It is very noisy hotel. Not possible to have a normal calm sleep. No rules in the hotel, 2 times they sent coffee creamer and now they don’t want to send and when I asked they said you can buy to your self from market in front of the hotel. Really unprofessional service.

I will rate this restaurant with an excellent mark! and more The food is very delicious and and the service crew were very friendly and professional.

It's value for money especially if you are traveling on a company budget. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good.

Not at all recomended. U can find much cheaper and better places. Food is bad like hell. Rooms are clean. Service is bad. Still needs a lot to consider it as a 4 stars hotel.

For work issues throughout the year I have been to this hotel on more than ten occasions. Very well organized and clean, but in my opinion the employees are lacking in professionalism and friendliness with the guests, in this case I had included in my booking the breakfast and the last time I arrived very late in the evening and requested that I take the breakfast explaining M I willingness to pay the cost of the service. Then with unkind words they tell me that if I want that I have to pay for breakfast and full service. I hope the hotel management will review this case so it doesn't happen again with other customers. Thank you.

Red Dragon Chinese restaurant is the best Chinese restaurant in town.

Food is not good. Seekh kababs and the mutton boti you cannot eat it because its not cooked well.

Worst hotel ever, don't know how to talk to customers, won't answer the phone rooms service don't hv any thing what they show, when called they only hv one option, breakfast is from 6-11, bug when I called it's closed, lunch is from 11-mid night, but orders have been taken only after 11.30, really frustrating.

Good hotel but small rooms, old built, in the city centre, being central location it is easy to access… Corniche is also near.

Best Chinese restaurant in town (red dragon)

It was not a good experience for me in the hotel since I reserved the regular room. The room was witj no window, bad lighting ans unfortunately the air-con has not tve option of hot air. The breakfast is not fresh at all specially the chees and ham slices. Overall thw hotel need some renovation to make alive again.

Hotel needs to upgrade immediately everything is old school quality. Since lots of indian guests are staying in hotel we expect some indian food as well.

Its time to upgrade guys. We stay there alot travelling Saudi and deffinately not 4.5 stars. Room are noisy and humid also needs a bit of a upgrade to get to 4.5 star rating. Old interior is nice but everything is old and in despirate need of maintenance.

Poor quality at the room. Bed sheets in bad conditions and pillows also bad quality. Bathroom in poor condtions. WC with black marks. Fungus and dirty in the bathroom. Infraestructute at the lobby and elevator just fair. Elevator without light. … Taking the breakfast. It starting at 6:00 am. I start taking mine at 6:15: no orange juice ready. Nobody to give you omelets or fried eggs. I'll not comr again.

It's a good decent hotel with courteous staff located in Dammam city centre. Food is really good but they don't keep a lot of watermelon in breakfast.
