Very nice hotel, locals say — the best in town. Good breakfast buffet, even with red caviar, there is a spa with a pool and sauna (free for residents). Good service, I liked everything :)

On May 25, a class manager was issued a request for a visit to the hotel swimming pool. The employee promised to call back, but there was no bell on Friday or on the weekend. On May 27 I had another call to the hotel, namely the spa, where I was told that "everything is OK, come anytime, we work up to 22.00 ". The rest was spoiled.

The rules of visiting the pool is specified, that should be swimming in the pool in a bathing cap, however, not a single word is written about the sex discrimination against women in the Spa. In fact, in the basin of the different requirements in relation to men and women (apparently, because of the peculiarities of persons who organized this supposedly five-star vacation). In the pool and swam men without hats (they were not deprived of hair). My wife was harshly asked to put on the head of a hat, because «they» see if such rule that women have to swim in caps. Printed in these rules, the administrator of the hotel could not imagine. But when we are not allowing the show to yourself to their discriminatory regulations against women, demanded a refund for such services, the administrator in its rough form using хамских expressions (and this level of the hotel) told us to get out of the hotel and never even close not even approach him. Money for spoiled holiday refused to return, even for the unused time — we went out of the pool after 30 minutes, but paid for 2 hours services. If You respect their honour and dignity, and go not to experience discriminatory treatment by the «owners» of this institution recommend to give it a wide berth.
