Review of JA Enchanted Island Resort Seychelles 5*

Paradise do exists… so as perfection! A gem in the indian ocean! We stayed at JA Enchanted Island Resort Seychelles 5 nights and we could not imagine a better place for our honeymoon! Ralph and Samuel picked up us by boat to JA Enchanted. We discovered for the first time the clear waters around Round Island and started to feel in love with the resort! Once arrived at JA Enchanted jetty, after this very pleasant boat trip, Patrick's smile welcomed us … we never felt that waited! Patrick is an outstanding profesional, always smiling and providing great service. Then Bahgwhati drove us to our villa and showed us around… an amazing, luxury and perfectly designed villa with private pool, private beach, charming terrace, local furnitures, huge bed, incredible outside bathtub and shower with seaview… The villa exceeded our expectations! Our butlers, Baghwati and Lax were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly kind, anticipated all our needs, provided us daily attentions in the villa, paid attention to all details… We would like to highlight the fact that these 2 butlers did a amazing job and highly contributed to the success of our stay! They are real assets for the hotel. Bhagwhati even arranged us a romantic lunch on the beach, we will never forget this moment! Housekeeping was perfectly executed every day. Every evening we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets on our private beach and every evening our butlers came to bring us small tapas prepared by the chef! The cuisine at Bounty Restaurant and room service is amazing, all the dishes are creative and were prepared by the chef and his team with great care for details. The Chef is incredibly nice. Breakfasts were served in our villa every day as we asked for, we enjoyed having breakfasts every morning on our terrace watching the sunrise … simply paradise. The chef prepared us every day a delicious breakfast with fresh products : benedict eggs, pancakes, cheese plater, fresh fruits, fresh pinapple juices, pastries and breads … a perfect start for days of adventure and exploring! We had a spa treatment which we really enjoyed. Burak — the front office manager — arranged a purchase for me before we arrived which I really appreciated. We can easily see his experience in the luxury hotel industry, he is a meticulous profesional and give great attention to details not to mention that he is a really kind person with a great sens of humour. At the end of our stay, Patrick and Burak made all they could to arrange us a late check out so that we could enjoy every second left of our stay in the island… this attention particularly touched us and we felt privileged. Joseph, who is genuinely nice is in charge of the resort gardens. He made us visit the hotel gardens which are really well maintened and it is very pleasant to walk on the island to admire all the trees and plants! He even took the time to come in our villa to cut 2 fresh coconuts for us from a tree in our villa. Thank you Joseph for this incredible experience we lived with you. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: snorkeling around the island, walk on the beach to reach an other island when low tide, paddle, kayak, library room with board games … We also explored the clear waters and made incredible. A five-star resort, five star… not a cloud! We highly recommend JA ENCHANTED Island Resort. Thank you all for making our honeymoon an incredible and unforgettable experience and for all these magical moments! JA Enchanted is for sure a heavenly place, but you all make it even more heavenly.
