Courteous Staff. Simple no frills hotel.

Great stay and service by Andy it was really fantastic thanks to him. Surprise us with the beautiful Swan towels on bed, very satisfied with all the upgrade and clean room. Will surely visit again. Thumbs up!

Waited 1 hour 30 mins for breakfast to be served at Porta this morning… after checking 3 times and counter staff just said coming without checking in with the kitchen. Seldom leave bad review but that’s a really bad one there.

The staffs (Dylan and Sylvester) who are serving my table for CNY lunch were very friendly and helpful. An pleasant experience. The unique Crispy Duck, the steamed red groupa and prawn are nice and fresh. Glad that my parents and family love the food served c”, )

Nice hotel and comfortable for staycation but, breakfast organisation was bad. Has to queue even if we pre-order and wait 45mins to order in take away then wait 30mins more to get the order. No coffee or juice provide then the staff told us to order from room but, no one pick up the phone…
Anyways, the hotel is nice ✌️

Great location and lovely rooms and facilities but most of all, AMAZING staff.

Great place location good. But having to continually ask for extra supplies of tea coffee and milk is quite frankly penny pinching and a pain in the butt. A as a guest you feel guilty in the first place having to request further supplies and B they bring up the minimum amount. Crazy logic.

Friendly professional staff. Lovely food. Great atmosphere. Brilliantly situated to get around the city. What can I say just perfect.

Well located hotel, with several restaurants and bar's in easy walking distance. Would recommend the club rooms you get extra benefits such as a club dining room with free drinks and snacks, better rooms and free dry cleaning for 2 items for each day of your stay… Very useful!

Fabulous hotel. Very accomodating and hospitable. Nothing too much effort. Very help full concierge and receptionist. Would return as pretty quiet location and lovely by the river and quayside walk.

A relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated weekend stay cation. Specially mention and applaud the hotel staff for their great service being friendly, accommodating, served with passion and smiles. Certainly an asset to the organisation. They are Tanzir, Sabery, Ria, Khartini, Angeline, Nick Wong and Adeline, Not forgetting Alloysius and Brandon from Porta restaurant. The hotel is in great location easily accessible to public transport including a train station, many and varied F & B outlets and supermarket. Also to many local sights and all the riverfront has to offer. I am sure I will be back again.

We have recently stayed at the Park Hotel Clark Quay, and had a wonderful time. All the Staff were fantastic Ria and Nick in the Club rooms especially lovely. Club rooms exceptional value, and we will definitely come and stay in the Club rooms again. Our bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Swimming pool was also lovely. We recommend this hotel to all our family and friend. Thankyou for a fabulous few days.

We stayed there recently for 5 nights, could not fault the place the staff were very helpful and the room was value for money. The bed was very comfortable, special mention to Andy the Concierge he is a walking encyclopaedia thanks for your help mate.

Great hotel in a great location with super friendly staff.

Great location for Clarke quays. Just around the corner a good MRT station to take you to all points Singapore. It is a slow walk to Marina Bay garden area. Take water with you. We went club class. The cost of a small beer and a glass of coke in Clarke quays soon offset the extra cost for club class. See Clarke Quays at night at least once. Noisy, fabulous place.

Brilliant location right on the river. Opposite a shopping centre. Clean hotel. The staff were amazing! Andy on the front desk in particular. Everyone went out of their way to help and navigate. Really great breakfast buffet. 10 minute walk to train station. Restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again!

Let me start off by saying that the staff is amazing. They go out of their way to help you and you should definitely consider third hospitality top notch. The food is amazing and would definitely suggest to take third club rooms. The rooms are a tad small but that's how Singapore is. It's a 5 min walk from the famous Clark quay and you should definitely bunk in this hotel if you have plans to go there. Would suggest to book from their website as you get a good deal.

Lovely hotel and service. Clean and comfortable. Located just a few minutes from the MRT (closest is Fort Canning). Quite central to other tourist areas. Happy to visit again!

Good place to stay near the Singapore River. Good for taking a stroll either in the morning or at night — walk on to the direction of Malacca Bridge to see Singaporean nightlife. Customer service were very friendly and helpful too. The swimming pool is not too big or small — just the right size. The building might be a little bit old but that's not a problem since the rooms were well-maintained.

Very very small rooms. No service what so ever at the main restaurant, if U think there is table service, think again. Don’t get me wrong, staff are all lovely, courteous, but are more interested in talking to each other than servicing the customers. It is like u are blind to them, from management down. On the flip side, lovely setting, nice people.

