I was so surprised by clean, cozy room. Complimentary water, chocolate and toiletries in Russia! The bed was perfect and the temperature control was very easy and efficient!

From 16 to 17 May 2018, as a regular guest, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Krasnodar. Despite the fact that I am a member of the loyalty program, it did not protect me from the rude attitude of the taxi driver on the white Nissan Teana (by 545 SV 123) Parked in the parking lot at the hotel. This southern man in a snow-white suit didn't even bother to raise his butt and get out, or at least look out of the car to say that I and my suitcase are interfering with his maneuver. All his scolding in my address he, as a proud djigit, uttered behind the closed doors of his tidy to the shine of the car. It made a lasting impression on me, and it was a feeling that I was doused with elite rubbish. His aggressive gestures were eloquent testimony to my neglect! Is this attitude to hotel guests the norm for its attendants? Or is this attitude only to the guests-compatriots? I do not imagine that this driver allowed himself such behavior in relation to the foreign guest. Perhaps the best Hilton I've ever been to is definitely better than the European one. The standard number of normal meterage, not the usual closets. The chef — above all praise, very uplifting in the morning and, completely unobtrusive, which is important, the kitchen — excellent, service at the height! For me in Krasnodar only Hilton, and the price does not bite at all.

The staff is exceptional polite and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, the underground parking in the hotel is very relevant, considering that the hotel is in the city center. A very decent hotel. Far from the airport, but near the stops of the tbt-related transport. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, very tasty breakfasts on the buffet system. Everything is very compact and at home. There was a problem with the shower cubicle — immediately corrected after the call to the reception. If desired, the iron and ironing board are delivered to the room.

I stayed in 3 different hotels in Russia during my visit and I must say this is the best of them. Friendly staff clean room. Beautiful panoramic view of the city. Free Wi-Fi. Everything is done right. Also right behind it about a 50 meter walk there is a beautiful park. The fact that it is directly on the red street also adds to the location. There is lots of cafes abd restauranta and things to look around for. Not to mention the river banks is about a 15 minute walk behind the hotel. If you are going to krasnodar as a tourist this horel is a must try. I attached the view feom the room and the entrance and the park :)

As the booking department will come to work and will sort out all the issues. Kapetz! Truly an international city centre hotel, definitely the best in town! Love the modern interior. Had a warm welcome, and a clean, comfy room. Bathrooms were vast too, even though I'm not a small guy. Breakfast was great — wide variety of choices. Anything you might need. Recommend.
