One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an accommodation. I had to cancel my reservation due to force majeure, something completely beyond my control, and they still refused to refund the money.
On top of that, they charged the payment in advance without any prior authorization, which is completely unacceptable. Even after explaining the situation, they showed no understanding and made no effort to find a solution.
The customer service was terrible—cold responses, unprofessional communication, and absolutely no empathy for the customer. It’s very disappointing to deal with a place that clearly cares more about keeping the money than treating guests fairly.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking here.
