We’ve been going to Sunday Brunch at the Ritz Carlton for 25 years. It’s always a delight. Given the price of the Brunch we would appreciate the staff confronting parents who allow their children to run around the room unattended. That is not my interpretation of ‘family friendly’. It’s an enormous distraction and takes away from what is normally a lovely afternoon. My wife and I were there this past Sunday the 16th and one family in particular was running amok. I’m a 27 year member of the American Club and they will never allow this to happen. I would expect the same from a world class organisation like the Ritz Carlton. Thanks for hearing us out. Lousy service at the Colony today. Service staff told me that breakfast buffet meant for hotel guests only and not for the general public. She said I only got seated becos they have "extra table".

Beside the variety of food are good. The staff are very friendly. Enjoy our meal and my wife likes it so much.

I stayed here against my own will as part of the SHN process. The level of service, food, even how the staff is talking to SHN customers is unacceptably bad — especially for Ritz standards. And granted that government claimed those rooms from hotels and certainly there is a huge revenue loss incurred (even tho i’d argue that with so few tourists in sg currently, this extra money may be welcome) — but I still cannot comprehend how food cannot be served hot, concierge cannot be at least polite or even front desk cannot simply say hello before addressing very rudely my husband who came to pick me up.
Shameful for the Ritz brand.

The breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing the staff at the colony restaurant were excellent and an extra special mention for Mo Firdousi who went that extra special mile everyday & Lee Lee they made sure we had everything we needed and more!
The service was excellent from the beginning when we arrived to when we left. Our room was amazing overlooking the bay I would highly recommend this hotel there are no faults.

I were there for festive lunch buffet at Colony. Impeccable service by the staff and live station chefs. Good varieties of juices and drink… Tea was served in a pot. Everything was perfect except for Chinese dishes which were cold, even in the beginning of the buffet. Room for improvement in this aspect. Other varieties of foods were near to perfection.

Dear Ritz Carlton, I've been to many hotels for hi-tea and I must really say yours is the best so far. I love the fact that you serve 8 course afternoon tea, and every course has a little surprise element. Your service staffs were also one of the best. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Very good service. Ate buffet at the restaurant. Very good and exceptional, stood out from other buffets I've been to. Waiters are warm, always come by to take requests and refill water. Concierge people are very helpful and friendly, speak with a nice tone.

So pleased with the service and attention by the staff especially upon check in. Shirleen Lim was very accommodating. Even upgraded us to a better room and prepared a bowl of tropical fruits for us to enjoy. Attention to guests like no other hotels I have ever stayed. Will surely stay at this hotel again. Shout out to the concierge also. They are the best!

Afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton was very good. The atmosphere was great, the food was nice, friendly and attentive staff. There was a good selection of bakery items. It is more of an adult outing I will say, young kids wouldn't fit so well. You can try but it won't be so enjoyable for them and consequently for you. If you have to go as a family, I will suggest taking 10 years olds and up. It is wheelchair friendly. Overall a really good experience, I will definitely recommend it for adult events (dates, birthdays, anniversaries etc).

The Colony is perhaps my favourite buffet place in Singapore. Been there over a dozen times (if we include the days when they were the Greenhouse) and still loving every minute when I'm there. Lovely ambience, even lovelier staffs… All that added to the quality of the food makes that golden pricetag (yes, it is on the high side) feel justified and worth it. Personally I prefer the lunch as the afternoon sunlight just makes the entire experience that much more pleasant, but the cozy dinner there is definitely worth a second, or even third, visit!

We had lunch at Colony, Ritz-Carlton's restaurant. The buffet spread was expansive enough to satisfy even the most demanding of diners. The service staff are pleasant and observant enough to anticipate your needs and requirements, sometimes even before you make the request. Interior and decor is classy, befitting an upmarket hotel. Good dining experience overall.

Had a meal at the restaurant — Colony, to celebrate my mother's birthday. Food was great, there was a wide selection of food and the dessert was amazing! Service from the staff was excellent as well! They were prompt in ensuring that the glasses were filled, and empty plates were being cleared. Definitely worth recommending!

This is the first time I have experienced service beyond normal. There are 2 examples during my staycation here. First, as I came back from a morning run, I was stopped at the entrance and asked if I wanted a bottle of water and a cold towel, it felt great as I really wanted water! He followed up with “How was your run? ” And I am just happy that the staff showed they cared.
Next was when we found the DVD player wasn’t working and called for help, they sent a service personnel to fix it. He got it working after resetting but it wasn’t able to play because we had brought along a Blu-ray instead of a dvd. Instead of accepting that as a reason for the machine not playing, he suggested to replace it with a Blu-ray player! We had 1.5hrs of Blu-ray movie with my family before we checked out. I brought back home with me memories of the exceptional service rendered during my stay here. Simply Awesome!

