The room was right above the breakfast room, the furniture there was quite strong, massive and the chairs were heavy, and the visitors, of course, did not bother to move the chairs in any way, but simply constantly moved them with creaks and loud sounds.

We chose a hotel based on the following criteria: spacious room, proximity to the sea, and the presence of an indoor pool. The new, clean hotel lived up to expectations. The apartments have everything you need for your stay. The staff is friendly and caring. The room was cleaned every day. It's a 5-minute walk to the embankment. Shops, cafes, restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is small but comfortable.

I have only good impressions about the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, there are many modern amenities and everything functions.

Food, service, location.
We lived on the ground floor, mosquitoes flew in, and it was also noisy, since the hotel was a sports hotel, and various children's events were held.

The rooms are clean and new; individual bathroom sets; wonderful breakfasts; good location, convenient access to the embankment)
First, the name of the hotel was changed to SI-hotel, and in the booking it was Sport Inn.

Dagmys is a 4-star health complex, building a unique architectural solution (built from 1975 to 1985), with modern finishes. Combines the reliability and the fundamental of Soviet construction and high-quality modern finish, which pleasantly surprises. The rooms are cool, everything is, everything is ergonomic, excellent service, comfortable plumbing, all the electrician works, in each room air conditioning, which blows from the floor to the ceiling-you will not blow!

This is an unsimilar place, has been five times since 1997. True last time in 2004, but the memories are only warm and very pleasant. Be sure to try the local Hychys, try Matoni, local wine, and local tea. And necessarily trout, will not regret.! The elevator to the beach is an old hotel chip! The air here is beautiful, breathe, swim, sunbathe, enjoy the weather and nature. From excursions I recommend a trip to Mount Ahhun, and let's say 33 waterfall. Everyone has a nice rest!.

New clean hotel. Convenient location, 20 minutes walk to the center. 5 minutes to the sea.
There are cool restaurants nearby, some of the best in the city.
We chose a duplex room. He was handsome only in the picture, in theory. In fact, it is impossible to use it. The stairs to the top are not made correctly. There should be railings on both sides, especially on the wall side.

Modern hotel, freshly renovated, nicely decorated rooms, spacious and clean. The hotel has a cafe where you can have breakfast — a buffet, and, if desired, have lunch or dinner a la carte. A small drawback is that in the cafe there are no other alcoholic drinks besides beer. But there is complimentary champagne for breakfast on weekends. I really liked the hotel and recommend it to everyone. 

For the second year in a row, we spent spring break at the hotel. Last year we were all delighted and decided to come back. The hotel's level has not dropped. Breakfast also includes champagne and excellent red fish. Plus delicious gluten free bread. But, if you are on a dairy-free and gluten-free diet, then the choice will be very limited. Dairy is literally everywhere. And there are practically no desserts; Lenten pies and biscuits with marshmallows don’t count.

Comfortable and beautiful sanatorium for rest. Fully equipped rooms (even metal drying for laundry available). Great simple but delicious food. A beautiful arboretum with lots of plants, shrubs, trees, beautiful compositions, all well-groomed. A convenient location for self-view of the city and surrounding area, excellent transport accessibility. Attentive staff. I can't judge the quality of medical care. There was a lack of a pool. I'd like to go back again!

It's a nice hotel. Sanatorium. Friendly staff, big area. Lots of greenery. Clean, cozy, there is a sauna, entertainment is not much. Not far from the sea. Near the Arboretum, circus, stadium.

Well-groomed, large area, comfortable rooms in the enclosures of Olympus and Salute. The buffet is quite decent and varied. Friendly staff, station, shops nearby. Several tour offices, you can choose a tour for all tastes and distance. The beach is its own, with free sunbeds, towels, cafes, showers, changing rooms. Travel is not cheap, even without treatment, but I was pleased to be here.

It's all good, there's not enough animation for the kids. No sandbox for little kids. There is a volleyball court with sand, children, as long as there are no volleyball-beachers, play there) ). It's a great area. It is easy to get 5-8 minutes to the beach by two elevators, i. E. Fitness of such as ascent and descent from stairs is absent. On the beach there is a great cafe with affordable prices. On the beach only their own, or people paid for the entrance ticket. There is security.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2024. We liked everything. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, the room was free and we were checked in. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day, bed linen every three days. The furnishings in the room and in the hotel are all stylized and beautiful. I recommend it for holidays with children. You can visit Sochi Park every day.

My husband and I vacationed at the hotel for the second year in a row.
We were checked in earlier than scheduled at 11:00, and in a room of a higher category! Special thanks for that!