This sprinkler environment is very good very clean, counter service staff is also very enthusiastic, the only shortcoming is not good soundproofing and flower sprinkler is not very large.

The staff are marvellous, so helpful and greet you like an old friend.
Nothing was too much trouble! The foyer was well lit and though not as big as I thought from the photographs was well tended.
I stayed Crystal Club and was worth the little extra, breakfast was a little different each day though the hash browns were always too well done for me. Plenty to choose from.
The pool area was lovely. The little step into bathroom was always a surprise, I can understand why it was there but always forgot it.

Nice hotel which top is located! You have everything important in the immediate vicinity! Rooms are nicely clean and neatly maintained! Service is good and the food is more than adequate! Was here for the third time and will definitely visit this hotel a few more times!

A bit more business focused but still a good hotel. Very helpful staff. Avoid the hotel bar and head across the road for a drink or food.

This will have been our second time here and each time the staff have all been lovely, the hotel has been so clean and it's location is ace! You're a short walk away from Central Clarke Quay for all the restaurants and if you continue down the river you'll explore some beautiful museums and so on. The breakfast is a standard affair, but if you do it right, you won't have to eat until later that day.

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. Great location for shopping and transport. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, lovely pool area. Construction going on next door at present. Not causing noise inside but noisy at the pool.

Very good location to be if you're visiting Clarke Quay area. Short walk also towards Robertson Quay and Boat Quay which are all places of interest. Was here to pick/drop a friend so can only speak about it's surroundings. No negative comments from friends staying here though. Pick up drop off area can be quite busy at times but it's a nice lobby.

Nice hotel which is well situated in the heart of Singapore. The rooms are simple and a little small but you're not here for that it's what you can see and do that matters. Most people appear to be in transit and only here for a couple of nights but if here longer get a Club room on the 10th floor for the Club benefits that come with it. The free drinks and food between between 5.30pm and 7.30pm in the Club lounge is well worth it. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel! I've stayed in hotels in over 20 countries, and I must say, here I felt at home for the first time. The staff is really friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are very clean and looked after (nothing is broken or not working properly). The beds are comfortable, it is quiet and offers an amazing view. Ming, Andy and the whole team really does a great job. I can only reccomend it. Real value for money — unless you're the kind of person that wants to save 20$ and stay at a messy place.

Great hotel in a great area. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but it wasn't cramped. There weren't any outlets in the bathroom of my room, so that was frustrating and a serious design flaw. A cool perk they offer is the free use of a smart mobile phone during your stay, which is super useful. Overall, I'd stay here again.

I was there for a birthday party! And I must say that I am really impressed by the service there! It's usually most Hotel wouldn't care about the public, but only the hotel guest. Thumbs up to them!

Great location for exploring Singapore, good comfortable hotel but I was disappointed with the lack of storage in the standard rooms (no drawers and limited hanging space). Breakfasts were also a bit boring!

Stayed for 10 nights recently and loved it. The hotel is great value for money. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety each morning. We managed to get an upgrade on the second night to a room with a spectacular view, which we were very impressed by. The location was great, not far from the MRT. Had no issues at all during our stay and we would come back again. Also when we checked out at midday and had gone out for the day, we were given a room to shower in before our late night flight back home, which I thought that was an excellent gesture from the hotel. Thank you!

On the 3rd floor of the room for smokers.
Provide a shower even after a check-out. Very useful as the airport transfer was at 9pm.

Nice hotel but a little dated. Clean with friendly staff. Excellent location for Clarke Quay and water taxis to marina bay and within easy walking distance of Orchard Road and China town.

Was a good hotel. Simple check in decent room. Nothing amazing but quite good stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights for the F1 Grand Prix. Room was clean and tidy and had everything you need including mini fridge, iron and ironing board and a safe for your valuables. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and the rooms comfortably cooled with air con. Bed was very comfortable with fab comfy pillows. We had bed and breakfast and I couldn't really fault breakfast. We found the buffet choice to be suitable for every nationality with lovely coffee! Lots of fresh breads and fresh fruit as well as the traditional bacon and eggs as well as some Asian specialities. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful and we would be more than happy to stay here again. Quite central and within easy walking distance from the bars and restaurants along the Quay.

Refurbished rooms and carpet were clean. Service was good at Porto. Food was pretty good overall.