Enjoyed my stay at Ritz carlton. Beautiful hotel with expectional city view of Singapore. I celebrated my wedding anniversary there and the hotel gave a complimentary cake. Such simple gesture enhances my living experience at the hotel. Did I mention the gym was superb as well. Clean and very chic. I feel like I could stay in the gym the entire day! Do check this hotel out. It's not one of the best hotels in Singapore for nothing!

Was at the Colony on 1 May 18 to celebrate my friend birthday. The ambiance of the restaurant is good. The food spread was superb range from local delights like chicken rice, nonya kuehs and dumdum to international spreads. My favourite is the salad bar and dessert sections. Staff are very attentive and my friend was given a small birthday cake during the dine in. We really enjoyed the food there. Hope to come back as we have yet to try all the food there.

The hotel lobby and restaurant looks very well maintained. Went to the Colony to have a high tea, to be precise the tea set is called 'The Journey'. Wait staffs were very detailed, they first introduce the itinerary of the tea set. Then they explained each dish as they were served. The restaurant is evenly lit with natural sunlight, making photographing a joy.

Our third visit to Ritz-Carlton and every time we are blown away! We came this year for our first wedding anniversary and as usual were treated like royalty. The room was perfect and clean, bathroom incredible, and the views of the marina are amazing (well worth the money! ) Buffet breakfast is vast and high quality, and I cannot express just how amazing the staff and the building are. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Ritz knew we were getting married n had quite a bit planned for the day, n kindly made special arrangements for us to check-in early, upgraded us, n even gave us champagne n desserts!
The staff were were so responsible that we felt comfortable enough to deliver my wife’s bouquet to the reception (and that was of course safely received! ) the service at Colony (e buffet place downstairs) was excellent as always too! We asked for name tents for a table for 8 n they had it done Colony is well very well staffed for the number of guests, n the staff is always super chop chop. Helping to keep the conversation flowing :) ) Had to ring them at 1am cus there was a soft drilling + hammering sound (am a super light sleeper), but we totally forgot about it e next day after they rectified it quickly.
but when we came back after heading out, we found a big plate of fruits, fresh flowers, a bottle of grape juice (maybe cus we didn’t drink the champagne yet as I was nursing a cold? how thoughtful! ), more dessert, n handwritten notes with an apology
they even rang us to check on us the next day, n if we needed to do a late check-out! :000
upon checking out, we received another apology at the reception. And when we went home we receive an apology via email once more from the manager on duty.
Wow. Just wow.

A luxurious destination in Singapore, you do get what you pay for. The rooms are large sized (for Singapore), well furnished with all the things you expect. The room, and elevator area windows, have an amazing views. As you might expect, the staff is exceptional. If you need anything (like less than $14 water in your room) Marina Square is a five min walk away.

A great view for every room — either from the bed or the bath. Bed was comfortable. Availability of buckwheat pillows is a big plus. Club lounge is fabulous — good food (omelette, waffles, and onion soup were my favourites) and good range of wines, champagnes, and teas round the clock.

The Ritz-Carlton is an elegant and beautiful hotel set in the heart of Singapore. It is close to the civic district with a great view overlooking the waters of the Marina bay area. I had a pleasant and relaxed evening spent with friends after a fun day and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life.

We went to the Friday night buffet. It was fantastic! The venue had a very luxurious feel to it. The food was amazing. So much choice and the quality was brilliant. But what made it an extra special evening was the wonderful staff. Very attentive. Best serviced in Singapore. Thank you.

We had high tea here and it was fab. There is no information anywhere about how it works though so it's quite confusing which is why I only gave it 4 stars — we spent some time wondering what was going on and which course was what. You get a little slice of beef with sweet potato to start which they call main course and it goes on from there. Tea is considered a course. They finish with a cookie cart, so make sure you're hungry when you get there!

