I stay at hotel 30-31 Aug 2022 In my package there is a bike rental. This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a swimming pool on the 4th floor. Excellent service staff and good service. Next time I hope come back to there again.

Had our wedding on 4 Sep 2022. The food were great and the service from all the staffs were very professional since the initial engagement with the hotel. Highly recommended for all events.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for staycations before but today’s post is not about this wonderful hotel but a shout out to one of their staff, Vicky for loaning me the hotel’s bicycle to look for my car at the carpark. I chanced upon him putting up road signages at the carpark and asked him if I could borrow the bicycle to look for my car. And, he loaned it to me without hesitation. Thanks Vicky. You’re a life saver 👍

Service staff at breakfast was commendable and very helpful. Breakfast layout was wide range and of high quality. Very family friendly that they catered foe my 2 kids no problem at all.

Me and my husband stayed at Mandarin Oriental for my birthday. It was one of the best staycation ever. Checking in was fast and smooth and even assisted us at thee lift. Perfect marina bay view. Stellar cleanliness of the room and add on points of the birthday card free cake and wine they send to me. We dis in room dining twice and it was fast, served hot and superb. Checking out was so fast too. Deserve a 5 star. They take care of their guest so well. Big thanks to Tim Lee and his staff.

Spent 2 nights here in Mandarin Oriental everything is excellent, the hotel view is fabulous my family love the marina view. Great Staff start from bell captain, Front desk staff Ms. Sari & Margaret, room services, specially to whole SPA staff treatment is very luxurious it’s really unique experience. Gym, melt cafe & pool attendants treat as like big time VIP 🥰everyone smiling, so very approachable. Really appreciate each surprises hotel prepare for my daughter Birthday. Really is great hotel we really enjoy, definitely stay here Again ❤️

Truly, Mandarin Oriental has set a very high bar for overall experience for a staycation. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to check in, everything was done efficiently and service exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a memorable staycation with splendid views of our city area. Will definitely be coming back again for another good staycation in few months to come!

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The view from the Marina Bay View Room was a treat that's hard to beat. At the same time, the complimentary drinks were great as well.

Create surprises not just for the parents but children as well. Very attentive to detail & staff are always greeting their guests with a sincere smile & ready to serve attitude. Best hotel & staycation ever. Will be back soon!

The night view of the room is so beautiful that people don't want to sleep. Personally, I think this hotel is very suitable for parent-child families, room space is large, the pool is special enough, breakfast is delicious, the key service staff attitude is very good. Give me a 👍👍👍.

Beautiful view of the marina bay. I love that they don’t use single use bathroom products likes body gels and plastic water bottles. Great suites with plenty of light.
I recommend the spa — very lovely staff, who take time to understand your expectations and will help to choose the best massage for your body and needs. Standard breakfast with decent choice — fast service and overall really pleasant atmosphere. Pool is very pretty with a great view on MBS and the gym is clean and bright.

Good service and ambiance around Cherry Gardens…

This was supposed to be lobster.
I’ve had many CNY and never so bad. Granted the restaurant is busy but nearly $250 per person and the food was terrible. The abalone was so tough it was like rubber. Good service. Atmosphere was like a cafeteria.
Really BAD.

Service was 10/10. Complimentary upgrade to ocean view room. Nice details in the hotel. Would definitely come again to try out the restaurants here.

I will probably recommend this hotel if you are a sucker for beautiful scenery and good customer services. However, there is a sewage smell inside the room toilet. This may be due to the fact that hotel has been around for quite some time and the maintenance of the hotel has been poor. Pillows provided are very thin even though they provided 2 pillows. We were unable to sleep through the night due to this. For me personally, I think that having a good sleep is one of the important factor for staycation. Therefore the bed and pillows in the room are a huge turnoff for me. Dinner at melt cafe was mediocre, farm catch of the day was absolutely not fresh. The fish tasted fishy and we didn't finish it.

