➜ Prior to the transfer of money (the contracts were not concluded on any) hostess Tamara behaves very politely and friendly. As soon as the money is received, she responds with aggression to every request, fanning a scandal to the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned, the kitchen and the Playground plain dirt. I do not recommend.

The hotel is terrible. The staff are not professional, the behaviour and attitude towards the guests is boorish.
Not only that, having arrived at the hotel it turned out that there are no rooms available (if there is a confirmed booking on the booking).
At night offered a room just nightmarish by promising to move in the morning (another hour we waited for the room to free itself).
In the morning moved to a room in another enclosure (we asked if there is a way to check into a room in the sea view) if we knew that this view from the window would look into another problem.
The room turned out to be even worse than the previous one. Thanks to the Internet, we learned that its cost is 2 times lower than we paid. The host apparently did not intend to talk about such a difference. To our question about the price of the room, the hostess was silent, saying if you are not satisfied can you go where you want. At the same time they wanted to take us for 2 days (we spent the night and morning in the hotel). Only the threat of the police was able to bring the hotel administrator in the senses and give the money minus 1 day.