Nice-looking hotel in a nice location. Concierge service was very warm-hearted and personalized. Didn't get to view the rooms, though. Parking appears to be an issue in this hotel — I only saw a ground floor parking lot.

Too many park hotels in Singapore and the cab drivers aren't sure which one. The hotel is good though. Breakfast isn't great, could have a better variety.

Rooms are a little bit dated but the service and facilities more than make up for it. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted, for food and nightlife. The hotel is located just around the corner from the new fort canning station, unfortunately this wasn't open when we stayed here.

Food was decent. Guests were a bit of a turn off though. Initially thought of having a staycay there but the calibre of guests changed my mind. Staff are friendly and hardworking.

Exceptional Service on the part of the concierge.

Abosulely 5 star. Given guest room phones that can call local and international free with data roam. Services and free upgrade for birthday girl. Good beds and smells great. Thick carpets. Clean and ask for lots of shampoo.

Small but comfortable. Excellent Club and door staff. Everything you need as an office base in Singapore.

Nice Hotel, convenient to local transport (Buses, MRT is a bit of a walk). Pleasant helpful friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. Room is a good size, plenty of hot water from shower. Good breakfast. Restaurants close by in Marina Wharf. Some local building works in progress, noise noticeable at the pool. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel for business or a vacation. Located a short walk from Clarke Quay Central and the Singapore Riverwalk. Excellent breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi, although a bit slow unless you pay for premium. If you need transportation or help planning your day, look for Andy at the concierge desk.

I can't find not so great location. Work is underway and there is a metro station close to the hotel. It's still expensive but spacious rooms, same low end. There is a Starbucks and a 7 eleven nearby.

Top Hotel with small Restaurant in the city center. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool on 2nd? Floor.

Very well located. Right in front of the Robertson quay and stone throwing distance from Clarke quay, you can't complain if the stay is as comfortable. Just that you don't have free Wi-Fi in the room, but you aren't supposed to be in the room when in Singapore anyway. Use your local sim with Internet and stay connected 24 hrs.

Bad hotel don't give free Wi-Fi access in the room which is chargeable upto 12 SGD and xchange rates are also less upto 10 SGD difference but good location only nothing else.

Great locale. Awesome lobby. You can walk to either the Robertson or the Clarke Quay entertainment areas. Overall it's nice and clean.

Excellent ambience without unnecessary intrusion of human traffic and noise. Peaceful and friendly front desk.

Thought this would be quicker because it's park hotel Hong Kong was better Waiting over a hour this is poor service.

Great location and service even though we had a few issues. Ordered some chicken curry for room service and the chicken was bleeding raw. We had some trouble with the rooms as they are all the same size but promise different services and the WI-FI is too expensive for what you get. Overall the hotel is a great place if you go as a couple or by yourself, but do not recommend going as a family or group.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are great and you usually get a nice view. Plenty of water volume on the showers which is always nice. Both stays I've had here were pleasant. The cons; — Room service food is really over priced. — You have to pay for internet (speeds are good though).

This was a great 4 star hotel. Location was excellent in between Clarke and Robertson Quay so plenty of nightlife, restaurants and shopping. It is easy to get about and close to significant sites. The hotel itself was good. Great size rooms, comfy bed and decent breakfast. Otherwise pretty standard fare for corporate travellers. I'd certainly stay there again and recommend to others as good value for money and great location.

I wish to thank the staff for there kindness during our recent visit. We arrived from a cruise ship from Australia feeling ill which turn out to be serious enough for me to spend time in the Singapore General Hospital. My wife is partly disabled and the staff assisted her in getting around. The assistant manager Ian Tay was extremely helpful and can not thank him enough. Doug.

A great city hotel in a prime location. Service, room u breakfast are super. For a Kurzulaub only to recommend. There was a guest.

I am staying at Park Hotel now and its the first day of my stay. Definitely not a good start. Check IN at 1400 hrs: room keys were given at 1530 ; Snacks (pringles) : expiry Feb 2013 (smells already). Wifi. Quite slow. Front desk under staff. Too busy. Can you imagine it takes 90 minutes to get the rooms available. Well its been less than 3 hrs I am in. But definity disappointed. Understand Singapore is premium. But instances such as these are. No words to say. I have 3 more days to stay (no choice now to change), Hope I am wrong and I hope to be positively surprised by Park Hotel. An Optimist.