Despite the described shortcomings (these are all little things), the main advantage is why you should choose this hotel. This is a gorgeous view of the seaport. The sunsets will be yours. Great location. Moreover, in large chain hotels it is several times more expensive, and you are not guaranteed a chic view. And here, please.

The cleaning of the rooms was a little disappointing — after a few days the floors were dirty, there was dust and debris in the corners. It would be nice if the rooms were vacuumed and wet-cleaned (the floor was washed) more often.
Towels were changed too often, this is not environmentally friendly. Hotels usually collect dirty towels that guests leave on the sink/bathtub or floor. For some reason they were changed for us almost every day. Otherwise the cleaning was good.

Luxurious area with swimming pools and playgrounds. The apartments themselves are spacious, with balconies. Everything we needed was basically there, and overall we felt comfortable.
What I didn't like was the quality of the equipment in the room. The refrigerator was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. The kettle is made of the cheapest plastic. The three of us lived together, with a child. However, no towels were provided for the child.

My favorite SPA hotel in Sochi with a magnificent view of the Sea. Service at the highest level, we felt better than at home. Didn't leave the pool 24/7.

A wonderful hotel with a telling name, the atmosphere here is simply magical! In a week you relax as if you had been away from the usual hustle and bustle for a month. I've been coming here for the second year in a row and I don't plan to stop.

I stayed at this hotel myself, this time I stayed with my children. Everything is on the level. I really like the service. Everything is cozy, convenient, comfortable. A party in the restaurant on the ground floor on the last evening ruined the experience. The music and bass were on until about twelve o'clock at night; on the eighth floor you could hear it perfectly and it was very disturbing.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean manicured rooms, great spa centre, you really want to come back here! But there is a terrible minus! It's the chefs in the restaurant! There's no food, it's not presentable, it's not tasty and smells awful: (the rest is fine, and melted that on the silver card of the club Carlson did not put in the room a compliment: (and did not give the upgrade of the room, had to pay extra.

Amazing cuisine 10 out of 10 (I compare it with Palmyra in Yalta and Primorsky Park). Room standard 8/10. There is a menu of pillows, blankets, linens👍. The spa holiday was a little marred by the fact that the hammam was not working. But we went to the spa complex of the Arctic. It is included for the Islands. I recommend visiting.

In the first week of my stay, I immediately booked a vacation for next year. We lived on the 5th floor — Element of Air. Room cleaning, linen change, quality of repairs — everything is excellent. The view from the window is of the sea and the boarding house. Food — for every taste. Respect to the chef. The Spa is at the highest level, the Bathhouse is just space…

We were satisfied with our holiday in Priboi. Very clean and comfortable room, there was daily cleaning and updating of shampoos, shower gels, etc.
We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights with breakfast, the food was quite edible and varied. Upon arrival, the administrator offered to consider the option of paying extra for all inclusive and time to think for a couple of days, but after looking at it, we decided to leave only breakfast.
A very big plus was the shuttle service to the beach.

We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Price quality. Clean, room cleaning every day, nice modern rooms, plumbing, polite staff, girls at the reception and maids are always ready to help. Good breakfasts. Everything on the menu in the restaurant is also very tasty. There is a place on the beach, sunbeds are free, they were always available. There are also enough sun loungers by the pool. In general, the hotel is the only thing we liked about Lazarevsky.

Overall a great hotel. Heated outdoor pool. Elevator in the building, helpful staff at the reception. There is a transport stop nearby. Not far from the hotel is the Riviera Park. To the sea to the Svetlyachok beach 15 minutes walk.
Repairs are underway, sometimes you can hear a hammer drill.

Stayed overnight between a plane and a train.
It is convenient to bring your suitcase to the hotel, there is a ramp. The elevator is working. The rooms are better than they look in the photo. The quality of furniture and bedding is good. Cosy. The heating is regulated, there is a heater and air conditioning. The staff is polite.

The Milo hotel was a fabulous experience. We had a large, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking a lovely residential street in Recoleta. The staff was exceptional particularly the servers at breakfast and the crew at the wine bar. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Large clean swimming pool with warm sea water. I was there in May, they warmed it up.
Across the railway tracks (convenient passage under the tracks) there is a pebble beach, one might say the first line.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from O. P Gorny Vozdukh.
The food is beyond praise, everything is fresh and well prepared. And the size of portions is a separate issue, one serving can feed 2 people.
The rooms are new, everything works, cleaning every day.
The TV periodically stopped working, showing a blue screen.
The tap water smells like silt, but this is more of a general problem in the area and not specific to the hotel.
