The best, warmest and most cozy hotel in the heart of Sochi. Here they love life, their guests, their own business. Attention to detail. Great hotel, nice bright rooms, everything you need to stay is available: shampoo, gel, toothbrush with pasta, shaving set, hair dryer, slippers, sewing kit, hair dryer, refrigerator. On the floor is a cooler with hot and cold water. All balconies with sea views. The staff is polite, there is a sports hall with simulators, spa Center. Very convenient location, 5 minutes and you are in the sea, you can walk along the promenade to the time. Ten minutes and you're in the arboretum.

My 4-day stay in this hotel from 4/05/2018 to 8/05/2018 was unforgettable! All the welcoming staff! The manager Лля Лббецкая, an exceptional person, with her skill is committed and takes care of every detail of this wonderful place that is located a few steps from the center of Sochi… our first evening after a trip with flight Moscow — Sochi we received an exceptional WELCOME, beautiful and relaxing having taken advantage of the hotel SPA! They recommended great guide to visit the city, the beach is less than 100m from the property and crossing only the road already you are on the Promenade with many small shops selling typical things of the place…
let's not talk about the traditional cuisine of the place! Every morning at breakfast you will find excellent dishes… all prepared by them with local products! They are fresh and of excellent quality! Enjoying every typical dish prepared by the chef Сергей Селиверстов, it reminded me of my childhood, and with all my traveling companions Лддмила Бравикова, Дима Бравиков, Ирина Бочкина, Irina Strokova, Татьяна Строкова we remembered many beautiful flavors of the past!

The hotel is located very well. Near Frunze Park, the sea, the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafeterias, central Street a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are good. I would definitely stay here next time.

That's kind of all in the hotel OK, and location, and breakfast, and room service. And not even so strained view of the construction, insulation in the bathroom and elevators, about which so much is written. Apparently everyone has his own thing. The only reason is not to put 5, it is weak water pressure in the crater. With hot problems no, and cold barely flowing. But to someone it will seem trifle. Lived at, each week, all arranged, negative zero. Only positive. Chose Suite 17 FL. Two balconies with them enjoy magnificent views over the sea and the port. Room without much frills, but furniture is new. All pure. The staff every day, for the price in the Centre of Sochi, just a five minute walk from the beach. I think it is more than good. Still enjoyed it. Machine all week at the guarded parking lot stood free. Breakfast, all very tasty, thanks povoram. Can I be so lucky. Rarely but happens to me all TCEs, so ideally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good, the room was very comfortable and the bed was very nice. But the proximity of the sea (and it can be seen from the window) smooths everything! I think we'll come back here again!

Modest but decent. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but without fanaticism (swans from sheets do not twist). Towels are changed almost every day. The maids are attentive, helpful. The big problem is the elevator. Three small cabins on 18 storey building. Obviously not enough. We have to wait a long time. The room was very nice. Small room with sea view, there are problems with elevators (too many people), the room is not perfect, there was mold in the shower cabin, but overall the impression is positive. Very poor soundproofing with adjoining room in the bathroom.

Nice hotel. The sea is close by, beautiful view from the window/balcony, nice buffet and lobby bar. But for a hotel that has 4 stars there are shortcomings: tulle on the windows with old greasy stains, water in the room and chocolates only on the day of arrival and quite a strong hearing in the bathroom/toilet. But it's all the little things, all the important moments on a fairly an level.

The real rate is 3 stars. Everything is so old and need replacing.

Excellent views. Clean rooms and nice personnel. We stayed here for 10 days and wish to stay for more. Good breakfasts, but I would not recomment to order dinners and lunches — they are mostly made from what's left from breakfasts.
