A good night's rest everybody needs, located 5 mins from Bugis SMRT station.

Accommodation location location is good. The level is modest.

Very good service and staff is cooperative. Location is centralised so very easy to reach any place in Singapore. Room service is also good all amenities are there like TV, fridge, ac, tea cattle etc. Very clean and budgeted hotel.

Great for a short visit since it's within the busy part of the city. Close enough to a Bukit Station, so you can to anywhere where there's MRT including the airport.

Old hotel but nice, have windows in all room, nice staffs, maybe if upgraded to modern will hike value.

Ordered on the Internet. The picture looks good but when you go to see it's disappointing. Go to reception's staff and ask for a swap. Not recommended. Fees and quality do not match.

Terrible, the beds had the upholstery with spot spots that we believed humidity and the second night we discovered parasites walking on the sheets, not if they were bedbugs but they were moving, we couldn't sleep anything and when we complained they did like they didn't understand. The stains on the upholstery turned out to be the blood of the guests stung by those insects. The bathroom was clean but the experience of the bedbugs was traumatic. Later looking at a Web reviews of this hotel I discovered a lady who put pictures of her bites!. The owner should fumigate and disinfect.

Good location, humble staff, clean room.

Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Ambience is cosy in the hotel. A very nice hotel to be in.

Not have nice Wi-Fi, swimming pool, restaurant, reception in floor lvl 2

Good for travellers… Cheap and best place… Well maintained. It is exactly at centre to all places.

The place is very near to bugis junction and bugis mrt. Has a lot of restaurants near by here such as ah chew, desert first, and many chinese food or thailand food.

Very convenient location, near metro and lots of cafes. The room was clean. Recommend.

Old and rundown. Locaton is at bugis, near the city BUT I won't say it's a hotel that i'll personally choose tourist.

One of the most representative places of the city. You can visit it without problem and to take a walk through the gardens. Overly expensive the garden bar.

The pod is small but great value for money. For a seasoned traveler it has all that you can ask for and more. A great breakfast is complementary and I was told that the facility to wash your clothes is also available for free. All in all a great place!

Very nice hostel! Worth the money. The pod is enough for a person. Doesnt feel crowded at all. The soundproof is bad. Still can hear others people snoring even people using hairblow outside. But compare to bunk bed dorm hostel. This is much better. The toilet is very good. They have shower, toilet and sink in the same private room for u. Can be a bit busy at some point of time. The toilet can get messy sometimes especially after busy hour. Clearly they need to clean it more often. Or they need to hire more maid. They will change your bedsheet every 3 days for long-stay guest. Towel will be changed everyday. And the location is the best. The bus stop in right in front of the hostel. I am more of a bus person than mrt so it is very convenient to go around.

We came because of AMEX promotion. Also, it boasts authentic Italian food. We ordered beef Carpaccio, as the appetiser. The vinaigrette was to sour and overwhelm the taste. Luckily we didn't squeeze the lemon. The linguine pesto with pine nut was just average. Also we ordered Chef recommended Pizza. Taste ok. Ingredient is fresh. The dough is just normal pizza, nothing special. House wine was pretty good. Also the environment is nice in the evening.

I have no idea what everyone is raving about. Raffles has been on my bucket list forever and I was sadly disappointed when I got there. Ok yep it's a beautiful old building and very historic however I had a risotto in the garden restaurant which I could have cooked better myself at home. We then went to the very popular Long Bar and hmm ok it's a Bar. The End!

Beautiful historic building with central court yard and the ever so famous Long Bar serving the even more famous (but absolutely disgusting) Singapore Sling. Don't bother trying it — your local tourist bar could do better with cheap fruit juices, syrups and wine. Really. Have a beer, eat nuts and throw the shells on the floor. It's one of those places you need to visit to tick a box in Singapore.

I only walked around the place. The bar was closed, but it all looked very nice. I wasn't allowed in the lobby, as I wasn't a guest. I can understand that, as they don't want the lobby filled with noisy tourists.

I had a chance to dine at the Raffles Hotel, and must say was the most memorable meal of my life. The restaurant was reminiscent of the grandness of the British Empire of a hundred years ago. The meal was an eight course meal, with each element better than the one before it. Unbelievable food and service. Truly, it was one of the spectacular memories of my life.

I have visited a couple of times to Singapore for professional reasons and I had occasion to visit the Raffels hotel, I've stayed in plenty of hotels of great luxury in the world, but I was impressed with the esquista attention and professionalism that I was treated. Unforgettable.

This is an OK hotel if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep and go out to explore. Don't expect any special experiences from the hotel itself. Breakfast is basic.

Beautiful colonial full of historia.

Straightforward rooms with warm-toned furnishings in a down-to-earth hotel, plus free Wi-Fi.

We have not used the Hotel but only the legendary Singapore Sling us, despite the very high price of ~20€ per Cocktail, the ambience and the quality of the Cocktails was worth every penny.

Affordable place for a vacation.

Been here for three months, its budget hotel near CBD in Spore.

Location is moderate, the transportation is convenient, service attentive.

We came mentally prepared so it is ok. Room has window to let in fresh air. Not enough table top or counter space or luggage space. Used the space behind the door. Shower gets toilet floor wet but is tiled and will drain ok. Good security. Have to check in with reception on 2F to access guest floors. Only entrance is from narrow street behind Beach Rd but is safe. Walking around is safe.
