The Staff at Amanaki are fantastic. So helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help at all times.

Kids loved the pool. Restaurant food fabulous and so tasty. Best of all was the friendly service we received during our entire stay. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile.

Excellent coffee and service was friendly and helpful. Food looks delicious too.

We had a lovely smiling lady named Sa who epitomised what the true meaning of customer service means. Excelllent service. Food delicious and wine complimented our meal.

Great restaurant. Husband and I found the restaurant by chance, what a lovely surprise. The atmosphere was very pleasant, very tasty food and good prices.

Was there for their restaurant cheap eats. Most of the restaurants don't serve true tartar sauce with fish and chips. They also charge extra for sauce.

Lovely place, great location, food, accommodation. Clean tidy grounds, pool. Had an issue with air-con which they addressed within 5 minutes. Would stay again.

Excellent restaurant – I’ve been to Amanaki’s restaurant many times during my holiday for lunches and dinners. The food is prepared, cooked and served to a great standard as tastes very good. It isn’t crowded and the outdoor seating is great for enjoying your meal. Service is a good speed and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Excellent sashimi and poke. Affordable prices. Popular with local middle-class. Fine evening views of Apia Harbour.

Beautiful view. The food was a hit and miss though — loved the poke but the banana in my fritter wasn’t ripe enough. My friend ordered the fish and chips and got three small battered pieces of wahoo. When we asked for tomato sauce which should be a complimentary condiment, we were told there would be a charge and accepted this, but when the bill arrived we were surprised. Seriously, two tala for a tiny tub of ketchup?

Have stayed at Amanaki on three occasions (2016 — 2018), for a week each stay. Great location close to main centre, very comfortable rooms (both standard and deluxe) at a reasonable rate, and the staff are friendly and professional. Swimming pool is always clean, and appears to be well maintained. The breakfast offering is great (fresh fruits, basics, etc. Included free) with full cooked menu available, good options on dinner menu. The kitchen is also accomodating of requests. I have only two main critiques/suggestions — complimentary water (at least one bottle per guest) should be supplied in the room fridge every day as it is not recommended that you drink the tap water in Samoa, and quality Wi-Fi should be included in room rate (despite this not being offered at nearest competitor). The lack of included Wi-Fi connection really is a disappointment (an inconvenience noticed immediately during first stay in 2016), especially as this is included standard in equivalent accommodation in Tonga. Surely this is a surprise (and setback) to many guests, as charging per hour for Wi-Fi was common practice several years ago.

I came with a group for dinner, didn't stay in the hotel. Food was very good, service was also good, and it was nice to hear the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks across the street as we enjoyed the ambiance and our meals.

Awesome place, great service and brilliant food. Stay here regularly for work when in Samoa. Must try Shashimi here.

Friendly and neat staff Had dinner with my best friends on Friday night and I really enjoyed it! Beautifull place nice music and we didnt have to wait that long for our food Boom! Food wasnt that experience. Thank you Amanaki staffs you guys are amazing.

Service was okay. Went one day & they had no poke or sashimi which was disappointing. Went again a few days & luckily it was available. It's still the best poke to be had on the island. Their food is very tasty with generous portions & the restaurant has a nice atmosphere & is very cool with the sea breeze. Their crumbed pork chop was nice but the fries were soggy & 2 other people at our table had grilled masimasi that was quite dry. I would go back for the poke and recommend that to anyone.

Restaurant review: good quality good for decent prices. Open air. Little noisy with nearby road and parking lot.

Always great friendly service. Have stayed there for a week each time for the past 5 years and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They even recognize our son who is almost 3 now which shows their attention to their guests. Highly recommend this family business to anyone. Restaurant bar is one of the best on the island. Malo lava Bev, Lynelle and all the friendly staff. See you guys again next year.

Great food with no after affects, always a good thing.

What an outstanding hotel in the heart of Apia. Very clean, excellent air condition system, beautiful swimming pool and the staff are just so beautiful. Thank you for looking after us so well in our two nights stay last week, highly recommend Amanaki to anyone travelling to Samoa. Shout out to Andrew, Linda and the team at the restaurant as well as everyone else at the Amanaki hotel. Fa'afetai tele lava.

Clean quiet rooms. Great value (stayed in early April). Outstanding staff, nice restaurant.