Great location right in the centre of the bay. Rooms have great view over the Marina Bay Sands, the wheel and the bay. Nice restaurants in the hotel and a great hawker centre just across the road. Lots of other waterfront restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy to walk to the gardens also. Great location and very comfortable beds.

Seriously, what's not to love. The food is great, the staff have such attention to detail. So overall it was a perfect hotel choice for a special destination.

Absolutely unprofessional, especially the security who were rude to younger fans there to catch a glimpse of the soccer players. Pushed people behind the barracades and prevented me from going to Melt cafe for a meal appointment as they had cordoned off the area to wait for players to come down the lift. Will feedback to organisers that this hotel is not equipped to handle such an event with a small entrance and untrained security. Such a shame even though this hotel has been in sg for so long. Go learn from more established hotel groups like Swissotel!

Can't imagine a more amazing hotel experience than what we had with the Mandarin Oriental Singapore. From the moment we arrived at Changi airport and were picked up we felt as though nothing was left to be desired, the attentiveness and professionalism were in my experience unmatched on our trip into Singapore, and we even spent time at the Marina Bay Sands. We splurged for a club level with Mandarin Oriental which we highly recommend, the club lounge benefits are an absolute steal. The facilities are fantastic, location is ideal, the staff was amazing, the food and drinks were exceptional, we can't imagine coming back to Singapore and not coming back here. A++ service.

This hotel is near the mall and mrt (subway/metro, whatever the name you're familiar with), which makes it a great place to be based when visiting Singapore. Always great and friendly service from staff. Rooms are large and clean. The beds are comfortable and firm. The restaurants are great too.

Went to Morton's to celebrate my mum's birthday and it was one of the greatest experience ever. We were greeted by the staff which brought us to our table, and we were shocked to see a personalised menu which wished my mum happy birthday. Before ordering our food, another friendly staff came over to take a photo for us which they later gave it to us. It is worth the price for the wonderful experience! …

Service is good. Lots of "human touch" feeling. Location is fantastic. Easy accessible to public transfer. Sea view is even more spectacular.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. The location is really great. The room had a view on Marina Bay which was lovely, it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really amazing with lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area and restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

Was only at the function room. It's great. Love the air con. It's cold enough. The place looks great and smells great. Feels wonderful. How I wish I have the chance to book a room for the night.

We cannot recommend the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Singapore highly enough. From Tapsir who greets you from the moment you step out of the taxi with such warmth, to Christy our lovely concierge who arranged everything so effortlessly, then Nancy, Angela and Innah who greet you in the morning at Melt with their beautiful smiles and finally to finish off a wonderful day in the evening at the Axis Bar with Kalai, Michelle, Charolette and Julia. These words are heartfelt as we have just left our travel agent and asked them to book us back in the same time next year for even a longer stay.

I love this hotel. The atmosphere is very nice. Location is convenience to go to the city. You can see the fireworks from the room in new year’s eve.

Had an excellent overnight stay. I received a very accommodating and professional service by all staff — as you would expect from a prestigious hotel. The location is perfect with shopping malls literally next door and it's just a short walk to the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck and the Gardens by the Bay. My room had views of the Marina Bay and it was absolutely amazing. What was even better was that I managed to get the room at a great rate and upgraded from Ocean View to Marina View at no extra charge.

Room is very spacious. Counter staff is very helpful to help us with the check-in procedure. Even had a complimentary cake received right at the doorstep.

Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Singapore on the way back from the Maldives. The entire experience was wonderful. Check in was quick and painless. Our room was excellent with wonderful views of the city and the bay. The service of every staff member, even the pool staff (perhaps especially the pool staff) was first rate — friendly and helpful, fun and professional, and always what was needed. The pool was excellent and the spa first rate. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ll be back!

Went for a buffet at the melt. This was my second time there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The seafood was fresh and it had quite a huge spread. Furthermore, the other food that was presented were great as well. The ambience was superb coupled with the great service from their staff. Definitely will return in future!

