a bargain "

The Parkroyal has excellent value for money. The rooms are very modern in style — either very much or not at all. I was thrilled. The bathroom can be separated from the sleeping area by a sliding wall, but this fines the room immensely. So you better leave the wall. The hotel is green on the outside by the planting from the ground floor to the roof and the rooms themselves are also kept in green. It may also be worth mentioning that the room can be completely darkened at the push of a button. There are no curtains that always allow light to get through, but completely opaque blinds. It's rather uncomfortable for me to be honest, which is why I just left it halfway down, but if you like to sleep properly, you can turn the room into a veritable darkroom.
In the house there is a restaurant that apparently belongs to one of the best in the city. I have always eaten away because Singapore has a very wide variety of cuisine, but I always have breakfast at the hotel. Everything is still a little better, but at breakfast the Parkroyal sets the bar incredibly high. It's probably going to be even better, but I don't know how to do it right now. You actually get everything and three more things, freshly prepared according to the taste of the guest. As a late sleeper I would have only wished that one can only eat up to 10:30 H, but then I also had more of the day. So there is no deduction under the line.

A very nice hotel. Friendly service from all staff. Room was modern and clean. Well equipped amenities including toothbrush, soap, slippers, hair dryer, comb, kettle, etc. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice place to relax beside the swimming pool. Food in Lime restaurant was great, quality and variety wise. Security was on par as you need access card to use the lift. Really enjoyed my stay.

Sensational hotel. The innovative concept of energy recovery and use of natural resources for supply (water in the pool, cooling, power generation) is fully operational. This is by no means at the expense of comfort, on the contrary. In hardly any other hotel (especially in these sultry hot regions like Singapore) we slept so well, the indoor climate is top and the rooms are also all something special. The fantastic view alone is impressive due to the almost floor-to-ceiling, large-scale windows.
The elongated pool is designed as an infinity area, that is, the water runs over the edge on the long outside, so you can swim right up to the spillway and from there some floors down to the streets and the small park and of course all over the whole City to look south. A great experience overall and also suitable for families, Marina Bay is also within walking distance in about 20 minutes.
Good Asian cuisine, but not so special now that you miss something if you don't have dinner or lunch there. As a GHA Black member or resident of the suites, you have access to the special club area on the top floor, where there are free breakfasts, snacks at lunchtime and coffee + sweets as well as coctails and beeages in the evening.

Clean, and excellent service. You are greeted with a welcoming drink upon arrival and then baggage is transported to your room. Facilities in the room are quite new, well maintained, clean and room is spacious. Staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is very unique as there is much greenery, could not find another hotel like this! Only thing is, if you are going to the gym, they do not have a squat rack, and the infinity pool could be a bit more warmer, especially during night time. Overall still a great stay!

Design Hotel cared for the smallest details. The location is perfect for visiting Chanatown… Very close to all the tourist places and not.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and equally good restaurant on the ground floor. The proximity to Chinatown is very pleasant. The pool was freezing — ganau the Richige in the temperatures.

The rooms are small but perfectly thought out. Every detail is right. In addition, there is a sophisticated environmental concept. Drinking water from refillable glass bottles, for example, or a very smart air conditioner.
The hotel is completely greened inside and out.

Booked a weekend, overnight stay in one of their deluxe rooms. Very easy to find, just right next to Chinatown Point and Chinatown MRT. Had asked for two upgrades, for higher floor and to their orchid club room. I believe we were given our first request for a higher floor at no additional cost because they were unable to give us our second request for upgrade. Was slightly disappointed by lack of bathtub in room since their photos included tubs, but overall satisfied with the room and quality of amenities. Husband and I were particularly impressed by the amount of greens they incorporated in their design and the sitting area near the pool. We were also pleased with the complimentary breakfast selection provided. We've in fact booked another night nearer mid year with them.

This is a great hotel. Good location, between two tram stops, China town and Clark Quay. Parkroyal has a huge varied breakfast. It is delicious! The pool area is beautiful but water is cold and there is never sun in afternoon. But the view is good.

Booked the junior suite. Room is spacious and clean. The king size bed is comfortable, so is the sofa bed. The view from our room is awesome because of the full length windows. Love the greenery too, plants are everywhere in the hotel. The water pressure was a little weak for the shower but the bathtub is nice with a view. Love the wooden fixtures in the room too.

Everything is perfect here, except for the breakfast restaurant. Unfortunately, this is a little too loud. Very nice the successful architecture with a lot of green planting. Definitely preferable to MBS.

Superb luxury hotel, elegant and eco-friendly, just minutes from Clarke Quay, Singapore's nightlife centre. Spacious rooms with bathrooms and showers with breathtaking views. Gym and (zone) swimming Pool 5 * * * * *. One of the best hotels I have ever been to: an experience to do more than a stay to book.

