My first review in life, the hotel was so terrible that I will take my time and write.
I was staying in this hotel — Villa Adriano on the red glade at the end of December 2020 with my young man from the 22nd to the 29th.
So here's the thing.
1. In advance when booking I requested a room with a window with access to the mountains (on arrival we did not do it)
2. No. (tired, burnt curtains, cracked door shoals, old showers)
3. Noise insulation. (no noise from the constantly slamming doors of neighbors, impossible noise from chairs on the floor in the dining room on the 1st floor (although the room was on the 3rd floor)
4. Banquets. (every evening in the hotel dining room fit banquets — banquets Karl!
5. Breakfasts. (that's the fun part) they're terrible no, disgusting, all that's left with the banquet-imagine: in the morning there is a salad fur coat under mayonnaise, Olivier, stew under cheese, fried vegetables, and so on, it's just awful, where sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, croissants, toasted bread, in a coffee machine-cappuccino does not work, cups are only under the espresso, that is, for tea of such a volume, nothing is signed. I as an allergy sufferer did not like it, ask no one, because there is no one around (about it in a separate paragraph) food is not reported if you came at the end of breakfast you will not be left anything (just nonsense) and after all, sorry for a lot of money! As a result, we went to breakfast in a cafe next to: "eat and eat"!
6. Administrators. During the whole time of living (8 days) never said hello, did not wish good morning, good evening, or asked after a walk as the day passed, maybe something is needed! It's just that there's no guest! What I say, one day I needed the help of an ambulance, my young man called the front desk asking for help to call an ambulance, to which received the answer of the administrator: she will not come, and will go more than forty minutes because he goes from Adler and led the phone! Anreal forgive me! To which we ourselves from a cell phone called at 112 there we were connected with an ambulance and she arrived within ten fifteen minutes, and ran to meet her my young man, the receptionist did not even say what number and did not spend! It's a shock! We didn't live there for free! After we returned from the hospital at night again no one asked if everything was fine and could need something!
7. Staff. (as we called them handymen) yes, yes, that's right, the receptionist he's a waiter in the dining room, he's also the driver of the hotel, he's a bartender facepalm just
8. Spa. This review does not end there, then the loudly said Spa! There is no administrator in the spa, come in do what you want and deal with everything yourself, we went to the hammam, and he will not be afraid of this word boils, God, what a hammam burns his legs that it is impossible to go out and step on the floor, when in a minute there is nothing to breathe! Trying to find the administrator we came across a woman apparently as we understood the cleaning lady, we tried to say without swearing that it is very hot and so should not be, to which we boorishly replied: you are the first who complains! 100 points is simple! Naturally, we didn't go to the spa anymore.
9. Congratulations. I had a birthday, do you think I was congratulated? They didn't even know, although they promised a compliment from the hotel on the phone! even funny
10. Check out. In the evening before the early morning check-out we ourselves came to the front desk to remind that we had an early check out to be woken up by the lunch box and so on, to which the receptionist answered of course, so in the morning, no one calls, having gathered with luggage from the room, descending to rent the room to the desk there is no one, the doors to the hotel are open and no one is standing for a few minutes, we have found a button. In a crumpled blouse with shabby hair, and with such a tone that we supposedly woke her up here, is ed plastered with sleep that we allegedly did not pay for the transfer, although it was free for us and about it had to say another administrator who passed the shift, breakfast to us no one raised us no one woke us up, we just scored on all the card and went to the taxi to not spoil.
11. Bottom line. In general, I do not know who writes rave reviews just because of them we came and disappointed completely for such a frenzied cost such attitude having received, I wrote an honest review and want to note no, we are ordinary people who adequately evaluate the service and services for which pay money!

I hope at least someone will help my review and he will not go to this hotel!