Make sure you make a reservation at the Axis bar and lounge, if you want to be seated by the windows to enjoy the night view of the city. Otherwise, drinks are served pretty quickly, and the hotel staff are phenomenal. Yes, even for a weekend.

Top Hotel in Singapore, impeccable service.

Mandarin oriental is a hotel which provides good customer service. The location is good as it is located near the town area, with many malls nearby. The room is clean and spacious. Service is good as well.

Went to melt cafe for a dinner. Great wonderful spread and with an amazing variety. Really good quality of food. Fresh seafood, everyone might think that the lobsters and oysters are the highlight, but I think the roasts were pretty amazing! Don't forget to go out to the patio to have the grill and barbecue! All in all an extremely good buffet meal. Just that I think the name melt cafe really doesn't reflect the niceness of this buffet spread.

It's almost a 5-star hotel, but it makes stupid mistakes which let it down badly. You may not get the room you ordered, because it's been given to someone else. The internal telephone system (for restaurant bookings, room cleaning, etc) does not work. The breakfast at 'The Melt' looks very impressive at first blush, but the quality isn't there to back it up — grapefruit juice came from a carton, most breads were limply crustless, back bacon seemed boiled rather than fried. We sat in the Italian restaurant, La Dolce Vita, for 50mins waiting for a first course to arrive. There are good points to the hotel, too. The location and the pool, for instance. And, by European standards, the prices aren't too expensive either. But it doesn't really live up to 5-star standards.

It's all very great. The real five stars.

My husband and I recently returned from the M O Marina bay and were very impressed with the lovely staff, they were helpful and professional and always smiling. Hotel is lovely and in a great location. My husband was celebrating his 60th birthday when we arrived and M O kindly gave us a room with the most beautiful full view looking over to the Marina Bay Sands hotel on one side and the Fullerton Hotel and the Merlion on the other, fantastic. Thank you also to the staff fo…r Stuart's lovely birthday cake, a lovely thought and much appreciated. We did upgrade to take advantage of using the Oriental Club, but unfortunately weren't able to enjoy all the lovely food and drinks on offer due to various reasons, but it is well worth it if you have the time to use it. Excellent service provided by the server at my table for the wedding I attended. It literally felt like there were two servers serving my table. Drinks were topped up within a minute, really amazing. The food was pretty good too. Overall an excellent experience for a wedding dinner at Mandarin Oriental. Great work!

It's a nice hotel. We celebrated a new year, 2018. The interior is not very fresh, but everything is in excellent condition. The rooms are clean and everything seems to be new in them. Service at 5 degrees. Breakfasts are standard. Lived on the 12th floor, the view is excellent — on the Marina Bay, skyscrapers and the bay.
According to the note of the N. G. I can say the following: at 00:00 the restaurant closes, it is fashionable to go to the bar, but in the bar all the fun and music will end at 01:00. So the stormy fun for the new year is not to be expected here.

What a great location, probably the best in Singapore which alone gives it 5stars. Convenient taxi stand right outside hotel. So much shopping and food around. Plenty of restaurants in hotel including that 2-Michelin starred Chinese one whose name evades me. Couldn’t get a booking due to it being Xmas season. Make sure you book in advance. Rooms are standard 5star hotel, which means very good but not special. Check in and out had a huge line, quite a wait.

Nice place in which really well designed for customers to stay at hotel. This hotel also has a great artistic sense so that around the wall you may find tons of commrecial paintings are put to attract tourists as well as buyers for purposes. The outpost of it there the flags of Singapore is showed. In the hotel the atmosphere is vibrant due to restaurants and cafes have a lot of people. Noisy and crowded not that silent and calm.

The room has a beautiful view and very well maintained. The staffs are very warm and helpful. We definitely would go back to this hotel when we visit Singapore next time.

The service at the dinner place was superb. Staff was patient and cared about their customers and their dining experience. Place was clean and cleanings is top notch. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and worthwhile!