One of the worst breakfast experiences! Food stalls are cramp and lacks selection — less than Pan Pacific, Marina Mandarin or even Carlton CIty. Arrived at 10:00 (breakfast is served till 10:30) and only around one-third of the food was left. Table tops are dirty and no one is repllenishing the food at all. There were only 10 hot trays (scramble eggs, baked beans, rice, curry, chicken sausages…) clearly lacks international coverage. 4 out of 5 dim sum choices ran out, even the spicy sauce bowl was empty! Small selection of Japanese breakfast and salad bar. The bakery selection was moderate but ironically they have a bakery shop next door… Apparently there is a problem at the kitchen and hence, compromising guests who are paying at least S$350/night to accept limited food selection and poor experience. They have cut down one counter that normally serves noodles, plus another counter for the eggs and bacon (yes, no bacons today! ). The 10 trays mentioned above was set on a temporary table. Asked for a pot of English breakfast tea served with milk and didn't come until 10 minutes later WITHOUT the milk! No brown sugar in the bowl so I'd expect to ask for it when I decide to have coffee! Asked for white toast without crust served with butter. They came with crust! Ritz normally charges S$48++/head for their breakfast…
I'd rather go to the hawker centre next time.
SO look foward to that massage this afternoon.

It's a great location. All the beauties can be seen from the windows, including Marina Bay, fountain sshows and trees! Delicious variety of breakfasts, warm pool up to 22.00, chic gym and gym.

Went to the Colony for buffet dinner. I have to say first that the overall look and feel of the hotel is very posh (and I mean that in a good way). The service staff present themselves very well and we're very attentive and helpful. The colony had a wide range of food to enjoy as well and the quality is very good.

Came here for the dinner buffet at colony and the food was amazing. Seafood was very fresh and sweet and salty at the same time. Best part was the shells were opened for you so no effort required to peel the crab shell off by yourself. Every dish tasted great. Ambience was classy and cozy. Service of staff was perfect. 10/10. Tops all the buffet I’ve been to.

I am most impressed by the warm and top-notch hospitality of the staff. Nestled in the heart of the Marina Centre, the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is an ideal location for classy business meetings, conferences, corporate functions and social events of both large and small scale. The hotel's location is conveniently situated within the reach of a myriad of popular attractions such as the Singapore Flyer, ArtScience Museum, Garden By The Bay and The Esplanade. Not only does the hotel has a vibrant dining scene which includes the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion, but it also has an impressive collection of contemporary art pieces from Southeast Asia.

I love this hotel. The view is spectacular. Top notch facilities and amenities nearby. Great way to kick off a holiday (especially Christmas). Believe me when I say that this hotel is the most memorable one I'vs been in.

One of the best hotels in Singapore. It's classy and centrally located. The rooms are very elegant — like the view of the city from the hot tub. Amenities were Ritzy :) The food and service were of course, superb.

My Junior College prom was held there. The ballroom was large and spacious and we'll decorated. The food served was good tasting, but the portions could have been bigger. Overall I enjoyed myself.

I like that Ritz Carlton is a family friendly hotel where they provide play rooms for children. Their rooms are spacious and big enough for a family of four. Their location is awesome. We can travel freely without a car as it is right smack in between Marian square and suntec city.

When arriving at the hotel, we were swiftly escorted to reception for a speedy check-in. We had asked for connecting rooms with our kids but these were not available in the room type we had booked. No problem — the upgrade fee was waived and we were shown to our 9th floor rooms. They were fabulous. Spacious with great views over Marina Bay — absolutely stunning. The bathroom was spacious — and we certainly had a bath with a view. The beds were king size and comfortable, pillows may have been a little soft. Toiletries were nice in the bathroom, although I do agree with others that the showers were difficult to control. Boiling hot or freezing cold with little in between. Breakfast was fabulous — the largest selection I think I have ever seen anywhere. They had absolutely anything you could want — even ice cream and sorbets for the kids! It was simply fabulous backed with top notch service. In all honesty, I cannot fault this hotel. Super service and top-notch facilities — including the swimming pool and spa. If in Singapore, I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing service in a beautiful hotel! The tubs are amazing! The food in their Summer Pavilion is unspeakably good (slightly pricy but well worth it) amazing beds and sheets! Centrally located! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our favourite hotel in Singapore. Beautiful, well appointed rooms with amazing views. With recent MRT extensions you are now a lot closer to the MRT system than before. Lovely breakfasts too. As usual at Ritz Carlton Hotels the staff are of the highest quality. Quite simply an exquisite experience.

I stayed there with my wife for 2 nights and we wished we had more time in the city so we could continue to enjoy the hotel. We stayed at the 30 floor and had the view towards the lagoon… it was amazing! You must ask for this because it's a total game changer. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Also the food is really good and it's in a great location because you can go walking to the Bay gardens or to the Marina Bay Sands shopping mall.

As a stop-over to Hong kong simply brilliant.

The hotel is excellent. I have used several of the facilities, but not all, as well as restaurants. In my opinion the only thing that could improve a bit is the variety of meals serving breakfast after 11 o'clock. The staff is extremely attentive.
