This place is amazing such have very good experience of the foodstuff that served on the buffet style dinner. The screen for the presentation is huge and clearly to understand the cases was reviewed. The sound system you can heard soft to your ears. The place and the table arrangement is great.

Elegant place to meet up for business meetings, trainings etc, it is our official choice more often than Hilton and Intercontinental. Great staff, wish if you can change your menu more often. Looking forward to visit again soon In Sha Allah.

Not bad. Lobby is fine. Ballrooms are fairly well. The Alzahra restaurant ice cream desert in buffet is good. Bbq grill is fine. Indian/Pakistani spices are however less sufficient in my opinion in most dishes. Sakura is good for sushi. Overall recommended with few improvements.

One of the best hotels I ever entered. They have very good function rooms. So relaxing to be there especially when your room is near windows… You've got to glimpse the outside scenery of Al Hamra.

I visited in crowne plaza for business meeting purpose. Indeed it was a great pleasure to have been there. Respect level is high whether he is janitor or receptionist, overall it is a great experience. Highly recommendable place to visit with your family and friends.

Excellent service, very good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big and clean. It has all the facilities you would expect from a five star hotel. Pool, gym, business center, Wi-Fi laundry etc. There are also a couple of good restaurants inside the hotel, although there are plenty of choices to go outside. The location is nice, very close to the promenade by the sea, where you can go for a walk and have a good view of the fountain at the palace just opposite from the promenade. This fountain is the biggest in the world.

I really enjoy staying here because of the staff who are very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. They have a good menu for room service.

Haven't spent the night there but the restaurants are top notch. Sakura is best Japanese in Jeddah and Crowne Grill has the best steaks in town.

Staying here as my main base Hotel, airline employee. Staff very helpful, quick laundry service, round the clock room servicing. Jim and pool are adequate, if you're male… Breakfast is VERY nice with pretty much all you could possibly desire, apart from the obvious lack of pork. Plenty of restaurants within and in the proximity. Rooms are quite spacious and clean, with all amenities.

Stayed here while on Hajj and had the absolute best experience. We had a suite with an incredible view. The service here was outstanding and it was just a quick walk to Middle Corniche Park, which was fabulous. Its not far from any of the shopping centers either. The food in the hotel's internal restraint was scrumptious and had a great variety! Don't forget to swing by the exercise room and hit the pool!

We visited as invitees in a business conference. Still, we noticed that the service quality, arrangements etc were excellent. Breakfast, refreshments and lunch were at par. The staff was helping and they arranged chairs for us during lunch when the hall was full. Might this hotel be on pricier side as compared to old players like Ramada or Movenpick, this one is FAR FAR better than them. One should go for it for business events.

I was given the privilege to accomodate and stay to a one of their rooms on the first day of my arrival all the way from the Philippines as being employee here. That was the best experience and best treatment I've ever had in my check in experiences. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. If I ever had a problem or questions, they were very happy to help me. The receptionists were particularly nice! There were too many stunning services which all made for a very enjoyable stay. A Complimentary coffee, sweet and nuts were always existed. Fresh fruits and news paper brought round during the early morning. Thank you for making my 1st day special like I was treated like a guest the way deserve to be treated. If you are going to book and stay with this hotel, I can proudly say to you "You will have the right choice! "

My submission is merely about the Ramadan breakfast. The food was a lot and everything was cooked to order and tasty. Servers were at hand and helpful. The price was high though and couldn't really justify it.

It has nice breakfast buffet, good rooms and good pool. Feels good to be here… rooms are little spacious than intercontinental. Only problem is the parking space, which is comparatively less than intercontinental. But whatever, I like this place…
