The hotel is very nice. Most importantly, there is a sense of concern for the client. Cleaning every day. Always have a gel, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, sponge for shoes, laundry, swimming pool, hammam. Very nice that the water is brought to the room, coolers on each floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall I recommend!

The best hotel in the city of Krasnodar. Staff at 5 ☆. Want to have a great rest only resident.

Very nice hotel. Good restaurant. The room was very clean. The price included buffet breakfast up to 10. The room was clean. Great for both one and the couple. But! Specifically in my room was a super shower half of the functions that were not working. Swimming pool and adjoining rooms. Pool 5 balls. The hammam was not working. The small pool was not working. Jacuzzi for 2. There is a treadmill do not know whether it works or not. Table tennis. There are traces of mildew everywhere. And it's kind of tolerable, you can see that the repair is underway. But two points tampering stay the given slippers for a hike in a pool are not suitable, have saved that were their. And a bathrobe… One size. I'm a little small, and they don't have others. Will be interesting to come back in a year to see if there will be changes.

Terrible, the room is smoked, the TV does not work, there are no mugs for tea, a present from the hotel-only water, carpet in stains, a table in the room as from the trash. What 4 stars?! I don't recommend it.

Professionally have been in Krasnosar and spent several weeks in this chic hotel. Large rooms, good facilities, some huge flat TV's, fast free Wi-Fi. Was always possible to watch German television via the Internet with VPN tunnel. Due to the fact that the clocks go 2 hours earlier than in Germany, I could still see the day show nicely in the evening at 22am 00. Breakfast is offered as a buffet. All plentiful and edible. Also unusual for me is the laundry service in the house. On the first floor there are a few ladies who collect the provided laundry from the rooms and wash it for small money. Great and always worth the tipple. 400 metres from the hotel, a tram departs for the city centre. Each trip cost 17 rubles at that time, about 20 cents. Must be paid bar in the train with a grandpa or grandma who act as a conductor. Adventurous. Attention! The common Russian doesn't voluntarily hold onto zebra strips! So beware. In the city centre there is a luxury shopping stamp with boutiqen and various restaurants. Be sure to look. In any case, you will meet the most beautiful women with the highest heels!

Very Cool! I Came to Krasnodar for the match of Spartak. We won and of course needed a hotel. This Hotel is very nice and spacious. Rooms have plenty Of space.

The hotel is located in the private sector, in the geographical center of the city. The building is fairly new. The rooms are large and in this cozy. Little rosettes. A working space. Breakfast is not very good, but quite enough to eat. Most liked free washing and ironing shirts. Traveling very convenient. Excellent price/quality ratio.
