Superb nice room, service.

Becoz all of you staff or waitress in not smiling ang greeting to me after entering to you hotel… do you have a standart procedure greetings or approaching you costumer before entering your hotel and do you have a rules and regulations or funishment to those not follow your rules and regulations or procedure to aproaching your costumer. I asking you sir?. All of your staff is undering the trainee? or all of the waitress with experience to work the class hotel?

You food is not good and your waitress is always no greetings and sad face are looking all waitress I disappointed so much.

The main reason for visiting the hotel is the overrated breakfast buffet specially in RAMADAN but I was so disappointed.

The property is an ancient property
The pricing is too high compared to the services delivered
Highly unprofessional employees
It is very difficult to communicate with the property through telephone and mostly the telephone is never answered by anyone
Restaurant support staff are very unprofessional and even table arrangements are not proper. Even the knifes and forks are mostly not available.

Casa Blanca Hotel is very clean especially their hotel rooms and I love the buffet they served. How I wish I could come back again.
I love their salads… But the most I appreciate is the hotel staff especially my fellow Ofws working there are very approacble.

One of the best stays in Jeddah for such price, the rooms were very clean, it is old a little bit but it is clean, AC very good, no any noise, receptionists are very helpful, the only con was the parking avaialabilty, but I can accept and I want to visit again من افضل المرات اللي زرت فيها جدة ، الغرف نظيفة على الرغم من انها قديمة ، لا ضوضاء ، المكيفات جيدة جدا ، موظفين الاستقبال جيدين جدا ، مكان الفندق ايضا رائع يعيبه فقط قلة اماكن السيارات لكن اجمالا فندق رائع افضل زيارته مرة اخرى

Lovely cosy hotel with awesome food Ideal for a quick stay! Quite far from shops but taxis readily available.

Was there for a wedding. The ballroom was beautiful, the service wonderful and the dinner buffet exquisite. One of the best weddings I have attended.

Though it was star hotel, but quality of service is very poor, specially the buffet was very monotonous and bland.

Very popular place in this area, when ever any flight cancelled, airline accommodate their passenger here confidently, neat, clean and well organized hotel.

Very poor attitude of the staff, very rude behavior. Aggressive. The Egyptian guy who came for airport pick up was extremely rude. Imagine some body comes to pick you from the airport and says "Luggage is NOT MY PROBLEM" and asks you to pick up luggage and put it in the bus through the window. I refused and the bus left. Then the airline duty manager intervened and the airline accepted my luggage for the next flight as the next bus would still take an hour to arrive, so we managed to go on our own transport. Next day, I kept asking when are you moving for the flight. They said we have no news. They just informed as "Urgent, Now" that the "bus is ready to move". My kids were sleeping, I was obviously upset and asked them to give us time to prepare. In next 10 min as we were rushing to move out, they sent a bell boy who knocked at the door very violently and started confronting in raised voice"You guys are getting late, the bus is getting late bla. Bla. Bla… I had to stop him "Hey, where is your manager? " Still he continued "We have rules and regulations". Then I had to shout at him to shut him off. Complained to the manager who at least, apologized! My advice: Never think of being in this badly managed place unless you love to be mistreated.

Nice hotel to stay for short or long periods. Highly recommended.

Good hotel near to the airport but there was party in the banquet hall and was too noisy till 3 A. M.

High price, service not good, daily wedding celabaeation make hotel croudy and noisy. Thnx.

Fine to stay a couple of nights Good location But the furniture and room is oudated a little. Just be aware of 2 things. First, internet is so bad in the rooms, you'd be lucky to get any work done on it. Secondly, hotel staff, especially the reception can learn a thing or two about customer service. Not the friendliest or most helpful people you'll see.

Nice Sahour pufett. Affordable price. Location close to the Airport.

The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, especially those from Asian countries. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but beds are very long and comfortable to sleep in or just relax. Respect from Turkey!

Good rooms, bad reservation system — ignore requests, hard to get hold of booking clerk, good banquet hall, medium restaurants, cafe is outsourced, room service not 24 hrs.

A very convenient hotel as it is close to many restaurants, groceries, and other stores. It was a great experience to stay during Ramadan.
