Beautiful hotel complex, very quiet.

Great place … relaxed atmosphere … great food …

Must avoid this place as the staff and management is extremely careless and inhospitable. We faced multiple problems — They cancelled our cake order for my birthday celebration at the last moment, when we somehow bought the cake and asked them to store them in the fridge, they didn't and later on threw it as it got infested. We asked for a room with the bath tub, but there was no hot water source — which is a permanent problem because they have a small heater. Don't be deceived by the ratings as we did, this place is not at all worth the price.

Superb place to stay and spend honeymoon. The breakfast and dinner is great for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. The resort view is excellent and the ocean view rooms are very spacious. The view from the rooms is very captivating and will forever remain in your eyes.

Nice property with good garden and sea view. People are very cooperative and friendly. Rooms are huge and ample in space. Food is average at the restaurant (vegetarian alert), however the chef is friendly and goes out of the way to ensure our stomachs are happy! Currency exchange is not available, but everything is in a driving distance. Island is very small (25 km circumference), so it's convenient.

We have an amazing view of the sea, a very nice pool, good cocktails, the staff rather smiling. We're having a great holiday. The excursions to the dike and the curious Island are great! And we eat well. The top!

We spent 3 days here. The location is very good and our room was right on the beach. The ocean was not very clean on account of algae present in the water and the shore. Looked like the staff does not clean the algae from the beach. Staff was sometimes polite. I say it because one day they were all welcoming and another day we felt like why we are here. Food was good and the rooms were clean and hygenic. There was no room service and it was bluntly refused to us quoting cleanliness issues (come on it’s a hotel! ). We had to call reception on account of small issues in room after checking in and they took their own time to come to the room. Other facilities like spa and pool are good. But this being a 4 star hotel, we except these small issues to be taken care of because of the same it upsets the mood, hence 3 rating.

Snorkeling without any interest: currents and waves make that we have absolutely nothing seen for 6 days!

Staff is little rude but hotel rooms are amazing. Sea view rooms actually face to sea. We had also opted for dinner as H/B basis. Decent food but not much options for vegetarians.

We spent 5 nights at the reserve estate in November 2017 we were greeted with a cocktail a very spacious colonial room with a magnificent view of the sea ultra clean the meals are taken in the space on pilots or in the morning with lunch v OU can admire the fish and we even had the chance to see a small shark a qualified staff to listen to your slightest desires, very nice, smiling thank you thank you have made us spend a dream stay we hope to be able to come back someday.

Very nice hotel on the seafront. Welcome and care at the hotel Super. Attention however the wearing of trousers for men is obligatory for the evening dinner.

Birthday celebration and also a lunch in the bar surrounded with water… it's a best place where you can spend a day… thinking of going back again soon. Food is good… p.

Built in 1980, starting only with 4 bungalow units, this Hotel has made use of it's perfect location! It is now one of the best Hotels in Seychelles. Owned and operated by Joseph Albert, it is now the sister hotel of Le Domaine de L'Orangeraie.

Beautiful hotel with its own private amd sheltered beach, great snorkeling, awesome light tackle spinning on the rocks and good spot for a drink at the bar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just the most amazing setting for a hotel. Set in a private bay, which is also part of a nature reserve. Easy to walk along the coast in either direction to other amazing beaches. Good food, stunning rooms.

Service and food in the restaurant is very bad. Not for 4 * hotel. The prices for drinks are outrageous. Gala dinner at the new year's Eve is a joke. Never again!

Nice resort Praslin Bay, in a very reserved (hence perhaps the name? ) Very friendly staff and multilingual (English, French, Italian, Creole, and even some German), quiet beach and chance to do many excursions nearby assisted by an excellent staff (Multilingual). Ideal to relax, discover the island of Praslin and enjoy the wonders of nature Seychelles. Perhaps the only minor flaw is for restaurant food quality and excessive compulsory 10% tip on restaurant bills, perhaps too "french style" but overall I consider very positive my experience at La Reserve.
