It all started with finding a decent place for a family holiday. Chose the "Sea club" in Divnomorskoe, despite the high price-management Kamchatka Maria Viktorovna promised a discount and that the hotel supposedly has all conditions for good rest. We would know then, who is this Kamchatka-I would not have gone there. When I came, at first like everything was fine until the problems started — with power, when at Breakfast, some sausages, and those for all is not enough, a crazy high cost of food and drinks. The cleaning of the rooms is also a big problem — is not yet questioned, not clean, linen and towels are not changed. He had only to claim the administration — we were immediately invited to leave the hotel. To this we replied that we had already paid for everything and was going to be paid. The attitude then changed dramatically with the rudeness and the creation of unbearable living conditions. The wait staff, apparently also could not stand such a "competent" Manager-chef and waitresses, the maids, who worked for many years, began to retire. It turns out that Kamsack well –known person, looking for her and are suing her for a lot of people whom she deceived as the General Director of travel Agency "Idol tour". It's amazing how the owners have not seen this information and let her run a hotel that she comes from a great place to stay turned into a "fishbowl" and space for your own gain — vacationers are constantly being lied to and cheated.