Went for buffet lunch at Lime on a Wednesday. Lime was offering a festive menu for Christmas. The hotel is in a central location, easily accessible by public or private transport. Parking was expensive but thankfully it was complementary for Lime guests. The decor in the hotel lobby and restaurant was modern and exquisite. I liked that they had many different kinds of seating inside the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Plates were cleared promptly even though there were many guests at the restaurant. The variety of the buffet spread was average, all of the stations offered can be found at most other hotel buffets. Quality of food was excellent. The food tasted fresh, probably because there were lots of guests on that day. Great experience overall.

Spectacular Hotel! Winner of countless prizes both at Asian and planetary levels. Modern Asian Style. Hanging Gardens, lobby and infinity pool very out of the ordinary, simply sublime. Strongly Advised the Orchid club formula for The privileges it offers: SkyLounge top floor with 360 ° view on the city, tea time, aperitif and dedicated cook, etc. Perfect Location in downtown. For me it is the best hotel in Singapore.

It's cool! Stylish, modern, new, comfortable, unreally beautiful hotel, with arch-varied breakfasts, awesome room-designer (wall-modules can be installed, as convenient, independently designing space) and super-location About all the sights. In general, straight here is really decent and expensive-rich without unnecessary kitsch and cheap ponti.
The only downside is the coffee at breakfast so-so =)

My wife and I went for a spa session at the st. Gregory spa centre on level 5 of the hotel. We love the spa session, the room for couple retreat was lovely with good ambience and clean facilities. The only hiccup was we didn't stay at the hotel and got turned away by the security at the lift lobby, who didn't provide any further instructions besides pointing us to the reception area. We were clueless of how to get access to the spa centre at level 5. We were lucky to get helped by another staff from the concierge table, who helped to check our spa appointment and brought us past the security into the lift.

I went to Parkroyal on Pickering for their weekday afternoon tea set. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Clarke Quay and Chinatown MRT. Food was unique with a distinct Singaporean flavour and good value for money. Service there was impeccable with prompt service and good attention paid to each visitor.

Good place, very near to subway station with 1 min walking, percect breakfast and sweets. All hotel like a garden, I like it. Have a smart gym and outside pool, scenery is very good!

I adore this hotel! It is eco-friendly with greenery everywhere. The hotel is located in the Central Business District of Singapore, yet walking distance to Chinatown. Their breakfast selection is MASSIVE! I enjoyed the coziness of the suite. And their bathroom is well-lighted. My only point is the rooms are a little too dim to do my reading. Parking is free for hotel guests (up to 2 claims per day).

Was there for high tea with a friend at Lime this afternoon. Very disappointed with the service we received. Upon being seated, we were being informed of the differences between the $42 and $48 set, 1 comes with refillable coffee/tea and the other one does not. The lady also mentioned one of the tea is served in a pot but I can't remember which is the one. Food was served after 10-15mins wait. Food wise, nothing fantastic. Couldn't find anything we like after the whole session.
We waited about 30mins for our coffee when its the first thing we ordered after being seated down. Server asked another server if she prepared our coffee and the lady replied 'huh? I dunno! ' loudly before walking away. When we were served the 2nd drink, the server just placed the 2 drinks on the table without saying anything or even asking who is having what. I thought the tea would be served in a pot so I asked her about it and she replied 'No. No pot. The $42 one only serve u 1 time then we don't care about u already. The $48 one u order 20 times also can. U order 20 times we also will serve u 20 times. ' She repeated that for 3 more times even after I told her I understood and thank you.
Coffee was served with a stained cup and tea served with a stained and wet saucer.
We were given the bill in the midst of the high tea with 'erm. Your bill'.
Will definitely not return again nor recommend this place. I guess any other cafe provides better service standard.

Good location. Friendly staff. However room was not available till 3pm even though the confirmation letter stated 2pm. Me and my hubby have to wait for an hour. Late check out was only eventually extended to 1pm only. So in a way, there was no late check out since we lost an hour waiting to check in. International breakfast has huge variety but some dishes were a little bland, guess less salt is good for health anyway. Afternoon tea at Orchid Lounge has room for improvement. It is the first time I see assorted sandwiches only has cucumbers or tomatoes as fillings. Guess healthy diet for the guests? Like the Infinity pool as it has good view but wished it was larger. Overall the stay is enjoyable!

Really liked the design of the hotel n the interior. Classy n unique. Went for dinner at Lime. Spread is a bit small n refilling tad slow. Food is okay though. Enjoyed the fresh durians. Service is good. Will be better if there is some card promo as it is expensive @ over $100 for dinner.

