Its a beautiful place to spend with family and friends. They have sumptuous foods and friendly staffs.

Ambiance of the tea garden is amazing. Staff are friendly, courteous n accommodating. Only thing there is no prayer room for females.

Old hotel but well maintained. As such lower rate. Excellent service makes up for dated yet comfortable rooms. Can’t wait to try the new Fairmont next year but the Intercontinental will be hard to beat on value. The one to stay in Jeddah for the corporate traveller on a budget.

Great hotel. Although the rooms can be somewhat dated, the service makes up for it. The staff make a genuine effort to please the guests and are always warm and welcoming. Their food is also very good, albeit a little pricey. And their location and facilities are second to none.

Location and restaurant are fantastic but building and rooms are a bit old style.

Service is great as you'd expect in Intercontinental hotels, however the building and the rooms are old. For some weird reason, the toilet showers are not installed in that hotel… a bit inconvenient.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and quite. Decoration of rooms is really classy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Little bit expensive comparing it to Park Hyatt.

Very good hotel I really astonished by all the service's provided, everything is up to date including furniture, decorations, etc as well as the room is so spacious and clean,, room service from another level Although I'm not a big fan of hotels food, but actually they provide yummy food at alfrdous restaurant with a lot of choices particularly in lunch. Therefore those at reception are very cooperative, helpful and polite Location actually very nice it's near to jeddah waterfront and a lot of malls and restaurant I strongly recommend this hotel.

Goid food, nice atmosphere, slow and relaxed music in main restaurant, friday buffet was great and delicious. Rooms carpet needs renewal. Conferance room was perfect.

Very close to Cornish. Comfortable and cozy place. Room sizes are also good. For room dine-in, staff continuously seeks feedback. Once they send me chicken biryani instead of lamb biryani, before even I started eating, I got call for replacement. I liked the service and follow-ups.

It used to be one of the best hotels in jeddah, but now it needs some serious renovation. You can tell that its a little outdated compared to other 5 star hotels. But overall it has some great dining options.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast and very good location and very nice views, includes meetings and conference halls also gym and the best of all is the restaurants inside the hotel, must try the food there specially at the fish market restaurant as it is one of the best sea food in jeddah.

1. Friday prayèr no arrangements for outside. Provide transport up to mosque. Your staff directed go behind hotel there is mosque 1 Kilometer away it is small and full we didn't like to offer prayer on road.

The hotel service is very good, the lobby is great but they need to update and renovat the room and the lobby furniture and fix the wall paper.

The place itself was nice but there is one waiter Egyptian I think who doesn't know how to approach people… he is so rude…

Very nice and very clean! The rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very polite and attentive. The restaurant and staff are top notch as well! I look forward to staying with you all again!

Great place to stay, right in front of the sea but a bit far away from main area. Rooms are wonderfully decorated and sea food restaurant is excellent.

Luxurious from the moment you step into the lobby. Comfortable beds, well appointed rooms and a superb breakfast buffet. I would definitely come here again.

Intercontinental Hotel is the most beautiful hotel views wise and the interior is awsome. Food was fine but service was just slow and I feel that need to be improved because the waiters were not actively filling the dishes, we were supposed to tell them to do so. No coordination between the management staff. Rest of the things were good.

Love this place. Though small Lobby setting. Do not miss afternoon Tea. They have Shisha coffe area. Beautiful from inside.

The services is not really what people want and the food sometimes it is nice and bad but for hotel it is good.

THE MOST AWFULL PLACE I HAVE EVER STAY IN ALL MY LIFE AND I HAVE PLATINIUM MEMBERSHIP CARD! I have stay for business almost one year and each month left the hotel since I was on business visa. I have use storage to leave some goods since I was traveling each month and finally at the end of my contract have left 3 box full of goods and electronic devices (hifi stereo, karaoke machine, etc. ) and when I was confirm not to come back to saudi ask for quotation to send back my goods the hotel told me that all my goods disappear. I have never heard something weird like that in all my life. Today I have request a lawyer to take care of this case. Since it is a big issue it is my responsibility to inform all customers about this incident. Thanks for your attention William ps : this is a real story happened to me!
