Phoenix Apartment feels like home away from home. Blocks of apartments that come with the vibe of a peaceful community.

They give great services but they kind of not want to give EBM invoice, I think this need to be changed, things need to be fixed, maybe ebm machine has an issue, or etc.

I spent 4 days here and can tell you it's a beautiful and cool neighbourhood. It's generally safe. The apartments are modern and furnished well enough.

If you’re heading to Kigali-Rwanda, I highly recommend booking your stay at Empire Motel.