Very good. The suite was neat and tidy, staff were awesome and welcoming. Although the show blinds could easily be opened from outside, so make sure you close then tight. Also great cafe, the melt cafe had almost everything I ate in my child hood. The food was delicious and authentic. I loved my buffet breakfast I had. When I came back to my suite I found my we clothes hung on a hanging line to dry. Great housekeeping!

It was difficult for me to navigate to Mandarin Oriental Hotel from Marina Square. The interior and atmosphere in the hotel is very good, very oriental. I was having a family dinner at Cherry Gardens and the staffs were very welcoming and polite. However, the food was so-so. The price do not match the quality of food at all. I would not recommend the resraurant unless you are going for the atmosphere only.

Attended my friend's wedding at Dolce Vita and it was simply fantastic. Felix and Adrain had been nothing short of helpful in addressing to our needs and logistics issues during times of emergency. The food was great and hats off to their chef and his crew for the consistency of quality (I don't think it's easy to prepare a variety of dishes for over a hundred guests at once). Overall a successful and enjoyable event for everyone. Potential wedding couples should definitely give this place a chance if they want something special to remember in their marriage to come.

Here for food tasting for an upcoming wedding. The staff are very friendly and very service-oriented. The interior of the hotel is superb.

International buffet lunch at melt cafe was awesome. Especially the seafood on ice. Is fresh and spread of sashimi is good. Not forgetting about the freshly made waffles and the chocolate fondue for dessert.

Hotel near points of attraction, well connected with the means, with a large parking. Very elegant lobby, large rooms, comfortable, elegant with large windows and a beautiful view over the bay.

We had dim sum brunch at Cherry Garden. Even though it's on the pricey side, I thought the food and ambience was worth it. Everything was delicious. The service staff were attentive and alert. Honestly service was easily the best I have experienced in Singapore.

I stayed one night in the club marina bay room. Room was spacious, the king-sized bed were fluffy and soft. The bathroom was sleek and clean, coupled with a shower and bathtub. The view was as magnificent as described. You could just sit on the carpet floor as just view the city. Service was excellent though with a few hiccups. I was also a guest at the marina oriental lounge and I absolutely adore the lounge. The lounge was cozy the staff there was impeccable. Rated 9.5/10 for my one night stay.

Dinner at Morton's Steakhouse located in Mandarin Oriental is always good. Every time I step into the hotel itself I'm always in awe of the beauty of the lobby. Morton's also has this fabulous atrium bar that kinda looks like a tree house that sits atop a single pillar. Food and service is always excellent.

Good hotel, but not up to the Mandarin Oriental standard, in my opinion. Nothing really stood out, it was all very regular and normal. I found the room a bit small and the ones at the back don't have a good view at all.

The Mandarin Oriental Singapore is conveniently located in the Marina Square area. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and courteous. The standard room featured classic design, cozy furnishings, a comfortable king size bed and a great view of the business distract and Marina Bay Sands. In addition, breakfast at the Melts was simply fantastic — the food selections and quality of the buffet was top notch. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and was very impressed with the personal touch provided by the staff at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore.

Usually I don't care hotel, but this hotel is perfect, good room service, perfect staff.

Always have had the best service and amenities at the Oriental. Loads of great hotels in Singapore, but we always come back here. In 25 years, I've never experienced less than a 5 star treatment.

I usually dont care about hotels but this hotel is really outstanding. I had breakfast buffet included with room and its really one of the best breakfasts I have seen. The rooms are spacious with elegant marble bathrooms with both bathub and shower. Pool is out of this world. It is really great to go out and swim if you are suffering from jet leg. Highly recommend this hotel. I guess if you are lucury traveler you will probably find something wrong with this hotel (its not all that pretty looking and may seem dated) but I could not fault it.

Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Ugly from the outside, elegant from the inside, some really good fine dining options. Only rooms are a bit outdated and left me unsatisfied at a 320 SGD price point.
