Nice hotel. In the standard room, in addition to the obvious amenities like battery, air conditioning, refrigerator and hairdryer, there is a kettle and a basin. The interior is tidy and cute, some standard rooms have a balcony. Breakfast in the nearest dining room. Of the features-the airport is only 3 kilometers, planes take off and sit very close, which can be uncomfortable lovers of silence. But you can see the landing plane in the window!

It is seen that newly-built, looks good. Reception, corridor and the room look great (standard rooms easier). The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean, there is heating, a large balcony, armchair and chairs. The entrance hall is large and has a door to the room, which reduces the audibility of the corridor. White bathrobes and Slippers in the closet. Kettle, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The hotel is situated in a good location, 5 minutes to the Park, the sea, dining room 100m, the main street with shops and bus stops, close to railway Station and Airport. Planes fly over head, but sleep is not interfered with, on the contrary liked the feeling.

The room is small but cozy, warm. Very clean, fresh wallpaper on the walls, a comfortable mattress. There is a refrigerator and a kettle, slippers, robes. Polite and pleasant staff, especially Nonna. Balcony overlooking the mountains. Nearby dining room, the food is delicious and the prices are pleasant. There are 10 minutes to the sea in a walk. The price is quite consistent with the quality. We loved it.

The hotel is super. There's nothing to complain about. They lived from March 9 to March 12 in a semi-luxury, paid 4200. Clean, the furniture is new. Breakfasts are included, in the next dining room — very convenient and tasty Balcony, telek, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning (heating batteries were enough, so did not use), hairdryer, issued 2 towels, even once we have time to change them. Keep in mind, the floor is tiled — take your slippers. Booked through Buckingham — no prepayment required, chose "View to the Mountains" — took into account even such a wish. You can leave the Olympic Park and Sochi to stop on foot for 5 minutes. We were happy, thank you Lances.

Great hotel at a low price. There's a traffic junction nearby. Rental ski equipment right in the hotel building. A two-minute walk away is a cheap dining room.
The downside is that near the airport, planes right over the hotel take off, but we even liked it, not every day you see it.
We'll stay at the LANSS hotel for more.

It's all good. Cleaning every day. It's clear. There's not a room for appliances and a tea party. And so everything is very decent.

The Hotel is made with soul and understanding of its business! There is nothing superfluous in the interior and design not pleasing to the eye. The Garden between the two buildings is just the bliss of nature! So many pictures of the interior I never did! I Advise everyone to stay in this place and enjoy the hospitality of the hostess. Even such a trifle as an electric kettle and that has entered in a standard set for use by guests. The Cleanliness of the rooms strikes the eye. The Quality of lingerie is super! Thank you very much for creating a service worthy of attention.