The best hotel in Singapore for me. It's interior and exterior are so outstanding and special. When you walk around the streets nearby, it's impossible to ignore this hotel. Their concept seems like a nature in the city, and the concept is well applied everywhere in the hotel. What I like the most is their detail. Even the keycard holder, toilet, ballpoint pens are following the concept. All the detail are well made, clean and nice. Even the staffs are kind. Highly recommended although their pool is not that big enough.

A beautiful Garden hotel, clean, modern and close to major sites. Reasonably priced and impressive pool. A slight downside is the humidity smell in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is rich and a mix of western and asian cuisines.

Huge disappointment. The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, right next to Chinatown and Clarke Quay. Within walking distance to Singapore Flyer, Art Science Museum or Raffles. And big compliments to its design, fabulous and eye-catchy. However… very robotic check-in, no explanation whatsoever on breakfast, facilities, Wi-Fi code, pre-authorised 300 SGD more on expected total room rate with taxes on our arrival. Definitely the smallest superior double room we have ever stayed in a 5 star hotel. Expect lots of wood up to the ceiling and approximately 5sqm bathroom including toilet! We also noticed holes in bed linen and dust on the ledge in the toilet. The juice at breakfast was not freshly squeezed, the staff did not even bother to say good morning and spoke poor English.

A lovely place for dining experience. What I particularly like about Park Royal is the landscaped facade with beautiful greenery.

I stayed in this hotel in 2013, a week after the opening of the hotel. It was wonderful — to live in a room in which no one before you has not) ) ) The room is large, clean with everything you need. Hotel in the center, 5 min walk to downtown. Chinatown is also nearby, there is a lot of shops and cafes.

A beautifully designed hotel in central Singapore. The building is engulfed in many different plants reaching to the top floor. The open deck pool on level 5 offers an excellent view of the city and its surroundings. I would suggest the buffet breakfast but stay away from the waffles.

For the tourists from the country where big earthquakes are quite common, the architecture looked to be very unstable at first sight. Actually the stay was really relaxing and comfy surrounded by plenty greens even on the level 13th! Was almost like a garden in the air.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I had mixed feelings to rate this Hotel. 1. One of the best Interiors / Ambience 2. Pool on level 5 is well designed 3. Food is good but room service is too slow like every order takes around 45 mins to reach your room. 4. No options for vegeterians (eggless) 5. In my initial few days I could hear some noises when it was silent then it turned out to be the noise from flush system fro neighbouring room.

The best hotel I ever stay. The price is not reasonable if you compare it with some other high end restaurant. The service is very nice. Staff are friendly and hospitable. The highlight is the night view from hotel room. There is a high floor garden on 5th floor or so.

My last trip to Singapore was back in June and I was lucky enough to stay in 3 different hotels during my stay. All were within the same price range, different locations and all included buffet breakfast. The Parkroyal is definitely a must see, its pool is amazing, especially at night and the design of the hotel is very unique and the rooms are very nice, especially if you get one with a pool/garden view. The only draw back we found was that there is next to no space to put any of your own toiletries. The Breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, however we did feel rather neglected compare to the other hotels we stayed, there seemed to be plenty of staff however we found it incredibly difficult to get their attention to order a coffee, nor did they clear our dirty dishes away which was rather disappointing. Their main target group seems to be business people as it was somewhat 'impersonal'.

Central area but the room is ultra-quiet. Very clean and convenient. Open area buffet breakfast. Recommended.

Deluxe room worth it due to the better view and room layout. Buffet breakfast is good especially the bakery section is excellent. Even though selection of food is limited and could do more with better dim sum selection.

Phenomenal ultramodern hotel with great service.

This was a disappointing and frustrating experience and guess would be so for most business visitors. I came in mid-night from international flight (and had communicated the same in advance), but the hotel calls it a day at 10 am (even if you have just been around for 5 hours), they want their next day charges and no extension for checkout! I went thru three levels of unconcerned management, to no avail. These guys charge a bomb (USD $400+ per night for a very average room and not so great spread of breakfast) and are just about profit making and no concept of customer care! Wont advice any international business visitors to stay here.

Was at Lime Restaurant and Bar for lunch with family on 31 January 2014. It is also the first day of Chinese New Year. Although the selection of dishes at the buffet is not as diverse or attention catching as similar restaurants, the food was nicely done in a way that I felt the cooks must have put their heart into it. The spaciousness also contributed to a comfortable unhurried feeling. So much so my family and I stayed for 2.5 hours. On the down-side, the staff were highly efficient but did not feel warm at all. I recommend diners with families or big crowd to make booking in advance so as to avoid being seated at the bar.

Value for money for it's standards, trust me — even the breakfast was good. Juices were freshly squeezed, unlike most 5 star chains still using bottled ones. Impressive design, mood, and experience.
