Had a fantastic 5 day break away hosts are do lovely and accomadationg so much so my daughter wanted to move in with them cya next year x.

Just got home from a lovely weekend here and will definitely be back. Sammy and angie are amazing and welcoming. Sammy is hilarious and recommended places for us to visit and they was brilliant. 5 stars from us.

Just come home from this hotel the owners and staff angie and Sam are fantastic very welcoming and very friendly rooms are so clean would definitely recommend this place stayed with my partner and two children even they loved it and want to go back to the same hotel.

Angie and Sam amazing family staff always on hand if u need them go the extra mile breakfast staff friendly great service asked angie to add stuff to the room she did just that 5* service would definitely recommend all staff are great.

Lovely owners. Very friendly. Room was clean. Furnishings could have been better but reasonably price so can't grumble.

To be honest, I Never such a dated dirty Place before. Ok the Appartment was ok, just needed better Cleaning but all these old Shops and Amusement Things around the Promenade or the Pear had his Time long ago…

Stayed at South Beach a few times now idealy located, rooms allways clean and tidy. Breakfast is ideal and sets you up for the day. Nice Bar and pool/games area.

Room was clean tidy and a good size for a double it had hanging space 2bedsi de cabinets and lamps 1 chest of drawers en suite shower and toilet and the bed is comfortable the bar is a good size and the owners are very friendly.

Just spent an hour or so there. Good choice of things to play. Covering all ages.

The cleanliness and the whole vibe has drastically changed, for the better, you can tell that money has been spent here and spent well.

Lovley large promenade to walk on with ilumintaions and alot of other things going on. Careful with the kids area is rough.

2nd visit and its still great sam and ang do a great job and lets not forget joe the long suffering barman lol I can see another visit soon.

Stayed here on 24th July nice and friendly staff, room very clean bathroom good size will be going back in October.

Loved it! Again! 3Rd time we have stayed here. Lovely hotel. Nothing too much trouble. Had double room sea front view, just what we wanted. Room was lovely and warm at all times (Easter weekend wasn't the best weather-wise) could always count on a nice warm room, with tea and coffee facilities. Lovely clean bed, means a lot. Nice licenced bar with TV and pool table. Hot drinks also available. Family's made very welcome. Breakfast was very good! Buffet style, eat all you want. Cereal, fruit juice, full breakfast and as much toast and tea you can fit in! Safe and secure rooms. En suite. Proprietors have great local knowledge, lovely hosts! Lovely friendly staff. A family of ten have stayed here a couple times a year were at the age between 51 and 69 we all have a great time we take our own karaoke and bingo machine with us. Ange Sam and all the staff r friendly and welcoming we will be going back their again I'd give them 3 stars.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here 24th to 26th July for the weekend. It's in between Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach — perfect location. We had a seafront view, and considering where we were, we were not disturbed by noise. The owners of the hotel are lovely, they recommended a really nice Chinese all you can eat, which was great after the 4 hour drive. My car had to be moved a few times, I left my keys with reception — the only complaint is that the sea gulls pooed all over it! Clean establishment, simple, did the job, and a nice cooked breakfast. Stress free and everything within walking distance.

Had a brilliant weekend here in April. The owners were so lovely and friendly (in particular Sam :-) ) Very clean and peacefull room, breakfast deliscious. We were there on a couples break but Sam took the opertunity to show us his family room for future visits. Would defo recommend.

Stayed 2 nights for £55 through groupon. Hotel clean & friendly. Ideal location central promenade on beachfront. 10 min walk to tower north &10 min walk to pleasure beach south. Full english breakfast. Comfy beds TV in room. Trams outside every 10 mins. Parking out front. Friendly couple manageing. Recommended.
