A nice cozy hotel! Friendly staff! There is a small pool that is very pleasing. They took only breakfasts, very tasty, a good assortment, even in comparison with more expensive hotels. Convenient location, beautiful views! I liked it all! Thank you to the staff for the hospitality and service! Recommend!

The hotel met all my expectations, I am not the first time staying in a hotel owned by the AccorHotels network. And always pleases me excellent service. Check in was quick, hotel staff polite and friendly.
The rooms are very nice-new, beautiful, spacious. The room with a view of the river-the noise is not prevented. But if you are a light sleeper, it is better not to risk. Breakfast was good. The hotel is not far from the ski lift. The rooms were cleaned every day. The towels were changed "on request" (just left on the floor). Change of bed linen-2 times a week. I would definitely stay there again, if you are a fan of the bathroom, you will not be able to fill everything around! :). The rest is good). A special thanks to the hotel staff, promptly reacted to all our requests-bathrobes, irons, umbrellas, etc.

Conveniently located. Beautiful views of the river and the pedestrian area. Good place for a stroll. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, skating rink, lifts, rentals. Gym bright and functional. Hamam and the pool is small, but leave a good impression. Breakfast is delicious and diversity. Maid service good, but was not staffed fully: there was no soap, Bathrobe, Slippers and toiletries on the child though about his staying was made known in advance. The bed is terribly soft, to turn impossible.

The rooms are a bit tired. We booked a 2 room suite, first we were placed on the 3rd floor overlooking the roof of the porch, littered with butts. On request without resistance moved to the 5th floor with a view of the Promenade Mzymta-the view is excellent.
The breakfasts are excellent, the chef takes orders for any scrambled and cooks right in front of you. Our child loves to fried over the omelet-made from the first word.

Paradise hotel. The best is that it's design and style are unique. Beds are very soft that's very cool when you come back from skiing or snowboarding. In the morning food in restaurant is free, for lunch and dinner you have the same menu, but for dinner you may use infinite smorgasbord for 1200 ₽. The restaurant is merged with lounge to eat and then relax. There are a pool and sauna in the hotel. A nice view of river Mzymta makes you to stay against the window and watch the river as long as you prefer. I was very impressed by a confectioner master class held every Friday from 16:00 till 17:30. I advice you to visit such a lovely place!

Well, what can I say, not for the first time. There were downsides, but not big ones. In fact. Some not strong pressure of water from the shower, it's numbers on the river, last year were towards the mountain, the pressure was excellent. As it is not comfortable, when all the water on the floor when washing, all of course cleaned, the design of the shower cabin leaves much to be desired. The staff are great, there are no predies to them. If it's in Rosa, it's only in this hotel.
